They negotiated an awesome price for my new car and for the trade in for my X1. 2. They detailed my car and placed a beautiful red bow on it when I picked it up. 3. When I was driving the car home, I noticed a lot of vibration in the car and the car was not driving smoothly on the road. 4. When I got home, I felt quite distressed about how the car performed. I was speaking to lovely Wayne and told him about the car. He said he would talk to James about it. 5. James (the manager) called me straight away and had organised for me to take the car to BMW Melbourne. (Otherwise I was going to have to wait for another 3 weeks). 6. I had no success there, as Nick explained better to get a wheel alignment before they did any work on it. 7. I took it for a wheel balance and was told the rims were buckled! I freaked out and so did James when I sent him the report. 8. James immediately organised Jose to come to my house to pick up my car and gave me a loan car for the week. 9. Then guess what James did?! - The rims were not repaired - I got 4 new original rims and 4 new Pirelli run-flat tyres! 10. Jose returned my car, fully detailed and with a full tank of petrol.
