This store has a nice selection of homeware, but the staff massively let it down. During my visit today, half the tills were out of order, so there was a 15 minute queue to be served. I had difficulty exchanging an item, because no one on the tills seemed to know what to do - but they weren’t at all apologetic about this. You’d have thought I was putting them out just by trying to exchange something (lots of sighing and eye rolling!). Ross, the manager in charge, was eventually called but when he arrived he didn’t acknowledge me, not even meeting my eye - he just talked to the staff as though I wasn’t there. I like Dunelm, but think I’ll stick to ordering online rather than visiting this local store.

Very disappointed with this store , I went looking for a swivel recliner chair that they said was in stock it took some finding as it was buried under a lot of boxes and cushions. They only had one and only one colour a drab looking grey the whole store was like that though a lot of items packed into a small space with no logical thought as to the customers using the store , with all the boxes and cushions it looked like a jumble sale and the staff weren't particularly helpful as most of them seemed to be using pallet trucks to move even more things onto an already overcrowded floor only one star for this disappointing store I have been to better run Dunelm stores in other parts of the country

Just waited in the que to be served. Got to the tills to be told to wait at the exit and someone will serve me for click and collect. Waited and waited.. Asked the girl on the till to call someone to serve me twice and explained I've got 2 babies in the car upset. Continued to wait. I end up leaving with out my stuff and my husband then went in and examined what happened. He was told to wait and lost his patience. He said my wife's just waited half an hour. They asked him to leave. I'm quite a soft person really polite and quiet. But that's taking advantage of nice people. I'll never come back.

Store was like any other one. Went in to purchase something that they ended up not having. Went to cafe and was bad service, slow. Can hear two women talking loudly in the back while one young lady serving us. Got our order wrong few times and took a while on drinks ans can see our food sat on the side ready to be made but the two women in the back were too busy talking. Food came and it was nice so cancelled a bit of that experience. Only down side to food was there was black pieces sprinkled on wedges, as if the tray it was cooked in may need a wash and dirty

Always an excellent selection of home furnishings and decor here. From duvets to paintings and kitchenware it has plenty of great items to choose from. It can be quite expensive but it's great even just to plan future furnishing options and browse a range of items in person. I might also add that it has a rather nice café in the corner of the 1st floor which is nice to have a little break in before purchasing your items downstairs. Will definitely be visiting again, great store.

Really good place to go for any and all household products. In particular the bedding department, beautifully arranged and colour coded includes cushions and throws. There are so many other items for the home, I strongly recommend people try this little gem, this particular Dunelm stands alone from the large retail parks but there is plenty of parking. I would also like to say the staff are helpful and friendly and all Covid rules are adhered to - excellent Customer Service.

Really upset that my husband had to spend time in your store justifying why we returned a lamp with a damaged shade. We are trying to avoid going into shops due to Covid risk because of our ages and health. I looked to see if I could buy a replacement shade to avoid having to go into the shop to return the item but there were none available. Just really upset. We have spent a lot of money at your store in the last few weeks. Really disappointed.

They have a range of home wears, particularly nice bedding, rugs and mirrors. Price is average to a little high and quality of some furniture doesn't seem great. There is a cafe in here though it doesn't stay open as long as Dunelm so is kind of pointless if you are visiting after work. Staff are nice but they are never around especially on the 1st floor you are always left wandering round trying to find someone to speak to.

I went in looking for a sewing machine bag and was just about to leave but asked an assistant. She said they were over there behind the material by the dyes, a place you would not look as they should really be visible by the sewing machines and I don't think many people have bought them as they were dusty. If I had seen them when I bought my machine at the weekend it would have saved a second journey.

I had a problem when fittings for a Lynton chest drawers were the wrong ones ,called to the shop on Horrocks avenue ,staff treated us with patience & great respect ,Ben a member of staff went out of his way to make sure we were dealt with as quickly as possible as did the other staff we met with ,Thank you so much too all of the staff .John Freeman

I love dunelm , but this store is not the best ! Always says they have stock online of stuff but staff can never find it in the warehouse , they clearly need to adjust stock levels so more get orderd , and getting them to look in warehouse can be tricky there very reluctant to help somtimes ! The cafes great though , really tasty food and drinks !

Staff where really nice and friendly, great customer service. Sadly customer service has gone completely down hill, been a week now and still can't get through to resolve our problem. Bought a coffe table screws where missing, phoned onthe day got though staff fine and said they'd send them by post. Not got them after 7 days …

Excellent range of home furnishings, curtains, blinds, bedding, lighting, rugs and floor covering. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also a curtain manufacturing service in-store with an extensive range of fabrics to choose from. Large parking area on site. Store is on 2 floors with a lift facility available.

Very sadly the fabric department is drastically reducing their selection to browse in store. For a short time there are massively reduced bolts until they're gone. As always friendly helpful staff :) We will make less trips here now though :( going into town to abakans on London Road for our haberdashery needs!

OK went in cafe, menu on wall in distrace which was not clear to me even with spec's. No other available, very busy an short of staff. But staff were trying their best and were very efficient. Had soup which was lovely, but portion only small with large bread roll, more soup please less bread!

