"These people are extremely rude"
"The place is always clean and well maintained, there are few employees who value their work, others they don't respect us as public at all,you wait for them to finish their personal affairs before they attend you, while helping you they are busy talking to each other,no respect at all"
"A guy by the name of Andile at civil court made me wait from 11:35 until 3 pm for whatever reason he knows"
"Support staff in the place are very friendly and helpful"
"Long waits seating on a wooden bench are really uncomfortable"
These people are extremely rude. The barely answer the phone and when they do they are so rude. How were the even employed with such bad customer service. I gave a one star rating because there was no other way for me to put my review, if I had the option I would give a zero star rating

A guy by the name of Andile at civil court made me wait from 11:35 until 3 pm for whatever reason he knows... He came at 2pm asked what I was waiting for and I told him been waiting for him for hours how come he's asking me? He still made me wait for another hour
Support staff in the place are very friendly and helpful. They will listen to your story and advise you accordingly. The place itself is very clean and Neat. Its in a secure gated facility with two guards at the front usually. However
Long waits seating on a wooden bench are really uncomfortable. The court premises are clean but I just don't understand why the windows are so dirty, are there no cleaning staff there? The courts are easily accessible even with public
Sometimes due to the number of cases that comes in on a daily bases you might have to wait for a while to be attended too, however if you have a date and time to meet 8 out of 10 times you will meet at the exact time.
The employee have no work ethic in answer a call ,it seem they allow the phone to ring for long ,and then transfer to voice operater , eventually the call is answered they Are very rude , the divorced department.
They are so rude when they answer the phones and just cut the call on you like they doing you a favor by taking your call
Clean and tidy some staff are really old they could do with more energetic Young blood.
They are not answering outside calls I tried several times with no luck
Cases go a bit slow due to delaying tactics of the accused.
