Been a few years so I thought I'd stop by and get a beverage but NOPE!! The discrimination against pedestrians continues! But this time the sign is fancy looking so I guess this is a permanent location for cars only. I've had enough close calls as a pedestrian in this area to NOT put my body at risk in a drive thru lane at a location that cars can't form 2 lines without guidance at. There's a large hedge between the parking lot and the drive thru where the order takes a tend to be so literally they expect people on foot to chance bodily harm in the drive thru for a beverage. No thanks. I'll continue going down the street to a pedestrian friendly retailer.

My wife and I went to this location about a month ago to redeem a free drink on the Dutch Bros app that was expiring that day. We told the guy taking our order that we’d like to use the free drink coupon. He said “Okay” then walked away having charged us in full for both drinks instead. We explained the mix up to the guy handing us the drinks, and after a couple minutes he told us “I just put 3 free medium drinks on your account.” We went back about 4 days ago to use them, however we were told there were 0 free drinks on either one of our accounts. It was not this person’s fault being that he was not involved in the previous confusion, however since we discovered we were lied to by the staff, we will not be returning to this location.

Got a simple order one medium light ice green tea and a large sugar free strawberry green tea light ice. Got to the window and notice that they first did the medium into the suger free strawberry and was all ice and told her it was supposed to be a large and she goes back and gets a large cup and fills it with more ice and just pours the medium into the large, side note other employee says they are light ice before she did that and still filled it to the brim with ice, literally no point of ordering a large if it gets filled with just ice, then proceeds to make the green tea and does the same thing fills it to the brim with ice and then the remainder of the medium throws to the trash, to be honest dutch bros employees use to have the best customer service and had gone considerably downhill. So disappointing.

I’m very disappointed at my recent visit at this Dutch. I’ve been going to many different Dutch Bros across the city for many years and I never have a bad experience like I did today. We put in our order for two drinks and pulled up to the window. We were asked three different times by three different people if our order was “a holly jolly” when we did not order that and were offered straws three separate times after we had already gotten some. When we received our drinks, the Dutch soda was under filled and half filled with ice when we specified light ice on both drinks. The communication among the workers was off and they seemed frustrated when we questioned them about the soda. I love Dutch Bros, but I think I’m going to avoid this location.

Definitely excited to hear that we had a Dutch Brose right around the corner. Definitely one of those coffee places that is popular the line was long probably waited about 30 to 45 minutes but customer service was on point and super friendly. I tried the Carmel iced coffee golden eagle with sweet cold foam and I have to say it was well worth the wait. It was perfect sweet just how I like it. I think they won me over over my typical Starbucks. Dutch Bros coffee taste amazing and they have so many different options of flavors you can get along with other drinks that aren't just coffee. Definitely will be back but maybe during the nonpeak hours! 10/10 recc

I went on a Saturday at 11am and the line was moderately long. Window was closed for walk up order, only drive through was open. Took about 15-20 minutes to get our drinks, there might have been a hold up for some reason. We were just chatting in the car so it wasn't too bad and our drinks were so perfect! The reason I love coming to this Dutch bros is because the staff is always very friendly and kind!! The quality of my drinks are always amazing but the only negative is their wait time. I understand it’s not the employees fault rather the managers for not scheduling enough employees to be outside helping with the drive through lines. If you come around 3pm expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line. There aren’t enough employees to come outside to help take orders. Overall a great Dutch bros just a bit busy so you will wait a bit

Every single time I come to this location I get someone who pulled up after me getting served before me because of the two lane system and the baristas not having a method of keeping track of the car order. Just happened to me again and it’s so common that I’m finally leaving a review about it. On top of that, the walk up is permanently closed for some reason? This location is right around the corner from my house so I’d rather not drive 15 mins to the next just for coffee. Please fix this issue.

As some one who works at another Dutch Bros, I know this isn’t how the quality should be. Today I went back through the drive as I thought I just didn’t order my drink properly. The second one was better but still off. After looking at my drinks I found there were grounds at the bottom and floating around the cup and there were white specks floating on top (from the oat milk I suppose). Please double check your drinks before putting them out to customers. Other than the issues with the drink. The staff at this location is pretty great.

Tried this place for the first time and was so excited when I asked what drinks they offered that are sugar free and they replied EVERY DRINK ON THE MENU CAN BE MADE SUGAR FREE! I was impressed. I can't get anything other than coffee and tea with Splenda at Starbucks. The drinks are delicious and the prices are reasonable.

First off I love Dutch and come quite often although I am from out of town and this is my first time at this location. The staff was friendly when taking my order but the wait time has been really long!! I write this as I sit in line. It’s been 30 minutes and I’m still 7 cars back in the drive thru. I don’t know if this is the normal thing at this location or not. I still love Dutch and will continue to come but I might try a different location next time if the wait times continue to be this long!

Super friendly staff, they are always positive and perky and just a pleasure to talk with. The coffee is excellent has to be expected from Dutch Bros you really taste the coffee in the mixed drinks unlike a lot of it's chain competition. If you have not tried Dutch Bros I would certainly recommend it if you happen to be in this area this location is run by an exceptional crew.

This place is addicting. Doesn't compare to Starbucks. I ordered the Campout freeze. She said that it's called a Camp Fire freeze. Well anyways. Definitely delicious. Made with chocolate milk and white foam cream on the top drizzled with chocolate. Doesn't taste like coffee. That maybe why you can't compare it to Starbucks, you can really taste coffee flavored Starbucks coffee drinks. Dutch Bros Coffee should just be Dutch Bros and no Cofee in the name.