Great place to shop for all your home needs.They have a brilliant selection of kitchen ware.There's plenty of space to park & you can even get a cup of tea and a slice of cake.Wurzel Gummage would love it ! Pause coffee is one of the best coffees you will ever taste without a doubt.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT before you leave! especially when you bought a lot of items. The check out price on their computer is always higher the one showed on the shelf. Some on sale item is even tripled, we stay for an extra hour in the shop to correct the error. Totally waste of time.

Popped in after work with my work ID clearly around my neck. Got followed round the aisles by a staff member who obviously thought I was on the rob. Never felt so mortified in my life. Currently buying a house and need everything needless to say I won't be getting it from there.

Got curtains at sefton. When they said out of stock so rang dunelm in Garston they said they had another pair lady said I've got them in my hand on our way to get them got an email say they had none in stock went any as we'd travelled fair way got there they had 2 pairs

Bought a bay window curtain rail. Looks really posh and cost was reasonable. The staff was very helpful and genuinely was interested innwhay I had to say. Staff were helpful as always, not many people in the store due to Champions League Final about to kick off. YNWA

Disappointed . A product in store that I wished to purchase in a different size could not be ordered and collected in store. The duvet cover had to be ordered and home delivered with an additional cost for delivery. Poor service in terms of other competitors

Needed new bedding. You need to look around the shop as expensive bedding is as you walk in, cheaper and just as nice bedding is further in the store. Got a lovely double quilt cover for £20. Just be aware you can't return any bedding once you've opened it

Was a bit difficult to get around in my electric wheelchair it was very tight at certain areas & other areas I just couldn’t get through!!! But we had a lovely assistant who brought us different curtains to look at & decide - she was really helpful!!!

Only went in for one small purchase but came out with much more and enjoyed browsing. I am put off going more often, because of the 3 vicious speed bumps on entry, no matter how slowly you crawl over them it isn't good for car or customers.

Love Dunelm. Completely furnished my new flat apart from curtains. Great delivery, especially for larger items with updates regarding times etc. I also use their Click and Collect a lot. Staff lovely and everything available as ordered

I've visited a few times, nice enough place to escape from the workplace and go to their small coffee shop. It's OK I guess. I also notice that they don't employ people of colour in their public departments (excluding security).

The staff were very friendly and helpful despite being very busy restocking areas and answering queries from many customers. It was a delight to shop in Dunelm and having only gone in for one item I bought much more. Thankyou.

A lovely shop with an excellent range of home goods. Always high quality but at affordable prices. I bought a Dorma duvet today that was a quality I couldn't find elsewhere and it was also British made. Highly recommended

Was shopping with 2 small babies so needed a trolley and basket. A member of staff actually offered to help me in the lift as I had to squeeze in with everything. Very appreciated that she would notice and offer to help.

today I visited Dunelm in Garston, all staff very helpful young lady on checkout asked for a supervisor to check my bill before she confirmed it as I did spend over £300. cafe clean staff friendly and efficient.

Great store situated near speke retail Park. Some great prices & even got a coffee shop upstairs. With big carpark at the rear & from lighting to just about every household item its definitely worth a visit.

Excellent service from the staff in the cafe, the bedding dept, and on the till when paying for goods. Possibly a few more staff might have been helpful for the assistant on the till as she was on her own.

Always able to get what I need in the way of bedding etc, and enjoy browsing other items occasionally. Good coffee in the coffee shop upstairs is a bonus for someone like me who really dislikes shopping.

They sell some nice things but staff don't seem to know much about the products they sell. Was told blackout curtains were the same as thermal, but clearly they are not. Customer service is awful too....

Poor variety of products. Shop assistants are not really qualified to make changes on materials. It is not their fault. I had multiple ideas but couldn't find anything useful. I won't visit them again.

Current clock and collect service is amazing. Will even drop off at the car contact free... plus the “three hour” collection service, used twice and had text to confirm it’s ready within half an hour.

Very poor customer service. Sellers were useless, didn't get any help! For everything I asked for, they said that I should order online. Why is this shop there if I have to order everything online?

First time in a long while visiting here. Parking available. The range of products was vast an lots in the sale. The staff where friendly an helpful. Got a good few bargains an saved a lot.

Nobody beats them when it comes to bedding. Fabulous selection at very reasonable prices too ! Great store for most household items, I never seem to come away empty handed. Lol !

Really nice furniture prices are a little higher than average. My girlfriend wanted to buy a teapot but all the display ones were chipped and they had no other ones in stock

Very hard to find an assistant to help. When we went to pay 3 assistants stood by the tills and carried on their conversion. We were the only people waiting to be served.

Car park almost full on a Saturday at 2.30pm. The experience in shop was great. Short time queuing at tills. Only issue no sanitiser stations.

The staff at Dunelm are friendly and helpful. They have a varied range of stock. Also a nice cafe with a good choice of hot drinks and cakes.

Nice shop, has a lot of choice. Usually shop for nets and curtains there but will occasionally pick up other things. Bought a nice rug there.

Went to buy some new cushions for the front room suite. Ended up buying 3 Zen cushions in Peacock pattern. Very nice they are as well.
