I bought a ring , being a large size I asked to be changed to a smaller one, the first ring looks impeccable, when I received the surprise exchange, the ring scratched, the cracked stones plus were not even semiprecious, simply metal, I was to change it , they did not want to hear about it or even to offer me a variant, simply ignored , beautiful reception bad behavior when it comes to problems, not even receipt I received. At list was gold 14 carat.happy with that.
