Up until Friday I went through this drive through at LEAST 3 times a week. Due to my experiences last week, I’ll never go back here. I spend about $10 each time I go, and last week had to throw away what I ordered 3 of the 5 days I went. The first strike was when I asked for 3 orders of hash browns. I drove away, and when I went to eat my hashbrowns I found I was actually given a stale blueberry muffin. Threw that in the trash. Another morning I asked for a French vanilla iced lattes. Drove away and it was the most unidentifiable taste. I’m not sure if the milk was bad or what, but again, in the trash. Finally Friday I decide I’m not going to let of couple bad experiences keep me from my favorite coffee. So my boyfriend and I go through the drive thru per usual. He gets his croissant sandwich and hashbrowns, I get my French vanilla iced latte. So we drive away (mind you, it’s still kind of dark outside) and I take a sip of my drink and spit it out. I was given a cup of cream and sugar with whipped cream. There was no coffee at all. I was sure this had to be a prank. I call the store when I get to work and ask to speak to the manager. She tells me while she “just can’t see this happening” (as if I don’t have better things to do with my Friday than call and make up stories) if I still have my receipt I can go in and get another one. This wasn’t a satisfactory solution to my 3 days of poor service, incorrect orders and money wasted- so I called corporate. They had better customer service and were apologetic and assured me they would have the OWNER of the store contact me. I was satisfied but that was actually a lie. They had the same manager I had already spoken to email me apologizing for my bad experience. Yes, the same manager who handles my feedback by advising she “just can’t see that happening.” What piss-poor business. I was such a faithful Dunkin-loving customer but this has been so disappointing I guess Starbucks and Dutch Bros just gained a new loyal customer. Think I’ll go there now.

Unbelievable this has to be the top of my list for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I walked in every employee looked at me but never greeted me. There was one customer having issues with the app etc... The employee helping her asked another employee to help with the issue...Still no greet or acknowledgement... The only person that seemed to be doing actual work was the manager...she still didn't greet me either... She said door dash (random name). I said I'm here for door dash and gave my customers name ...she picked up an item with the name ...I said yes...I was still in shock of what lack of customer service they had.... After rushing to leave I arrive in front of customers house than realizing there were donuts they did not hand me... I drove about 2-3 miles back to the store with the order of hash browns still in toe .. I reached the store asked if they can warm up the hash browns cause they were getting cold as a courtesy...the manager told the employee that she can remake the order but not reheat ...but the employee took it upon herself to be nasty and say we don't do that its not our fault you forgot the order...We make the order and you pick it up we have nothing to do with anything else etc.... I just asked for warm hash browns.. Not an irrelevant speel... Terrible customer service ... If they were mystery shopped it would be a fail!

Where to begin with this location. I walked in and waited until the 3rd employee to pass by to be greeted. The employee that took our order looked unkempt and was not knowledgeable about the doughnuts or the drinks. No idea who he was because only 1 employee was wearing a name tag. The employee that made our order wasn't even wearing a uniform unless the uniform is a baggy hoody and basketball shorts. Meanwhile a child was running behind the counter that another employee's that was wearing a tank top and shorts. This child was yelled at by its mother and told to followher to the back. I am not confident that this store is run well because there were no gloves in sight and employees were on their phones after leaving the bathroom never washed their hands. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin.

Wow, I stopped here around 2p. Only to find about 10 doughnuts. Hadn't been here for quite some time. When I walked in I couldn't believe my eyes because all I saw was a small display case with about a few donuts. I remember back in the day when there were a 4-5 display cases filled with freshly made donuts around the clock. When I asked the server is this all your donuts he said this is pretty much it. How disappointing all I wanted was a couple of glazed donuts and there was one little measly glazed donut that had chocolate stuck on it. Dunkin' donuts is a renowned business, it's too bad that it takes just one place of business like this to cast a bad Shadow on all the rest of Dunkin donuts stores. Hey, dunkin' donuts! You guys need to improve your display and variety of donuts before this business goes under as well.

