Wow. Where do i begin. I recently had my car stolen and my cc information compromised. So working across the street at the storage joint, CubeSmart has been convenient for me to get coffee in the mornings, especially when carpooling. Despite the times i've ordered my drink with oatmilk, never complained when they forgot and still put milk in it (eventhough i still paid all those times). Today i called and asked if they would do a cash order BEFOREHAND, the lady whom i spoke with on the phone, which name i refuse reveal (because I'm not personally aiming this message to get someone fired as we all need a job in these strange times rt now) took my order and told me to meet her at the drive-thru window and when there would be an opening, she would take my money. Mind you, she had took my order already. I hoof it to the Bean, get there, and waited about 7-8 minutes outside the door before the person with whom i spoke with, that had taken the order over the phone, came to the door, cracked it open and now tells me to join in the line of cars wrapped around the side of the building and walk in the drive-thru. I asked if she could just take the cash i had in my hand at the moment, since she had taken the order. I was going to give them the change from my order as a tip for doing the cash order but i guess this will have to do for now. I declined to walk in the drive-thru line for i was on my break stillso i instead walked back to my job. My coworkers also had issues with coffees being burnt but we still love to get a nice hot coffee from you guys over Starbucks, anyways. There was a time when people use to take pride in there work but that time has passed and diminished completely. It saddens me to make a complaint of a neighboring business and a place i really enjoy but you must know that the check you are keeping the lights on with is coming from working people just like yourselves. Hey, this place is really really good, I really enjoy the reward system and I got a free green tea macho latte large hot blended and it was amazing because I have to pay anything, through the app I was able to do everything so I really appreciate the help thank you so much for the customer attention as soon as I walked in and I did the walk the walk in or drive-through, because it has a drive-through as well, the guy just attended me so quick even though there was like six cars right in front of me, it was very quick very speedy The already had a tea ready before even stopping so it was very speedy and I really appreciate the system that they have. On the outside it looks amazing and I have this little fireplace as well. It was raining the day that I got the tea and I got the free reward so I think it’s about one dollar for every point and after 50 points you get that but if correct me if I’m wrong maybe in the app it’s a little bit different, but still the reward system is really good and it got me to go back to Coffee Bean. I no longer will go again because it started to get a little bit addictive I don’t know what they put in the drink but it’s very addictive or it feels like it has some sort of thing that feels or makes a return back, so no wonder it’s so packed and so good, but still I really like the fireplace and I really like the setting for when it was raining so that you could Chyna just chill for a bit and have fun in coffee bean. Not sure why I keep torturing myself by coming to this location (other than proximity & general love for CB). If they aren’t giving me smalls when I pay for larges (12 oz is not the same as 20 oz) and not addressing it when corporate claims to have reached out to them (filled out website forms as requested both times), and ignoring the light ice request and adding the actual flavoring…. It’s making it super hard to keep tipping, let alone returning. I live closest to this one but the one in Summerlin proper- weird drive thru setup and all- hires people that actually listen and care about their jobs. It really isn’t difficult to make a proper drink at a chain. You aren’t handcrafting from the bottom up. At least the size was correct this time but I figure there’s no way they can try to deceive if I just give in and spring for the 32 oz size. The gentlemen who are sometimes in the drive thru (weren’t any of the disastrous times) are both friendly and seem to care.

I love it here! I come here from time to time to get my college work done. I’m slowly becoming a daily regular! Their beverages are sooo delicious and never disappoint. Sometimes they run out of a certain ingredient in a drink I usually get, but they work with me to find something else I might like. The place is pretty small, with three, 4 person tables and a bar area facing outside. Most people don’t dine in anyway so it’s perfect for studiers like me ;p. There’s also outdoor seating. The staff have always been so kind to me even when they’re extremely busy. When they notice I am glued to my work, they go out of their way to hand me my drink instead of normally calling it out.

