I ordered an iced coffee and a chocolate glazed donut because they were out of regular glazed. I give 5 stars because the young lady who assisted me was polite and reminded me that I was about to leave without my donut. I REALLY needed that iced coffee which was made correctly. The store and parking lot were clean.

The parking lot is tight, as it's next to a bus terminal. I used the only accessible parking space they had, and had to back all the way back and then drive forward, because there was no safe way to go out the way I came in, but they do have 2 entrances and 8-9 spaces.

The worst experience ever!!!!!! We stopped in this establishment so that my 2yr old daughter could use the restaurant room. I saw the hand written sign taped to the restroom door “for paying customers only”, ok cool. My husband proceeded to place our order so I asked while we’re waiting can I get the key to the restroom. The employee with his pants hanging, dirty uniform and a tattoo in his face proceeded to yell out “the bathroom for paying customers only”, without even looking up to see who asked to use the restroom. He was so rude with poor customer service skills. He eventually opened the door so my 2yr old could use the restroom. The employee and my husband exchanged a few words due to how the employee responded to our requests to use the restroom along with the employee with the tattoo in his face asking my husband,” YOU LOOKING AT ME, YOU GOT A PROBLEM HOMIE?” With such and aggressive tone and body language. This place needs all new employees from the manager on down,she just stood there as if she didn’t care.

This place is the worst DD I’ve ever visited. I went around 1pm(not busy) I pulled up and saw a man with a lit cigarette in his mouth walking to a car with a bag of food for a customer!! I make eye contact with him as I pass him walking to the front door. I get inside and there is no one at the front counter....I see the man outside walk to the door an stand outside to finish his cigarette....he walking in and casually walks behind the counter and asked what I want, “watchunwant” he then goes and puts on gloves without washing his hands after smoking. Two more worked come from the back and just look at me ....This store is disgusting and needs to figure out how to train these workers. I’m calling the city and filing a report with the health department. I will never return to the store.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts about 4-6 times a week. I get the exact same thing EVERY TIME I GO. It was someone in there different, as usual. I order my usual which I was charged .08 more for but no biggie. When I got my order it was NOT my usual. I said something to the guy that was there about, he started going back and forth with me about what he charged me for and what he gave me. I asked him for my receipt and he balled them up! When I asked for my receipt again he told me he had to wait on a manager to give me my receipt. He had me waiting forever. I just pulled off after 6 or 7 minutes. I live right around the corner but I’ll find another DD

Just wanted to share my experience coming to this Dunkin the other day. A young man named Darrel was very patient & nice & his service was outstanding. He offered me a free sample of the cornbread donut. Even though I declined, he made sure to let me know what he thought of it and asked me again. Great customer service. He was there all alone and still kept a great attitude and was very kind. I’ll keep coming here as long as Darrel is there with his great service and attitude! Please give praise to this young man because food service is hard and also he moved cars in the drive thru at an amazing speed.

Rude new worker that looks like the manager (due to her wearing a different shirt) was touching the donuts with her hands and making food with her hands!! Not good!! I am a regular and I will not be coming to this location due to this new worker, I believe I over heard another worker calling her "Joanna" she shouldn't be making food with no gloves on, nevertheless the customer that was ahead of me requested for someone else to make the sandwich.. I will be calling Bureau of sanitation also cooperate to see what can be done!!!!!

It's funny my mom and i went through D/T and my mom ordered a decaf coffee she said it better be hot... And i said it hot ... Well her house it's 10 minutes away from mujeres and by the time we got to her house it was warm and she was complaining and i started laughing cause she said it there fault and i was like mom check yourself it wasn't.... It would be great if they could give you the right order I've been there twice now and got the wrong food they completely missed the sausage on my croissant sandwich the first time the second time I gave it a chance they missed hash Brown I'm pregnant and walking into a bathroom that has urine and paper towels overflowed in the waste basket is horrifying I expect more for that location.

Very rude service at the drive thru! I asked to put more money on my app and the girl looked at me like I was asking for an arm. She said with an attitude, "I don't know how to do that." I was flabbergasted because of the attitude and the way she turned away from me. I asked how much my order was and I paid with a credit card. She returned my card and receipt and practically slammed the glass doors. I never complain, but how is that costumers service! TERRIBLE!

This was the only thing opened on Christmas. I went there to get a breakfast sandwich .I was the only one in the store at the time. I placed my order then it got really busy. Everyone who came in after me ended up getting there food before me. When I asked the cashier why am I still here when your store was empty when I came in. She told me they got really busy all of a sudden after all of that when I got my order and got home the other was all wrong.

