Last week I purchased a Range Rover from Dutton One Fairfield. I had considered that purchasing a car would be like past experiences when purchasing a car from a dealer. I was ready for long drawn out, conversations and negotiations, coupled with the hard sell and add on's. Dutton One Fairfield was a breath of fresh air and old experiences were altered with none of the previous tactics. The team at Dutton One have been excellent, from the first point of interaction the experience it was very professional, responsive and genuine. Throughout the process, of the test drive, sealing the deal to purchasing the car, the process was simple. Due to my line of work, I travel regularly, which can make it hard to close the deal from my side by Dutton one went over and above. In the process of buy, I decided to approach the purchase in a different manner then I first considered. I received a call from Sadek who, was outstanding. Sadek listened to my thought and wants and address them in a open and transparent manner. He went over and above to assist me by taking my call well after standard business hours and provided me with a process to meet my needs. The deal was completed within a few days. Sadek was professional, open, and went over and above to assist me and my family. He understood my company process and made the closing of the deal seamless. Don’t recommend buying a car from here. Brought my new car from here, was great up until the car was sold. After 2 weeks noticed problems with the fuel pump and doors disconnected. Dutton fixed it although than the service books were missing and the company said they must’ve been missed placed in the process of selling it to me which is completely unprofessional as I was told the car had books upon purchase. it then took 3 months for them to send me a new one after multiple messages and no reply. After 4 months of purchase the cars sunroof broke, turbo broken, thermostat issues and more. I was also lied to about to fixed rate percentages on the car to now find out 5 months later that it wasn’t a fixed rate. The car has now 7k in problems needing to fix and the car was brought for 51k. Extremely disappointed as I had full trust in Dutton one. And they do not care.

I recently purchased a lovely Black and red leather interior BMW Z4 from this dealer. My salesperson Daniel was a pleasure to deal with particularly after being left with a bad taste having spoken to a local dealer in Qld with virtually the same vehicle for less money. Contacting via the online advertisement after hours on a Saturday, I was suprised to get a response almost immediately from Daniel. After some discussions and I was provided videos of the vehicle and on Monday was sent new video showing areas I was particularly interested in or concerned about. Nothing I asked for was a problem and resulting discussions saw an agreed price including delivery to Qld. My vehicle is still in transit but the ongoing contact and assistance provided by Daniel has been outstanding I would highly recommend this dealer and this salesperson to anyone.

I had an excellent experience in my dealings with the team at Dutton One, namely Barry and Marco. They were both very welcoming when I arrived and helpful through the entire purchasing process. There was no sales pressure just a highly professional approach. They answered all my questions honestly and accurately. My car (a BMW 4 series) was presented for pick up last week in beautiful condition. The car is a dream to drive and I've had compliments on it already. Echoed by other review. No nonsense approach to buying a vehicle. Given it was a long day of going from dealer to dealer test driving other cars and ticking off my checklist, I wasn't impressed when the vehicle I called up prior wasn't ready for a test drive when I arrived. However after a quick discussion about requirements/wants, Daniel promptly set upon moving a few vehicles around in order for me to test drive. In the end worked out well, negotiations with both Daniel & Avery was great, concise, straight to the pt and we worked out a deal that suited us both. All in all, a great outcome and I walked out a few days later with my new car! Recommended!

I recently purchased an X3 BMW from Daniel and he was the most professional and helpful salesman I have dealt with. Coming from Sydney to Melbourne and having my finance company make last minute requests like RWC and unregistered vehicle permit created more stress than necessary but Daniel was always willing to provide what was required to complete the sale. I made an inquiry in Carsales which turned out to be in this dealership. I received an automated notice to say someone from the dealership would be in touch. Didn’t get a call from them at all. I made a couple of attempts and then a few days a later the car disappears off car sales. It either sold or never existed and was advertised cheaply to get interest. Not sure which but nevertheless customer service was non existent. No return call or notification of what was happening. Clearly not interested in my business. Thanks for wasting my time.