Darlings, all ages have the right to be serviced in any public place. Treating us less is discriminatory and against the law. If you’re friendly to some or most, you better be friendly to all. When we ordered our coffees to stay, they sheepishly called out our names. If they called out our names is really in question, which leaned towards, “No they didn’t.” I placed three different orders at three different times, it was quiet enough that we should have easily heard the call out of my name. One gal was charming and nice one on one but later she ignored us as well. Managers: Train your servers to be servers, with the emphasis on serve. This shop offers a Service with supposed ambience, which was callous. Please teach them to not discriminate on sectors or classes of peoples. Thanks

Waited 15min in drive thru. That's ok I can deal with that. When i got to the window the made the incorrect drink. The Barista remade my drink and I saw her use whole milk. I requested coconut milk due to an allergy to dairy. I questioned her about the milk she used and she gave me attitude. Closed the window came back and handed me a drink. I had my husband try the drink and indeed was whole milk. Handed it to me with a smirk on her face. Very unprofessional. We can see her through the window making it with whole milk and she Still lied about it not taking serious that i have an allergy to dairy. Never going back. They need to be trained on health risks !!

My family and I stopped here for some quick pick-me-up drinks because it was that time of the day. Although we didn't order any food at this place, our cold brew w/vanilla bean oat milk, matcha latte w/oat milk and peach, and Bali Blue Moon were outstanding. In addition to our great drinks, our combination cashier/barista that was working on 18 Aug 2023 @ ~2:30 pm, was exceptional - we appreciated her friendliness and for suggesting certain things for our drinks. The facility was maintained well and the prices were reasonable. Thank you, CBTL for supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces to include its Veterans. Highly recommend this coffee shop to everyone.

I went by today for the first time in years, thinking I would get a black forest frap, but they told me they stopped making those "years ago." OK. I guess it has been a while. So, I ordered a mocha blended drink. It was good, but it was not worth 17 minutes in the drive-thru. No joke. From the time I began ordering until the time I received my order, with only 2 cars on front of me, was 17 minutes. I ordered a small mocha blended with no special requests, and a 10 dollar gift card. I am not sure if the Brady Bunch was in front of me or what, but it took a lot of time. The staff was very friendly (no apologies regarding time) and I know it is not their fault when customers have large orders or are indecisive, so I am not blaming anyone...just stating facts.

I used to love this place. Sometime last year I went and my coffee was really grainy, so drove back and asked if I could get a new one. They ended up remaking it for me twice, and it was still super grainy. I ended up just taking it that last time, it was less grainy than the other ones. I decided to go again about a week ago, after about a year of not going. And it was the same issue. Grainy iced coffee. Idk what they changed but it didn't used to be like that. The grainy-ness of it is almost like sugar chunks that won't dissolve. It makes me really sad, I loved this coffee chain so much.. maybe try again in another year

Always friendly drive thru crew and they move the line efficiently. Don’t forget to tip- something CBTL should add to the app. I’m not sure where people are getting their prices from but if you even check in the app for this location (which is accurate), they’re lower than others have stated for small and medium drinks. Adding a plant based milk is 60cents (sadly something done at SB so probably competitive). But factor that or extra syrups (30cents) in if you’re doing those.

The world’s slowest drive thru. You are guaranteed to be waiting for AT LEAST 20 minutes, regardless if there’s 1 car ahead of you or 10. They’re not the best at taking and understanding orders, so often times there’s a mistake by the time you reach the pickup window. They were out of cookie butter during the holidays, that’s also a huge letdown. I will say that if you order online & pickup in store it usually goes smoothly (emphasis on usually). I suggest going to a different location. I can’t take away from the fact that the staff is always very kind & friendly.

