Andrew responded to my request the same day i sent it and once we argreed on a time and date, he arrived with his colleugue Dan, at that time. Andrew was courteous and patient, while i explained the issue and after he explained the possible problem areas, they then got straight to work. I like Andrews approach on how he communicated his progress and what he was going to test next, which put my mind at ease from my earlier questions All i can say is excellent service, prices are competitive and i will definitely be using EPI Electrical again, as i feel confident in thier professionalism and service

The electrician came over to look at the job we had for him and confirmed that he'll send us the quote shortly. He seemed a friendly and competent tradesman and we were looking forward to working with him following a quote. That was two weeks ago now, so I don't believe we will ever receive one. I can't rate the electrician's work because it never came to that but he wasted both our time plus it's very rude to keep people waiting and not even have the manners to send a quick email that he won't be able to take the job. That's the minimum I would expect. For this reason I would not recommend.

EPI Contractors are an extremely professional outfit. Mr Andrew Gaunt, Director visited my home where he surveyed the job, took measurements and clarified my requirements. Competitive written quote provided within two days. Mr Gaunt and one apprentice carried out the work with precision and due care, bearing in mind that I have sanded and exposed original floor- boards. High standard workmanship, and they were courteous and approachable throughout. Will certainly be recommending them whenever anyone asks for a “Decent” electrician locally. Andrew is a very courteous, professional and skilled tradesmen. We remained resident during a complete rewire of our Victorian house, at no point were we left without power or heat other than the ‘switch over’ day. At the end of every working day our home was left tidy and safe, all raised boards were put back and all tools put away so that thoroughfares accessible to all areas in the house. During these works we always felt able to discuss the schedule and Andrew would always offer advice or solutions when needed. I would highly recommend Andrew/EPI

After comparing several quotes, I asked EPI Electrical to conduct an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on a property pre-purchase. Andrew was very responsive and was happy to liaise directly with the vendor/estate agent to schedule a time to inspect the property. The EICR was sent to me promptly after the inspection and a quote for the required work soon after it was requested. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service.

My Landlord was looking for a good local Electrician to switch our old gas cooker to electric cooker. He informed me that Andrew came up as one of the top local electrician in our area and he was right! It was a smooth transition for us. Andrew understood the urgency of having a working cooker for my young family. The family was happy with his work! He indeed lived up to what my landlord said. I will surely recommend EPI!!!

Andrew and his colleague/trainee installed 2 ceiling fans for my flat in Brixton - the price was fair, communication was good, and they were very professional and polite throughout. Andrew also showed me how to properly work the fans afterwards, and gave me tips for where to order the bulbs for the light portion. Will be recommending them to other tenants in the building!

Andrew and Dan recently came to change some switches and install plug sockets in our new apartment. Andrew was really quick to respond to my emails, came to give us a quote and was able to carry out the works within a week. Very impressed with Andrew. Extremely clean and tidy considering the dusty work required to install a new extractor fan within our bathroom.
