"I really like the gym EOS it's just only thing is at my location the sauna for the women has been down for a while now, so I have to drive to a different location in order for me to use a sauna"
"I come here before or after work when I’m not close to the EOS that is close to my house"
"I like this gym because it's a lot smaller than other eos fitness centers, the only downside is that it gets packed during the evening's which is why i go after 9pm or very early in the mornings "
Came from Montreal to Phoenix with some friends and was looking to have access to a gym for a quick workout. Stumble upon EOS and was able to have a day pass to workout. Was greeted by Momo the assistant GM and another colleague. They were great, polite and provided us access. Really thankful for them and the great customer service
I went in to check out this gym and was helped by a really helpful, very polite guy - I think he went by Steve O. He was incredibly informative and so helpful, without pressuring me to join. He answered all of my questions, and I now feel much more confident about my choice to join. Looking forward to becoming a member here.
I really like the gym EOS it's just only thing is at my location the sauna for the women has been down for a while now, so I have to drive to a different location in order for me to use a sauna. But besides all of that I do truly recommend it's a nice atmosphere I have everything and it's very inexpensive as well.
I come here before or after work when I’m not close to the EOS that is close to my house. It’s always clean here and the staff is nice. The only thing I would say is not the biggest EOS out there. But as far as the facility overall goes, and the way it is managed and ran I would give it five stars.
I like this gym because it's a lot smaller than other eos fitness centers, the only downside is that it gets packed during the evening's which is why i go after 9pm or very early in the mornings . Other than that i enjoy this location, close to home and the staff are very respectful and welcoming.
I love EOS for the facilities not the training. Stay clear of training unless you can deal with high turnover. The aqua massage is worth my membership! Love it. Pools often are not crowded. I can swim and use any equipment of my choosing during each visit. Friendly staff! Clean.
Very clean lots of exercise equipment an amazing theater where you could cycle and watch a movie in the sauna is amazing and the pool is amazing. Everything is great. It’s worth the membership. You can work out and achieve your fitness goals.
I was told when I joined this gym that the monthly price I paid would be the price until I quit. That was a lie. They are jacking my monthly rate $5/mo starting this month, of course right after I paid my annual fee so if I quit, I eat that
I love the EOS space, they have fantastic equipment and classes but several issues ruin the experience. Theie model is cheap memberships and selling lots of them so I get it but there are sooo many members it's almost impossible to get your
In general this gym is fairly good as far as cleanliness and equipment, classes..I want to report an issue with all the drinking fountains onsite being out of order?? This is a gym - people sweat and lose water and heaven forbid they forget
Things happen when it comes to banks n payments. However Joe the desk clerk was a bully when bringing to my attention the Payment issue. The bullying for a credit card to pay a 28 day past due bill for September. His lack of professionalism
So , I pay alot of money to go to this gym , with personal training and membership fees . I just had a horrible experience today Oct. 10th . I wanted to use weights from the excersise room and the teacher who's name was Melissa grabbed the
I'm very frustrated with this location. I went to cancel my membership, and the young man did not tell me that I would still owe money. I had a fraudulent charge from another location on my account; I made it so that EOS could not have any
Ew. This gym is gross - mainly the front desk staff. They are unprofessional and I think most of them just work there to creep on the female clientele. This gym is always crowded, every hour of the day, and they do not have enough weights
Decent gym, but be warned, it's very crowded whenever you go. The gym has a wide variety of free weights, machines, and cardio. They have five squat racks and an area to stretch. They also have a lap pool for an additional charge. It does
I went in to meet staff and view the facility since I signed up online. Not one employee would transfer me to the manager to make a complaint, so I cancelled my membership. Patrick was very rude, as I told him I wanted a trainer in about
Only have 4 massage chairs and now 2 are out of order! At least you have to wait a good 20 30 mins to get a chair. Sauna is out of order! Tried the Jacuzzi, this guy jumping in and out of pool with street cloth, behaving abnormally, felt
The facility is good. Management of Personal Training is horrible. My partner had no continuity in a non-existent training plan and was shuffled among trainers which added to the problem. She was overcharged and promised a refund of the
Love this place! The trainers are amazing! The daycare staff are amazing! All the staff are! My complaint is they changed the hours to get rid of Friday evening. So now it's hard for me to workout the usual 5 days a week. Being a single
I have been going to this gym for a couple of years at least...l, in general, love it! Many of the staff are lovely-especially Steve O! I have sometimes been a little frustrated with the cleanliness but recently have noticed things are
I’ve been going to Eos for years and I love the atmosphere, equipment and friendly staff! When I first started going to this location Steve-O helped show me where certain equipment was and he was extremely helpful! Now that I’m there
Would be nicer if they clean the pool more often. I was here 2 weeks ago to swim, came today and water just got dirtier. The pool used to be always clear. Please do a better job maintaining the pool’s cleanliness.
I visit this gym regularly, it's almost my primary gym. Currently visiting the Alma School and hwy 60 location right next to them storage facility, I think Chris, the general manager should fix this place up.
I signed up and they did not tell us about the annual fee. My friend had his account overdrawn and they added late fees. It would have been a simple transfer of funds to avoid this had we been advised.
This is a Thank you letter I wrote to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for one of the managers at the Cave Creek location in Phoenix AZ, this amazing individual is Aaron Ciesielski.
Manager is literally beyond professional. Genuinely a nice guy! Okay now about the gym, it's also pretty solid. No complains at all here. Staff is great & will always greet you with a smile.
I only gave 4 star cause sauna is almost always broke. It is a beautiful facility. Also has a theater screen to watch movie while working out
A reasonably priced gym with working equipment and generally clean locker rooms. Lots of machines to choose from even during busy times.
For the last 3 weeks the location on cave Greek the recovery room they always have massage chair broken either 1st one or last one
