Always takes too long to get my medication and today when I went to collect the rest of my medication they owed me, the man had me waiting 25 minutes and then told me he can't find it. Also I have to take supervised medicine on a daily basis and the staff know me very well, Zack and the two ladies are very nice people, polite and well mannered, the other day when I was very unwell with flu like symptoms I asked if I could go home as I may have Covid, the lady was very nice about it but the man that organised my medication was very rude and unhelpful, he made me stay to take it even though they have let me go home with it several times in the past. I don't recommend this pharmacy to be honest but there are some nice people there as I said above.

Cream for my eyes prescribed by specialist sent by gp to chemist on 21st August phoned numerous times was told they could no longer get the cream and would request alternative now 1st September chemist tells me they can't request alternative,l phone gp my eyes are very sore and l am upset doctor sends alternative cream prescription at 5-30 pm l phone chemist at 7pm haven't got that one in stock now so have to wait till Monday.l am 74 year old they don't answer phone or leave it off l don't know what has happened to this chemist use to be great not anymore l am afraid.

Don't Advertise That You're Open Until 10:30pm When the Shutters are Down at 10pm! What an absolute joke! Needed to pick some medication up for my daughter (bearing in mind she needs it urgently) and was told this pharmacy was open till 10:30pm. I arrived at 10pm to see the shutters down. Tried to the call the pharmacy with no luck whatsoever. I definitely will not be using this pharmacy again and will be complaining to the area manager. It's a disgrace.

Been using these for few years now very friendly staff all know me by name and treat me with utmost respect I collect sum times from the Lloyd's pharmacy for my gf around the corner and there absolutely useless they take ages to sort your prescription I am Talkin my gf round into changing to east Leeds pharmacy as there the best in the are by far

What a joke. Doctor marked my prescription URGENT and 2 days later still not received it. Rang and asked about it and was left hanging on the phone half an hour listening to staff chatting!!!! While nobody looked into why I am NOT getting my heart medication marked URGENT. Total disgrace amd that's putting it politely!!!!!!

I first went there about 7 years ago with a prescription, the medication had to be ordered as was expected. The pharmacists were very helpful and ordered it immediately and it was ready to collect the following day so I wouldn't go anywhere else

Rang them today about my medication whitch was due yeataday they said they didnt have chance to bring it they brought my frends wich she lives over the road from me wich i find laughable they are usesles

The worst customer service I have received ever and to how they speak to their customers.My advice just dont bother walk past and go to the pharmacy in the hospital.

Best pharmacy I have been to I wouldn’t go anywhere else I have been to a lot in the Leeds 9 Area and I wouldn’t give them one star

Decent opening hours but hugely inefficient. Takes 30 mins usually to pick something up.

Doesnt always have stock but this may be due to it being a 24hour pharmacy