I put 2 stars because i’ve been going to this location for years and I have met some amazing employees but sometimes this dunkin hires the wrong people. Came this morning, ordered the most basic coffee iced coffee with cream and caramel and the girl with short hair on may 10th at 6am didn’t put any caramel in my coffee it tasted awful literally not sweet at all and I order this same drink all the time. I call the store so they can remake it another day and the girl tells me yeah you can come back but I made that and definitely put caramel in it. Super rude and fake on the phone making that remark as if I am wrong…. super rude, i’m choosing a different location in the future unfortunately I don’t recommend this location at all sorry.

This Dunkin Store is quick to take your money when you place your online orders and when you arrive, they said they were closed and out of coffee, as the employees are making a coffee for themselves in front of me. They took the money, and no coffee were given.. Did contact Dunkin and they said the manager will reach out to take care of the situation. They did reach out and said they would send a gift card for the inconvenience. They just made it seem like they took care of the problem. Four months after no gift card was sent. For Someone that visits Dunkin EVERY DAY and spends more than $40 dollars a week you would think they take care of their customers. Wrong! Management nor Dunkin Cares to take care of their customers. If you still visit Dunkin DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE.

Been sitting in this drive thru for over 20 mins. People do have to go to work!! Terrible. Just got to the window and surprise surprise, my order is not ready. I ordered online over 25 mins ago. .. "We've been slammed ma'am" Uh yeah I see that, however If an order is not ready or will take a few mins. longer, how about having the customer pull around to the front and wait. Instead of holding up the line for people like myself who places an online order for convenience . Also, I've complained to the manager before about when I ask for cream cheese I would like cream cheese on my bagel. Here's what half of my bagel looked like. Totally unacceptable. Gave them chance after chance.. I will not be back.

The coffee is good and the service is fast just on the drive thru.... For the life of God DO NOT choose curbside pick up!!! This was the second time I choose curbside and the wait is insanely rediculous! I had previsuly ordered and I sat for 18 minutes at the curb, witnessed 2 customers get their orders before mine [arrived later than me] it was a simple coffee and croissant order. When I finally decided to go through the drive thru, mind you I had now ordered 25 minutes prior... They had not even made the coffee, if it hadn't been because I asked for it. This is the only place near my work,... The first time I did curbside u waited for 15 minutes before I walked in to pick up my food.... They should just eliminate the curbside option!!!

(Updated) Changed from 1 star to 5 stars. The manager that I had a problem with is no longer there. The staff at this location is awesome, we go at least once a day (sometimes twice) unless the lines are going to make us late for work. Great job on choosing your team, everyone here is incredibly friendly... I HAVE ONE MINOR SUGGESTION THOUGH: When my fiance gets a flavor added to her coffee, they are oddly inconsistent with how sweet they are. I hallucinate some people do full pumps while others do partial pumps. If they could fix this that would be awesome :) But what matters most is the people, they're often the 1st people I interact with in my day. It may be strange but this matters to me most and this team is incredible.

A business has to be absolutely atrocious in order for me to leave a review and this one takes the cake. On the first day I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a sausage wrap only to find they gave me a plain bagel with cc and a wrap with JUST egg and cheese (shame on me for not checking the bag I guess). On the SECOND DAY I ordered 2 everything bagels and a veggie wrap and when I double checked the bag I found that they gave me a sausage wrap and the bagels? BOTH of them were plain, so I gave them back letting them know their mistake. Only for them to give me a bagel with two bottoms of a bagel. At this point it seems like its intentional and PETTY because of a mistake THEY made. Never again!

Most of the time I will go through the drive through. They always have what my taste buds have ordered. I am always amazed and amused by some of the servers at these drive through places, she handed me my order, I said great! Her response was, your welcome. I do not say thank you as I am providing them with my hard earned dollars, not the other way around. These dollars help them keep the business alive. It is the customer who has the thank you coming. Not an attitude for NOT being thanked. This needs to be addressed by the shop owners, and the cashier and other workers not expect to be thanked. Have a great day!

I really like this location everyone always in a good mode except for the lady who worked today I come here almost every day some of the staff even now my order my just hearing me at the speaker but today there was a lady there who had tattoos on her face and she was just so rude I was asking a question about the app cause I just started using it and completely ignored me she handed me the drink didn’t even say a word like have a good day or anything definitely ruining there reputation there

The doors are locked at noon, it appears that they're doing drive through only - but there's no signage indicating this. I suspect they just don't want to deal with walk-in customers. The staff is otherwise inexperienced, shy, and mostly not wearing uniforms. It looks like the entire place just replaced every employee with a kid still in high school, but didn't bother to train or supervise them. I saw no hand washing, my order, while correctish, would have been incorrect had I not noticed the receipt. They were getting ready to give me iced coffee when I didn't order it iced. They didn't clarify over the speaker. Where is the manager?