Drinks are good. Customer service is typically great. My issues always come from the loyalty program. Especially coming from a slick system like Starbucks, The Coffee Bean app and rewards system is so clunky. The system was just "down" for multiple weeks a month ago. For the past two weeks I've received email and in-app marketing for a discount on ice blended drinks, but when I went to redeem today they said "Oh I'm sorry none of the Nevada stores participate?". good tasting coffee! They have a drive through and in-door and outside seating areas. Started out 5 star but lately inconsistent price has become an issue. I always order the same drink and the past three times I was charged three different totals. I asked the kid behind the counter why it has been so inconsistent and he said I was charged extra .80 for cream. head slap ummm okay. I always want to leave a cash tip of some sort but not when I'm being nickel and dime-d out of coffee condiments. .10 for a sugar packet, What next? Used to be you could put your own stuff in your coffee, can we bring that back???

Went in store to order a coffee and was not given service because the manager closes her Regester early. She says it’s her store and it’s her police to close the cash registers early before store closes… I asked for Reg Manager number she refused to give it to me… I asked for corporate number she said she don’t have that number either.. told me I have to us a card if I want coffee.. I only had cash … the manger faith is Awful and she was filled with a bunch of excuses of why it’s her store and if she wants to close in early she can close it early

So I went here for the 1st time the other day, and loved it. It was really chill and laid back. It wasn't slammed busy, no lines and a very simple menu. The store was very neat and clean. The ladies working there were very pleasant and nice told me to take my time deciding. I decided on their pumpkin Chai blended Isle drink. It was amazing! Best pumpkin Chai ever! They also had tea and coffee to take home. I was most impressed with the fact that they had tea pods for keurig! Which are almost impossible to find in stores. Plus the patio was super cute and cozy!! Definitely going back!

Here’s another classic place that is still kind of new to me! My friend turned me on to their Swedish Berries Tea... I get it iced without any sweetener, and it is delicious, caffeine snd sugar free, not to mention pretty! I am a coffee LOVER but I can’t have caffeine later in the day, so this place is my new go-to for a treat that won’t bother me later (ie when I’m trying to go to sleep at 1 AM)! They have a very efficient drive thru as well as a nice outside seating area out front with a fireplace. I’m not sure, but I think they are open for seating inside now, as well.

I had a wonderful experience tonight at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! I have never been i think i found my new favorite coffee shop!! The staff was so helpful and patient while i decided what i wanted, and the Supervisor Faith gave the best service! She helped me choose from their many flavors. I love my coffee sweet and faith reassured me that if it didn’t taste quite right she would fix it up for me! We need more service like Faith provided me today! She’s a rockstar and i will be coming back!

Fair rating because the coffee drinks and customer service was excellent but sadly the food is not what you want here. We came by drive thru and ordered the breakfast burrito and turkey and Chipotle sandwich with two americanos Hazelnut and dark chocolate (very good and hot). The green salsa was spoiled and burrito old and stuck to the wrapping. Sandwich with hard bread and just overall not edible. We recieved a refund and free drinks which was appreciated. They offer a veteran discount but only one one item and on the cheapest item 10% meh. Origianlly spent 26 bucks.

To walk into this shop and smell these wonderful fresh baked goods not wrapped in plastic. The ones that were of course, bread style and everything in the case was beautiful and well presented. We just wanted coffee and a pastry. The service was impeccable. I even went back and got some things to go for people staying at the place I was being so welcomed in. Really fabulous!

I love this place. The store is extremely clean and organized. They have nice outside patio area and they have drive-thru as well. Great customer service experience from the staff. Excellent brunch deal. The Prime Rib was absolutely huge. The only thing was the ribs were fairly dry but everything else I tasted was well worth the $23.99 price tag. I had eggs Benedict ( English muffin tough ) French toast ( yummy) hash browns ( fresh and perfect ) some fruit, tons of bacon , the biscuit and gravy was fresh and yummy. Some Asian dishes. Bread pudding and ice cream. I will absolutely plan to return. I want to try seafood night.

