Was promised at time of purchase that I could return the item, if it did not fit. As it was going under the stairs and was hard measure. Doors won’t open. Man serving me assured me that I could return if it didn’t fit. Delivery drivers wouldn't give me a second to check, they dropped it off and couldn’t get out the door quick enough. So when I called the shop to inform them it needed to be returned, another person, the owner, refused. Shouting at me saying “this isn’t an Uber eats” I was Offered a credit note at first, but she put the phone down on me when challenged her for my cash back. I gave her a few days to calm down, I’ve called again and she has now refused to give me the credit either. As she says too much time has passed. Only received it seven days ago. I have called the shop constantly but nobody answers. Rude, loud and spoke over me the whole time. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to deal with these people. Cover staff seemed responsible, owner is a one angry lady. I understand her shop policy is no refunds, but I was told I could return. Going to citizens, advice and trading.

They insist they HAVE to use a delivery service and cannot be refused. We was charged for delivery and for it to be built! Products got delivered 3 weeks late and was not offered a refund on the delivery ect. I was told I can only have a store credit knowing nothing amounts up to the cost of the delivery and ect. Pretty disappointed as they didn’t seem to care about the situation as a whole. And no I don’t spend the credit store as I wasn’t to keen on buying just a lamp shade. Completely ignored for weeks on end by the staff here despite multiple visits to the store to ask for updates, calling them every week, asking where the other half of my furniture is that I've paid for upfront! This has now been 10 weeks so I have been extremely patient and understanding with this situation but have never received so much as a friendly update from them and feel like they just want me to go away now and be happy with half a unit.

I was on weekend break in Liverpool came across this furniture shop first impression was wow it had loads of great gifts so I bought a mirror for my house . Steve was great such a big help made me feel at home really easy to talk and took the time to explain everything I be defiantly going back there

A lot of the pieces are a bit too bling for me but there is something for everyone. Don't just look in the window and decide it's not for you. Take a look inside and you won't be disappointed

Lovely stuff but overpriced and the store is a bit disorganised. A huge heavy mirror was propped against a wardrobe and we couldn't properly check the item. Salesperson was fine.

Ordered my daughters bedroom furniture, looks fantastic and top quality furniture, delivered on time and also fitted to a high standard, highly recommend.

Family run business they are all lovely Ppl, Beautiful furniture an other items. My Son loves it in there as do I.
