We came here to experience the new environment. We decided to get a table/ couch to be comfortable. We payed and the gentleman disappear so we ahead and choose where we wanted to seat. Expecting to have a good time. We asked our waitress to bring a bucket of beer which after that never saw her again. In the middle of our dance we came back to our table/couch had been given to someone who had “reserved” that same spot. We saw that same sign somewhere else. I guess they didn’t like that spot so they choose to give it to us. We didn’t know the table were for specific people that spent more. What seem to me there were giving better treatment because of what they were “going” to spend. We didn’t know it was that type of place. I understand you are paying a certain amount for you to have a place to sit while you are there. Maybe they should tell that to the guests next time they are there. You don’t want to end up getting thrown in the kitchen. Someone had moved all of our items out of the table. And gaven them all the accommodations. Some guy who works there told us he could find another table for us. He took us to a spot where we ended up having to hear the base for the remainder of our stay. Which after that incident was not long. I ask to speak to the manager very nicely, which he came he said he could helps us but when it came down too.He told us to move to another table on the other side of the establishment where there was no body. He spoke to us and we never got the problem fixed. He said he was going to see what he can do when he left he never came back. I ended up with ear pain because of the place we were put. If I could I would put NO STARS. Very disappointing experience.

Este es el peor lugar que he ido en USA, pague por una mesa para 6 personas, al llegar ahí, un tipo me dijo que no era para 6, si no para 4 y que ahora era el el que estaba a cargo, y si no quería la mesa que me PODÍA LARGAR, yo vivo a una hora de este lugar, estuve desde las 9, esperando poder entrar, entraban amigos de los organizadores y los que estábamos en la “fila” nos tenían esperando. Logramos entrar a las 11:30, para los artistas presentarse a las 12:50 am. Luego para tocar solo 1h. Los baños estaban totalmente asquerosos. La seguridad que tenían había solo un hombre que hacía respetar a la fila y los demás estaban como pintados puesto que no hablan español y no les entendían nada a la gente. NO LES RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO ESTE LUGAR. NO GASTEN SU DINERO, y lo más valioso SU TIEMPO CON PERSONAS GROSERAS Y SIN EDUCACIÓN.

This happened in august and was posted on yelp and nothing has been done about it yet so I'm posting it here this was also reported to the department of Justice .If I could give this place a negative star review I would. THEY REFUSED ACCESS TO A SERVICE DOG WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!!! Then security ( Dakota Cole) used different excuses such as him being in a lawsuit and being afraid of the service dog biting not to let her in. Which is extremely ILLEGAL and unprofessional. Even the other security guards were telling him he can't refuse access.DAKOTA COLE also tried to side hustle my friends and by charging extra for the shoes I was wearing even though there is no dress code on their website. I am extremely upset and will not be attempting to go there again.

Beautiful space, cold air conditioning, though it was full it was still plenty of space to social distance from people you didn’t come with. The dance floor is Large. The Music was great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is a shot of regular tequila is $10 and it’s not really a shot it’s a tiny plastic used as shot glass. 2nd charging full price with less than 45 minutes before closing is just greedy. But that’s the World we live in! Would I return? Yes but not anytime soon….

La peor antro a la que jamás he ido. Las puertas se abrieron a las 9 de la noche y el show no empezó hasta alrededor de la 1 de la mañana. Mi amiga y yo nos paramos ahí por 5 horas e hacía un chingón de calor. El DJ siguió reproduciendo las mismas canciones una y otra vez preguntando “Tán listos pa la Tokischa?” y la Toki nunca salía hasta que ella por fin salió a la 1 y ni siquiera interpretó por una hora entera. Qué pérdida de dinero y tiempo.

Pésima pésima organización a la hora de ingresar la gente. Nos perdimos de la mitad del espectáculo y del grupo a quien queríamos ver. Llegamos media hora antes de empezar y una hora y media formados. Hay una sola entrada para dos antros debería formar una fila para un lugar y otra para el otro. Otra cosa venden cerveza en botellas de cristal es peligroso ver vidrios rotos mientras caminas aparte de una pelea que pueden usarlas como arma.

Estoy muy decepcionada de este lugar muy mala atención de parte del bartender era un joven que estaba atendiendo la parte derecha del bar llendo hacia los baños wow mi amigo lo saludó y este hombre no tuvo un gesto amable en toda la noche . Si no quieren trabajar no lo hagan. La mayoría de bartenders son amables y educados. Aparte no hay pista de baile y la música nada que ver. Malos olores y mal servicio.

Went to a dominican bachata raulin rodriguez, I got really bad experience with people who work there, if you try to order something go get it yourself will be faster, I was asking for a hookah and a bottle they took like hour and half to bring it, and I was getting crazy there's no personal at all that can attend you.

Club opens at 9pm. And they didn’t let anyone in till after 12. I paid $104 for two tickets for an event that supposedly STARTS AT 9. It was two groups that were supposed to be playing that night. It was after 12:30 and neither group had came out. Waste of money. And they don’t offer refunds. Would not recommend.

Two huge dance floors great music hookah and bottle service on point, drinks are normal price for a top notch club anyone complaining probably shouldn’t be going out if you can’t afford it, it gets VERY busy too so if you don’t have the understanding and patience than this is not the place for you.

This place is a joke! Where is Dakota Covil? Why isn't he here anymore? He ran a great group of security guards and his events were very good and safe! I was very disappointed in this place. Current security needs hella training and they need to redo their drink menu. It stinks too.

Great place , they okay a good variety of tropical music ( bachata , salsa , reggaeton , dembow etc) staff is very friendly and always know how to have a good time with you ! Definitely recommend coming here .
