Stephen and the staff at Drug + Bean in Mission are amazing. They are so helpful and knowledgeable with every prescription that I bring in. I am able to phone and say when I'm picking up, and start to build a relationship with the staff. I have a lot of confidence when I get my prescriptions, and I have even used the courier service (which is amazing!). And a small gesture, but one that does not go unnoticed is that they actually cut my pills in half (when I only need a half). So thoughtful, and it really makes you feel like they care. If you need prescriptions, use Drug + Bean in Mission - you will be so glad that you did.

Fantastic Pharmacy. They will deliver your medication for free, don't want delivery? You get a free coffee just for coming in and picking them up. I wish I had switched to a Drug & Bean years ago. Staff are amazing and remember me just from my phone number calling in, & remember my other family members so they can combine prescription deliveries and remind me of when others need a refill soon. Everyone there is kind, professional and everything you could want from a pharmacy. Cannot recommend them enough.

Just went here today, the one on 17 ave on my doctor recommendation. I met the pharmacist Barbara and she is super friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time there so I need my insurance information from my last pharmacy. But she managed professionally, with a free cup of coffee from Rosso while waiting! The pharmacy is brand new and very cool looking. Would come back every time I need to pick up some meds. Highly recommend!

This pharmacy is NOT an ordinary type of pharmacy! It has a very cool/catchy setting! If you pass by, you want to stop by and say hi !The staff are always helpful and very welcoming! They explain all the medical information related to your medication(s) in a simple understandable way! Also let’s talk about the name Drug+Bean !! It’s adorable! The individuals who work at this Pharmacy are top notch. I think the fellows name was Edward who helped me with my prescriptions. If you live in this neighborhood you should strongly consider supporting this business. Exquisite service, efficient and friendliness. They made me feel like I mattered as a person and not a customer. That meant a lot to me.

I've been in only a few times, but I am very impressed with the personal attention given me by the staff, especially Mr. Wong, who took time to help me thoroughly understand the benefits and potential issues of the drug (and the entire class of drugs into which it falls) I am prescribed.

The staff at Drug + Bean were extremely helpful. They were able to have my compound prescription filled by their sister pharmacy and ready the next day! The pharmacist was kind and patient in explaining how to use the prescription and everyone I interacted with was very friendly.

Excellent customer service, I went to pick up my allergies injections and Monica explained how to apply them to myself she was very patient and helpfull. We need more people like her in the health system.
