Due to my insurance, I’ve been Stuck using Walgreens for years. And while I lived at the beach and even when we moved to bay meadows, really didn’t have any problems. Oh, but when we moved over here to the north side, that All changed! For the VERY Worst! I dealt with the Dunn/Lem Turner location for 4 Extremely long years until I got the ok to change pharmacy’s. DUVAL pharmacy is Soooo much better. The friendly, soo helpful and knowledgeable staff are such a breath of fresh air! If there’s a problem with my prescriptions, they don’t wait for me to call them, they get ahead of the problem. Love their proactiveness! (Lol, not sure that’s a word, but it works). Walgreens would wait until my script was due and I called them about it, then they would tell me that there was a problem and it would usually take 2 to 3 days for them to fix the problem. Anyway, if you want a pharmacy, that does what they’re supposed to do that are very friendly and and seem to be very happy to do what they’re supposed to do and the way that they just take care of their customers. They give a very real impression that they actually care. That’s all I was looking for someplace that cares and doesn’t treat you like you’re a drug addict or something! I would like to personally thank each and every person that works at DUVAL PHARMACY and Dunn Avenue. To me, they are all rock stars!!!!

I have been going to Duval Pharmacy for more than 10 years. Even though the insurance companies are trying to force us to use CVS.. I still choose Duval Pharmacy. The attention to detail and Treatment is like night and day. I almost never have an issue with them not having my prescription and if they don’t they communicate exactly when they will and they follow up. They always come through even when the insurance company or doctor office gives them a hard time. I’ve tried to use a mobile company but they screwed up so badly that I ended up having to send the prescription to Duval Pharmacy like always. Highly Recommend!

I had a prescription that I needed to fill and unfortunately the pharmacy that I go to had not re ordered that particular medication and I didn’t know where else to go to. I came to duval pharmacy because they were close to my home and I wanted to see if I could fill my prescriptions here. Let me just say the staff here is so nice and extremely caring they really have such strong customer service it was a breath of fresh air. Even though they said it’s no garuntee that they will have my particular medicine next refill they have definitely gained another customer. Thank you Duval pharmacy!!

Best pharmacy ever! I wish I would have known about Duval Pharmacy a long time ago. They are so much much better than any chain pharmacy, I was always having problems with getting insurance billed and techs tend to be rude and unhelpful. DP takes all insurance and they had no trouble billing Tricare and Medicaid. You get a lot more of a personal relationship here and the staff is always so helpful and personable. This place takes pride in getting things right. I really appreciate the quick drive through service as well. I'll never go anywhere else. Duval Pharmacy is hands down the best!

I don't believe since a person takes pain medicine should be forced to buy a narcan when I already have one. Also it is NOT required to have to tell them your icd10 code, thats between me and my doctor. I will no longer use Duval pharmacy because Shaun is always adding something else to my Rx. Naming no names there is one Assistant that is rude and always lies about having Rx in stock. No heart feeling s so peace out, best wishes to your pharmacy and getting away with the nonsense you have put me through every time I go in to your establishment.

I am new to Duval Pharmacy. They have been so helpful and professional. They handled moving my prescriptions in less than a day. I didn’t have to do anything. One of my prescriptions needed a pre authorization from my insurance company. Instead of me making calls, and having to jump through hoops, the pharmacist called my insurance and Dr and got it fixed for me. If you are looking for a pharmacy that treats you like a customer and not just a number, try Duval Pharmacy. You will be glad you did.

I love that I switched to Duval Pharmacy from the previous one I was using. I’m not going to drop names, but the switch is a breath of fresh air. Everyone I’ve encountered at Duval Pharmacy is lovely and kind, and they actually care. I love the notifications I get when a prescription is ready.