Homeless people's carts in the drive thru should've been our warning sign. Employees chatting on their phones and drinking coffee yet we had to wait several minutes between being handed an item. Got a burnt croissant instead of the bagel I asked for with my sandwich. Spider specialty donut looked like it was thrown into the bag and didn't have legs or anything piped on. Our "cold foam cold brews" were just black coffee topped with whipped cream that dissolved immediately and left a greasy film. Was just truly disappointed in the employee's idea of quality that we didn't think they'd be capable of fixing our order.

I live across the street and for years this location was more miss than hit, always out of something crucial like milk, espresso, caramel. We stopped coming here. Then in the last few months it's obvious there is new management, new staff.the staff is actually up selling and courteous and acting like it's a job, when before it was apparent nobody seemed to care or they were burnt out. It's a huge improvement and I love this location. And they finally took the Christmas tree down from the togo window that had been up two years straight and bugged me everytime I saw it in June lol

Today I decided what the heck we always go to the Dunkin on 42st during the week, let's try to one closest to us (we stop coming here since customer service has been bad lately). Big mistake. I ordered and have been ordering for years, Ice matcha latte extra scoop and little to no ice everywhere I go (Starbuck, Einstein, etc). They came come with a cup littlr than less of it being half way full and said that is what I am getting. I am sorry this is a load of baloney and they get defensive when I say I been doing this for years. They need a reality check at this location!!!

Hate this because one employee projects the quality of all of them. Mostly the girls are all great, friendly, fast, accurate. This afternoon I went for my coffee and the she confirmed the order with me at the window with the coffee in her hand, it was wrong and after I expresses that to her she proceeded to hand me the same cup of coffee after telling me it wasn't what I ordered. There was no apology for the inconvienence or for the lack of care and lieing to my face not realizing she had let me know it was wrong.. Maybe customer service isn't the right industry.

This is my favorite Dunkin' donuts in the whole world. They have the freshest donuts, especially in the morning and they're open longer hours in the evenings and even when I get donuts at night they're still fresh. I love it.

What are the five times did I come to this place to the drive-thru I have to go back inside because I asked for hot coffee and they give me a cold coffee not only that but half the girls that work there and one of the guys that works there seems like it's a chore for me to ask for the kind of coffee that I want which is not super special it's a latte with a couple of espresso shots I visit about 3 different Dunkin Donuts on any given day when it's by my house by my work or somewhere between and then this is the worst of the three

Pretty inconsistent. This is the location near my house and I stop in maybe 1 -2 times every 2 weeks and have noticed that when I reorder items, they never come the same. Some examples would be the cream cheese on the bagels. Sometimes it comes on and sometimes they hand me a cup of cheese with a knife (which isn't convenient in the car haha) Some times they put whipped cream on the same drink i order every time, sometimes they do not. Staff is always friendly, love them. Could be a management issue or incorrect training!

I am normally happy with Dunkin donuts but this location in particular has disappointed me a few times. in my most recent visit I waited for nearly 5 minutes at the front to get help and then when I finally got someone to come and help me, I was looking to get a hot chocolate but machines were broken. They offered to make it out of the machine but said it would be watery so if I wanted a watery hot chocolate they would make it for me. Seems to me if the machines are going to break they would need to know how to make it.

Horrible experience, waited 8+ minutes in the drive through line(cars behind me wouldn't back out or I'd have left), by the time I got to place my order the girl rushed me off the intercom. Maybe rush the car that was two ahead of m that sat at the intercom for 6 minutes, don't rush people that patiently waited... After all that, they f'd up my order and gave us 100% the wrong donuts. It's raining cats and dogs and I'm not about to drive all the way back... Would go out of my way to never go back to this location.