Update: Same comments but knocking off another star because I still think it’s ridiculous how long they take to make drinks. Each car is at the window for such a long time. I dont understand why they take long servicing just one window. The walk up window is never open and the lines are always extremely long. I understand they get a lot of customers but they should find solution to help the line efficiently. I feel like they can do better to coordinate all this.

Love Dutch bros but this one has to be the slowest ever. I’ve never gotten in line here and spent less than 20 minutes trying to get a coffee. Never worth the frustration. The picture speaks to the rating but I always go to this location since it’s near the house. I truly do appreciate individuals like Sarah. I forgot my wallet and had no cash when I finished placing my order.. I was embarrassed and just about to drive out of the line when Sarah said that “it’s on us today! It’s ok. ” Small gestures of kindness like that make my days and it was truly appreciated. Shout out to Sarah, Thank you kindly.

The employees are always so happy. I love it. I love even more that they offer sugar free drinks. Refreshers tastes a million times better than anything at SB's and they're definitely quicker than SB's.

This location is super busy. Double lanes and a little slower than I'm use to at DB. The young man that took my order was super nice as well as the young lady at the window. There were 11ppl working but it seemed as though more than half were constantly outside. I know tips are shared so I didn't want to penalize the young man taking my order so unfortunately everyone benefited. I'll stick to the Sahara location.

They have a drink called white chocolate lavender something like that, but it is absolutely amazing! Last time i went, i was cut off by some rude b**ch and the employees saw it and apologized for her and my order was free! I didnt even complain they just noticed and made my experience an awesome one. Thanks guys!

Arrived at Craig location at 0931am on a Sunday and got bumped by the broista stating they are trained to go every other line rotation when taking orders even if other cars were there first. I waited in line for 20mins until 951am for 1 iced coffee with no compensation after being skipped over. Will never come back to this location as I am now late for work at 10am.

This is my first time buying from this dutch location and I sure regret it they have the worst customer service the girls were not friendly like in other locations I told the young lady I was paying cash and she looked at me kind of weird and then she sent another girl to cash me out before even getting to the register window felt so discriminated

I have yet to try a drink from here that I didn't like. Their customer service is exceptional. Prices are great. I love all the different varieties of drinks you can get. They have tons of drinks that aren't coffee based so my kids can enjoy it as well. This is my number one treat spot. I prefer it over Starbucks any day!

You don't have an option to walk up to the window yet you don't have any one outside taking orders which gets vehicles all roadraged trying to figure out who is next after waiting 20 minutes. So you're being lazy making one drink at a time while the person at the window wants to know my whole life story. Get better.

It took literally 30 minutes to get one coffee due to the line. And the walk-up window was closed (as always) so idling in my car was the only option, with no way to change my mind after getting in line. On top of that, they made my drink wrong and there was no way I was getting back in line to have it corrected.

Love the drinks and the vibe of the people working there.... BUT spending 1/2 hour in a line is not worth it. Sorry, but the company needs to figure out a way to expedite the process!

Tired of buying Freezes only for them to sell me foam.. when I ask for a new one the excuse is always the same (just changed the machine)... I get if that happens once in a while, but lately it has been happening more and more... maybe it is time I go find another coffee spot that won’t charge me $5 for foam....

Good service, good drinks. Everything makes me keep coming back. Only thing is the lineup of cars is awkward. I was behind a car in a long line of cars, I chose the other lane and some how 4 cars got in between us and they ordered got their drink and left when I still needed to order. Everything else is superb.

Every drink I've had here has been very delicious. My favorite so far is Picture Perfect it does have a very strong taste of mocha. Also recommend white chocolate annihilator and flap jack breve. The line looks very long when you arrive however it is very organized and goes by quickly. Service is really great.

Husbands drink came out fine, I had told the lady at the counter I wanted very light ice in mine, she went to the cup that was filled to the top with ice, took barely any out , made my drink and put more ice back in it. I got cocoanut cream soda and there was no cocoanut in it. Seems like they didn’t care

Ups and downs but mostly up. Staff is friendly and it's quick when you order. Only downside is that people don't know how a dual line works and they cut you off even if they order two cars behind you. Wanted to leave one time because of this but they offered a free drink for the inconvenience.

I ordered the horchata chai tea latte. I had requested hot, but they gave me iced. It was good, but way too sweet. This location only had their drive-thru open. My friend and I arrived on foot. Thankfully, they still let us order through the drive-thru line even though we didn’t have a car.

So i went to dutch brother on decatur for second time i am sure i do not like this place i tipped for the wrong drink really how hard is hot coffee caramel sweet but for dutch bro very hard at least at 7-11 or Starbucks there get it right not happy at all with this place never again Gross

Love their blended mocha with extra chocolate. Sometimes the line is long but worth the wait.

I really like the iced drinks here, it's much more affordable than Starbucks, while being just as good. Staff is very upbeat and friendly. I like the sticky notes drawings they put on the pick up window. Smart to do drive thru only, they seems to knock out the lines fairly quick.

I would come here more often but the line at this location is always so long and it moves so slow. I’m not waiting 30 min in line for a coffee when I can get order pick up across the street at Starbucks.