Very great service. Everytime I go- the young man in the drive thru- believe his name is Trey. Is very courtesy ; kind and fast. The girls-sorry don't recall their names- there were two this morning- are also very coutesy and fast paced. Good customer service is a combined skill; especially in hospitality and food serving. They have it all. Location is clean and they are always stocked to choose from a variety of treats and drinks.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! The manager is ghetto, the staff is horrible and it just plain ole sucks. The best part about the whole experience was the guy with his jeans halfway down his ass and the teardrop tattoo on his face. Someone ordered a bagel and they weren't picking it up so the ghetto manager yells out, "if they ain't grab it then oh well, they bad". Have some pride DD. Take a better look at who and what you hire.

So far so good with quick and friendly service. Everything so far has been fresh so no complaints here welcome to the neighborhood Dunkie !

In quick service you may not always have a perfect experience, but this shop really stands out because no matter what's going on, management is there to help resolve the situation! I had a issue with an order, got a receipt and the manager fixed it no problem. Remember that each Dunkin' store is a franchise and should be considered a small business. Support the shops like this one that do such a great job!

I had trouble using my app... They were patient and kind and fun. We figured it out. The people here have stellar character, integrity, and customer service others in the hospitality industry could learn from. Plus... My midnight coffeeS were 'on FUEGO' !!!! I will stop here again.

After my purchase I tried to go to ladies room, but an employee jumped ahead. Problem was, she stayed and stayed. The employee camped out in the ladies had the only key to BOTH bathrooms. Another employee had to finally jemmy the men's room door so I could use the facilities. Rude and quite unpleasant. This place should at least have two keys. Thank you for listening......

Waited forever to give my order while the employees talked to each other, checked out and waited another 10 minutes before someone told me they did not have what i ordered. Although I overheard that they did not have it (because they talked about it loudly in front of me) the manager then proceeded to have a very awkward conversation to tell me. Went to another location.

Looks lonely here yall come visit! The 2 young guys inside are amazing with charisma and charm and they made my drink wit love ❤️

This is the worst fu... ng DUNKING in all around in this area the always take for them to make one single cup of coffee like 20 minutes the never have al the donuts ready And in de week days there is only one or two guys here whit a line of five cars they are not friendly Plus if you order food they don't give you your order right the do everything wrong

Bacon, sausage, egg n cheese on a biscuit is not tricky to ask for unless it's here...they might make you wait 15 minutes for a sandwich and still forget the cheese and/or bacon. Have to leave this review here because I'm usually in too much of a rush to turn around. Lets all remember that a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit has all the above.

I went in for a midnight dark. Coffee wasn’t hot and sandwich wasn’t either.I haven’t been to this location in years since one of the former employees was overcharging for items. I take my coffee very serious especially in the morning. I won’t be back.

The staff was friendly. Service was quick. And the coffee was great. Typical DD stop. Note that this is an older Dunkin' Donuts. It's been around since I was a small child at least. Small parking lot. Right next to CTA bus terminal. Great spot if you're waiting for a bus or an auto repair at the car shop across the street.

Consistently terrible coffee at this particular store!! The coffee is either from the day before or their machines are not cleaned properly. This is my third time in a year that I have this location another chance and has disappointed me every single time! Corporate should check on this store's service and quality.

First time going to this location, went threw the drive thru and let’s just say the person that helped me hates her job! I asked for a Large cappuccino decaf and asked her if they could make it a little less strong this girl gave me attitude also ended up giving me a small cappuccino and charged me a Large.

What is going on DD on Narragansett and North Ave. My order was not good at all. Ordered French Vanilla and didn't taste the flavor at all! Ordered toasted bagel with plain cream cheese and barely any cream cheese and not toasted at all. Come on please work on your products!!

Sometimes they have a good service other times you have to wait to get your order even if it's a simple coffee they make you wait 10 minutes other times they give you your order right away I guess it depends on the person who takes your order and the days I don't know

This place is so slow in the morning!!! I ordered coffee and they just forgot to make it! So I was waiting approximately 10 minutes until I showed receipt with my order and only after this they started to make my coffee! I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts!

The parking lot and drive thru are on the small size. So you have to be careful with turns if you have a large vehicle. The inside of the store is clean and the staff is friendly too. However, they seem to run out of a lot of items quickly here though.

Dunkins has great coffee. My compliant is the donuts are not hot. Not sure if others locations run out of glaze donuts or not but this location did. The staff was great!

Some of the employees are not friendly at all. You say thank you and they say nothing. Like they are angry to be working.

It was fine, but their sound system was playing WGCI not quite tuned in, so it had lots of static. Not very pleasant.
