How disappointed I was to find this pharmacist lied to me, telling me that they'll be on my insurance plan by 1st of year (2020), also said I could bill my own insurance to get reimbursed. You must be very desperate to use patients that live on disability alone to tell them this information. Facts are, per Melissa @ Humana, they only accept claims directly from pharmacies, after they have filled your script, and you've paid your copay., then the pharmacist is paid for his portion. 2nd issue, you never even completed a provider package, nor do they have any information on you. Shame on you for lying to patients!! And caution to all cash patients, which my guess is majorly. Each time I went there which was 3 times, he went from 100‐236.00, and quoted me as if he was a street dealer by telling me 2 dollars a pill. Really, I've never heard a pharmacist tell me how much per pill. Just so you know, I'm not done, unfortunately for you I work in the medical field. I will let everyone know that is willing to listen. Unbelievable the way I've been poorly treated by the pharmacy staff. They refuse to fill my antidepressant after I had my pill bottle stolen, and instead of explaining or taking the time to hear what I had to say, I was rudely told they were going to hang up on me. They're concerned because it hasn't been 30 days, even though I had refills, and said they needed to know it was okay with my doctor, even that I could understand. So I called my Doctors office and explained what happened and my Doctor sent over a brand new prescription to them, clearly indicating that she approves it! They still refused, so now because I was the victim of a crime I'm being stereotyped and acted against with prejudice over my mental health disorder, to which will not go untreated. Never again will I use punlix or shop there because it has become ridiculously overpriced. This is only the beginning of my retribution campaign. And it's an antidepressant / smoking cessation medication, it's not like it's a narcotic for christ sake.

I have been to this location multiple times. Very convenient and close to my home. I felt overlooked and ignored. A kind white man literally opened the door for me and let me go in first. Who do you think got the pharmacist's attention first? The white man. I didn't mind because the white man did let me in the door before him. But when the next customer came in and was addressed before me I felt some type of way. Pharmacist can not handle work load and this is not the first time I felt this way. The pharmacist that I saw the first 3 times I been here was much nicers. I love the pharmacy being close but they need to work on their customer service skills. I am a Black female if that matters...and all other customers put before me were MEN.

I’ve been meaning to get on here for months and do this review, I stumbled upon this pharmacy one day after leaving my old pharmacy,I was extremely upset and stressed out, I walked in Public Square and had a conversation with Mr. Diego Gomez and I’ve never been to another pharmacy since that day. Incredibly nice and caring staff. Mr. Gomez truly makes me feel like I’m part of the family. So personable and nice, always greets me by my name when I walk in, what other pharmacy does that??!, always asks about my kids and family and how my month has been. It’s a great place, judgement free zone and I highly recommend transferring all of your stuff over to this pharmacy. Give it a try, you won’t regret it

You will never find another pharmacy where the owner and entire staff is so genuinely nice, caring and professional. You will be greeted with a smile and called by your name each time, no matter how busy they are. Every single person there is generous of heart.

April 6, 2021, Do not go to this place, first I call to see if they give the covid 19 vaccine, by phone they told me yes and when I arrive he says no, then why did he waste my time, it is ridiculous, do not go to these stores are liars.

I enjoy the quick out the door service, but last time you weren't accepting my Humana plan. Would love to come back for quick convient service. Love the pharmacy and it's a 1 stop shop. I hope your there to stay in our community.
