6 trips to the court, systems are down, no communication to the ques of people of what is happening. Finally getting to see someone and then the process is disrupted by load sheading- generators? Then being told I can email a document and the details will be sent via email to my family who lost our dad suddenly and to have some emotional closure on the ordeal - nothing is sent back and we have to go back to court yet again. We don't live in area and this is a mission each time to go through. Please can this be changed for others so that they don't have to go through the emotional and the financial as well as time laps like this. Most travel long way on public transport to get to the court where they can not be helped and homeaffairs is also often off line. SOUTH AFRICA please can we do better for all our people. It is a massive task for those who ready need these services to get to the buildings like the HIGH COURT and for there to be no power and or computer subsystems are down. We can keep living like this where basic needs the government buildings can have a generator and they can get better IT infrastructure there is MONEY for this allocated to each government department and service.

Durban court is a big joke! A lady aged 51 went to get a court order to get her x boyfriend out of her apartment, was told that she must find another place to move out to. Her mother paid the deposit and for her moving into that apartment The man used to abuse her physically and mentally. He's still doing that and the court won't do anything. What kind of legal system is that? When she went to report him at the police station they made fun of her instead of doing her job . It's a shame as he's much younger than her.

The problem lies exclusively at the general office next to the actual high court. Terrible service , unorganized, rude towards many people.