I'm giving 2/5 stars because I'd say about 2 out of every 5 visits they are able to get my order right. I've even tried simplifying my order by getting two of the same sandwiches and they'll give me two different ones. When I order a vanilla latte they constantly just forget the syrup completely. Doesn't matter if I drive through, walk in, or mobile order. It's sad because when it's right it's so good and makes me want to come back but I can't keep spending $6 on a latte that is wrong more often than it's right.

Hi i been going to this location for about 5 months about 7-8pm clock 4 times a week and sometimes i want to order frozen coffee. But they tell me that the blender is down. I think they don't want to make me a blended coffee. All i want to know is there a time for me to come by to order a blended coffee. Or what Or should i just stop going to dunkin. I love the coffee i even made some tiktok videos about how much i love the coffee. But i wish the blender didn't break or not working every time i go.

I had ordered a coffee and they were out of an ingredient but were super kind and I just wanted to say thank you. I'm like super coffee challenged and particular and I know the worker wanted to make a different one but it wasnt his fault. I have worked in the industry and I know how busy it gets in the morning and I was there around brunch time. He also gave me an extra apple fritter so yay! So even though I didnt get exactly what I ordered I still had a pleasant experience and that's what matters

I come here for the iced coca mocha drinks. The whole staff is really friendly and every time I come here I am greeted with a smile. The crew that normally helps me in the morning is Savannah, Araya, Michelle, and Jenny. They are all great ladies and always bring great customer service.

Worst Dunkin’ ever they always get my order wrong the bagel bites taste the freezer burn and one of them was moldy I tried calling to make a complaint but was hung up on 3 times!! And the drive thru is always slow like 1 and 30 minutes slow and the excuse is sorry we are short staff. Then two of the girl wearing regular clothes have an attitude towards a gentleman worker who is always there alone. Do better and stop feeding people expired food and food that have freezer burn.

Ordered a bagel sandwich and it came on sourdough? Ordered a muffin and I don’t even know where the muffin is but I sure didn’t get it. A friend ordered hash browns brown bites and there was only 2 little bites in the bag.. she also ordered the snack bacon and it was 1 piece of bacon. I’ve called the location 6 times and no one will answer the phone…Worst experience I’ve ever had and really wish I could give 0 stars for my service and order today..

The experience was awful! When we went to the speaker, nobody was able to hear us. So then I had to go to the window, the ladies were rolling their eyes and being so rude!! Just a coffee for me and my friend. I was the only person inside waiting to be served, but no one "saw" me. Only when I turned my back to leave, after about 90 seconds, did someone come out from the back. Apology offered and accepted. Otherwise, coffees made just the way my friend and I like. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the lengthy time to be acknowledged.

They used to be pretty good but increasingly take longer and quality is going down hill. I don’t know if I’ll ever go to this one again after I just got stuck in a drive thru line for 25 minutes. Seriously how does it take that long to get through the line? I couldn’t turn the car around because there were so many cars behind me and no space to. If I would have known it would take that long I would have parked and gone in. This is nuts.

Dunkin donuts is one of those food chains that is hit or miss. This location is definitely a miss. Just drive west down Thomas about 5 minutes and there is another Dunkin next to the i17 next to the aquarium store. That is the best Dunkin in the area. Skip this store and the one downtown.

Very unprofessional!! When I walk in the cashier and manager just look at me with no words spoken. I had to repeat my order 3x and it still wasn't correct I asked if it could be fixed because it's not what I wanted she said no! I drove to the one on 16th st and Bethany home road it's as night and day so welcoming they got my drink right the 1st time! This location is the best of them so far.

Stop by this morning to get my coffee, Paid for expresso shot and they forget to add it. Go back talk to manager and she make it seems like im responsible for not checking my drink. She gives me another drink with xpresso and discount the .99 cents. Looks like they are ok loosing customers for a cup of coffee. Really bad cust service. I will drive the extra mile to the next donkin donut.

It was my first time ever at a Dunkin' Donuts and I must say, they didn't disappoint. We got a mix of the strawberry frosted with sprinkles, frosted blueberry, chocolate glazed, and chocolate frosted (I think, may have been double chocolate). They were all so good, but I loved that the strawberry frosting actually had a strawberry taste versus a nasty artificial strawberry taste.