Lake Mead and Tenaya location is a rip off!!! Only have a problem with this location. They always have an excuse why they can't accept company offers. Other locations don't have them. The most incompetent customer service ever. Literally couldnt get a simple coffee, burrito with green sauce, and a blueberry scone order correct after going over it about 3 different times. Then when we tried to go over it at the window the lady cut my wife off, got an attitude and said she didnt take the order. So we cant go over it and make sure its correct?? Idk I'm not going back.

Quick enough. Despite being given very complicated directions on how to make a particularly difficult drink, they've never messed up an order over the course of five years. Pretty impressive. Also very nice workers, even before Google reviews became a thing, which means they've cared about customers before many others did. I tip better here than any coffee place in town, as a result.

Drove out of my way by 15 minutes before work (I work nightshift) because North Las Vegas doesn’t have a Coffee Bean and I double checked before I left to make sure I would get there before they closed at 7pm. I arrived at 6:10pm to find out that they had already closed, despite it saying online they close at 7pm. Please update your hours and display them accurately.

I like the coffee bean so much. This time, I had the caramel blended with sugar-free caramel and oat milk, and my daughter had the Vietnamese latte, so good!!

Recently been coming to get their iced pumpkin latte! 10x better than Starbucks version. This one tastes not as artificial as Starbucks and I really enjoy the undissolved sugar bits on the bottom. Yummy! Never had an issue with service at the drive thru always friendly. Only downside is a bit pricier than Starbucks (but the quality in better).

Absolutely the worst place I have been to for coffee. Coffee is not strong at all. The employees are friendly but they are very loud. It’s hard to do work, study or even maintain a conversation. The employees have friends at the location and they sit in chat while you wait in line. Space is too small and seems claustrophobic. Won’t come back.

I order 2 or more times a week from here. They 9/10 times do a fantastic job with my order. They have lots of varying options for coffee or tea lovers including substitution options! I enjoy the ice blended drinks and teas most of all! 10000000% Recommend!

I was a Starbucks customer for years. After pandemic, it seemed nobody could make a cappuccino. Tried this place, barista's very friendly and know your name. The coffee taste for me is much Superior. I can actually taste the coffee in my cappuccino instead of having a diluted with milk. It's now my go-to for coffee.

Drive thru lady rolled her eyes at me just for asking to scan a coupon that was on the app. I didn’t even bother getting the drink because that ruined my coffee craving. This happened February 12th at around 5pm. The Thin Hispanic girl with long dark hair in a pony tail. She needs better customer service.

I usually take the time to leave a nice review. This is the first time ever I give 1 star. In a time frame of a month, I've visited this location 3 times and they are close due to maintenance for all 3 visits. Closing time 7pm, I am here at 5:3ish pm and it's closed. Please like, corporate has to know.

Never get my order right. How hard is to add liquid sugar to my iced tea? Even though they repeat your order to you, they don’t listen and care. I called back to let them know and they denied it and she said she’ll make it right next, meanwhile I just wasted my money.

My favorite coffee spot every single dang morning. Management is grade A (shout-out to Neil), the coffee is exceptional, the baristas are amazing. I just love this place and as a, “google review machine”, I highly recommend this location in particular. Love y’all.

They always get my order right, and they have a lot of offerings that Starbucks does not. I don't come here as often as the main coffee chain, but I go here if I want something that is different. MY wife loves it for the blended chai tea, and I can't blame her.

I placed an order for an earl grey latte. Instead, I received just a regular latte. People skills were lacking. Staff had little interest for the clientele on the lobby. Emphasis was on the drive thru. I did even receive a receipt when I asked for one.

Man I enjoy coming here. Service is always fast and the flavors are full and delicious.

Well it is 7:30p and it says they close at 8p. In the drive through and noone is taking orders. Losing profits because noone wants to do there job. But they want the paycheck.

Staff is always friendly. They made a small error on one of my orders and replaced it right away. The quality of the food and drinks is great. Just a bit pricey but worth it.
