Took my comforter to Dunn Avenue Coin Laundry 7/30/2020, picked it up the same day & when I opened the bag when I got home, it had not been washed. Called the them twice but got a message, “Mailbox full, hang up.” Went there the next morning with the comforter & at first they said they would wash it. Then said they called the boss & would not wash it or return my $15. Took it elsewhere & it is white as the day I bought it & smells April fresh. I will never go back to Coin Avenue Laundry. They must have changed owners or mgmt because I was satisfied with their work until today.

My washer broke and I have a set waiting to be delivered but is on back order so unfortunately I had to use the laundry mat I have used this one the last couple of weeks while waiting and it gets worse Everytime I either have a washer problem or my dryers don't heat up. The vending machines don't work either. Also accidentally left a load of whites wasn't even gone for 5 mins and all my towels and rags were gone. Very sad that they can't update or fix anything. They just allow their customers to keep wasting money.

My 1st time going was Sunday night 8/19/18. It was very clean. Only problem was I was drying my clothes, it was about 9:30. I had like 10 mins left and the person working that night was a black lady with dreads and tattoos. She started turning off lights and told me and my son we had to go. I told her my clothes were still wet. She told me to go to A dif place to dry them because she had to lock up. So I started bagging my wet clothes and she tells me I'm moving too slow. I would never go back there.

I’m a full time RV-er currently staying at the Flamingo RV Park. I was looking for a place to do my laundry and found Dunn Ave Coin Laundry. I have been doing my laundry as we travel cross country and found this laundry mat to be one of the cleanest I’ve been to. The woman on site was so helpful. If you’re in the area and need to do laundry, use Dunn Avenue Laundry.

One of the biggest laundromats in the area however, the woman who works there started treating 2 women badly because she wanted to mop the floor and they were loading their clothes. She is crazy. She kept calling them messy and if she was younger she'd fight them. She needs to go ASAP!!! I do like that the place is clean and the washers don't take forever to wash.

I came in at 845 and was saying hello, and immediately the laundry lady told me raising her voice that we are about to close,I said I only have to dry my clothes. It was an awful experience and I felt I was taking up her time. So for future even though on website it says 10:00 get there before. God bless

I came to this location 10/19 used #20 washer. No water at all.! I asked the attendant she stated oh it always does that ion know why tho ( in my head I’m thinking why not mark it OUT OF SERVICE) Act so unconcerned. What a waste of $8 . So now I have dirty clothes that smell good ‍♀️ …

People are nice, cleanliness is shabby, washers and dryers could be clean more regularly. 1/2 of all the machines don't work. How much money are they missing out on if the machines don't work? I watch people walk in and leave because no machines available. Prices are pretty steep as well.

The old lady that be SITTING behind the counter. Phew, I've watched her do some ignorant stuff to people. Including myself. She doesn't speak when you talk to her. She points and knods her head. B U T.., she got time for SEVERAL selfies. It's amazing how ppl are nowadays smfh.

This a horrible coin laundry. I Spent $1.50 on the dryer and clothes still wet. I had approximately 10 pieces of laundry approximately after 30 minutes still wet as if I was just starting. What a waste of money. Never again will I come here.

I use to love this PLACE clean quiet until the old lady with the two dog's inside the laundromat told me not to come back in there to wash my clothes because i would not use a dryer she wanted me to use a 1 minute difference

Rude attendant. Machine did not spin out 1 blanket. Lady was extremely rude about water being dripped on floor. No matter what I said she had to insert her rudeness. Will not return to this laundry mat. Very expensive too.

75% of the washing machine are either out of order or not functioning properly as indicated by the post it note displayed. Hot!! And Dirty, No A/C When was the last time the floor was mopped much less a wall wiped down.

While trying to use the vending machine, my arm was cut in 6 places and the manager was like "oh that happens all the time" um clearly the safety issue needs to be addressed. Will NOT be back

Clean and safe and machines work well. The lady working there was busied keeping the place clean and presentable while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

It was ok! Needs to be more updated for as much as it cost to use! I only came because I'm waiting on my new washer/ dryer. The staff was very polite and helpful!

It's a laundry mat. Lots of machines broken, not maintained well. However they do staff an employee on hand to help out. So for that I'm giving them 3 stars

Been coming here for a year and today it's ALL BRAND NEW Fresh Paint and New Machines and the same Friendly people... THANKYOU …

It got a 4 star because of the lady who is the attendant. She is an awesome person. Really friendly and helpful.

Good place to have your laundry done for you or you can do it yourself plenty of machines clean place

As long as you don’t desire heat from the dryers then it would be an ideal place.

Some of the dryers still need to be fixed and so does the air conditioner.

It’s a clean area but pretty pricey I think. $5.75 a wash.