Came in this morning to get a iced coffee and while waiting I decided to get a plain bagel with cream cheese when I was charged double price than what was posted I asked for manager and she said that she had been too busy to change posted prices and would not honor the posted price . Very dissatisfied and left with out my bagel after a 15 min wait time for my coffee. Unreal ..

Very disorganized location waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Handed me the incorrect drink twice. Finally settled for the third which was still the incorrect size but at-least it was the right drink. Wasn’t going to fight them since I was going to be late for work thanks to them. Similar Has happened on several occasions. Have tried giving them second chances but not again.

I will say this was your normal Dunkin’ Donuts experience which seem to always be above average. The counter people were very friendly, and the food was good. I tried the breakfast wake up wrap and it was pretty tasty! The dining room Look like a large group just left and is likely why the tables were not clean. But I had my order to go so did not really affect my experience.

I give this location chance after chance and they fail me every time! This location is so GHETTO! Whoever manages this location should know that the employees hang outside the parking lot smoking weed. How unprofessional. That may explain the reason my order is always incorrect. I go here every morning because of the old morning crew. When everyone was replaced, I was skeptical but I came anyway as it is close to my office. I won't be returning. There is a more appropriate way to speak to people than trying to embarrass them in front of others. Never have I seen such disrespect from a manager to a patron. Where is the human decency?

Convenient location on Thomas to get your coffee. I always get a large iced coffee, with double cream & double sugar and the people here make it the best! The line moves quick during rush hour and the staff are very friendly. Ample indoor seating available if you rather eat inside then the drive through. The indoor lobby is very clean.

Lines are always SO LONG, I’ve had to leave several times because it takes me almost 20 minutes to get out of the drive thru. Always get your orders wrong, Even after they repeat it to you. When you order through the app and pick up at the store or drive thru they still take long. It supposed to be faster for customers but it’s not.

There was only one person behind me in the drive thru and the coffee maker was making rude comments like: oh my God after I paid for the drink. I'm sure my annual income is twice what she makes. I promise you I will not be back to a Dunkin donuts ever!

4:26 on the last Friday of April and I pull in to go through drive thru. Too bad it's blocked by 4 male transients who are sitting on the pavement in the shade. Did not even try to bring my vehicle into that situation. I went right out the other side of the front parking lot and won't be back. This area isn't safe.

Shout out to whomever makes the coffee here, they never miss! I come here often and get a coffee with sugar and cream and they never ask how much sugar or cream I want, they hit it perfect every damn time! And always courteous service with a smile.

Wanted to try the cookie butter donut--picked up in the late afternoon, so the doughnut was a bit stale, and they were out of Boston creams, but the French crullers, apple fritters, and Bavarian cream were great. Clean store and friendly service.

Four staff people, didn't seem very organized. Three cars in drive-thru, we went into the store. Took a little over 15 minutes to get complete order......two hot black coffee and two bagels, and they all came out one at a time.

I love Dunkin Doughnuts with all my heart but the staff made the experience terrible. Any small request like a cup of water seemed like a huge burden for the workers. I worked in fast food and am pretty understanding and patient when it comes to waiting for an order but wow..

They had no boxes and had no powdered donuts only glazed and chocolate yuck plus the donuts are too too small I can imagine the donut holes they must be marbles lol also 7dollars for half a dozen come on that's a bit much to me. It's flour! Nope won't go there again!

Bacon egg and cheese was cold despite having to wait over 10 minutes. Paid at the drive thru and was told to park in the parking lot to wait for my order. Finally, someone emerged from the empty store and gave me a cold breakfast sandwich. Waste of time and money.

Very rude girls today I was extremely disappointed. At 10:00 AM there were very few donuts available but the negative energy was the worst part of my visit. I won’t be returning!

This is the best Dunkin Doughnuts I've ever been to. There was almost no wait time for my coffee and the service was quick. Stephanie and Nick were some of the most friendly cashiers I've ever met! I'll definitely will be coming back here.

Ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a caramel iced coffee with liquid sugar. (Yes, they have liquid sugar, no need for crunchy sweet iced coffee!) The line wasn’t too long, and the food and coffee were great! I’m pleased :)

This Dunkin is always busy, which isnt a bad thing, and the workers are always doing their best to take care of customers. If I'm in need of a quick breakfast, this is the place I go. The workers all deserve a raise.
