In times like these we all could use a good laundry service. My experience with Drop and Dash has been wonderful. I’m not really fond of using all those crazy apps just to place a launder order so I just call them directly. Andrea is a sweetheart and very very patient. I asked a lot of questions when I initially started the service but Andrea was attentive and took her time to explain every detail to the point where I felt comfortable enough to put a card on file lol and I HATE putting cards on file! She even set me up as recurring so I wouldn’t have to keep calling my order in. How easy is that? If you need a good laundry service I would recommend trying out Drop and Dash. Oh and for every person you refer you get $20 and so does your referral! Awesome!!!

AMAZING service! My driver Nara is the absolute best. She always notifies me when she is on the way so I have enough time to prep my bags. She seems to know me better than myself when it comes to my laundry preferences lol she even makes sure my special instructions are translated for staff. Everything about this service is great. The app is super hassle free, not to mention the on demand customer service they provide.Don’t get me started on their flexibility, I typically get home from work around 5pm so I used to leave my laundry out in the yard on days I couldn’t wait on the driver but Drop and Dash now has EVENING HOURS!!!! How great is that?! I’d give them 100 stars if possible! Thank you Drop and Dash!

I provided them detailed instruction for my clothing (I gave them three bags full, pretty much everything I wear on a regular basis because my laundry machine was broken). All of my clothes came back extremely shrunken to the point that I had to donate most of it to goodwill. Nothing fits— all of my sweats are too tight and short. All of my shirts are crop tops. I specifically asked for low temp wash and low heat/delicate dry. That obviously was not the case. I am still waiting for customer service to reply.

When I had a glitch with the new app changes, I called in and the manager was very helpful with my services. However, the detergent and bleach that is use on the clothes is so cheap in quality that it's fading my clothes and the whites are dingy looking. I would suggest better detergent, bleach and softner. I pay for extra all these items and i can't smell any scent.

I absolutely love this service! The drivers are always really nice and professional! It’s def worth the price there’s a laundromat in my neighborhood, but I prefer the convenience of using this service. I wash once a month and typically pay around $100 for about 5-6 bags of laundry! They fold and wash your clothes and bring them back very neatly done!

I hate doing laundry! This is a life saver. I put the dirty laundry in a bag on the porch Saturday, next day driver brings it all back in a nice vinyl bag all clean and folded. ♥️♥️♥️ All had to do was put it away. I was VERY pleased with Drop Dash Service. Very nice drivers! I had LOTS of sheets and they washed them to my specifications. They came back neatly folded in separate bags by the Sheet size. I will use their service again and refer them to friends and family!

I’ve used this service plenty of times but the last few times I’ve used it I’ve gotten multiple clothes back damaged with stains. I spend over $100 with this service and the quality service I receive is POOR. The last time was the time I would use them.

Love This Service! They pick up and drop off in a snap. You can order service online or with the app. My clothes are fully washed, dried, and folded with little to no ironing needed. You should definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

A woman was named as my sudster but a man picked up my order. It was returned with items missing and it was charged nearly 100% more of what it weighed. I was asked to file a claim and jump through hoops to get a reimbursement. Never again!
