Really lovely people who honestly care about your wellbeing. I arrived to pick up my medication as I had run out, however the Pharmacy hadn't had an order in from my doctor at all, so I called the doctors to check and they said they would send the order over that day. It came to 5pm and Midway hadn't heard anything, yet they were still going out of their way and calling my doctor on my behalf to get it pushed along. As soon as my medication had been delivered they called me immediately to say it was ready to pick up. I'm not sure if this is common practice or not but thankyou for doing this

Will not be returning months they have messed up my medication and occasionally my son's, had to beg gps to print my medication off to go elsewhere. Extremely rude staff and inconsiderate attitude to people with mental health. Full of excuses now blaming covid for there mistakes. This is life saving medication for not only me but my unborn child which I am at high risk of complications from and not having my medication weeks has left me unbelievably poorly and seriously emotional. Yet again in floods of tears and feeling helpless. Complaint to NHS England has been sent again.

Thank you so much to Ester in Pudsey and Holly in Middleton who provided excellent customer service today. They really showed empathy when dealing with our situation, informed and reassured us every step of the way and turned what could have been a really stressfull situation into a caring and professional customer journey. We use the Pudsey shop a lot and staff there are always excellent, today the Pudsey and Middleton shop worked as a team, a big shout out to Ester and Holly for their excellent work!

Always check your medication! Before you leave They never put my medication in one of my boxes when I was coming off strong painkillers it made me very poorly ! But because it was a controlled drug my doctor refused to issue a prescription ! Believing the pharmacy team over me. I asked the pharmacist to check the cameras I knew they did not put my medication in but doctors are going to believe trained pharmacist over me coming off painkillers ! Disgusting pharmacy.

Very friendly staff and long opening hours. They are open until 11pm so great for picking up prescriptions after work. The staff offered lots of advice and warnings when purchasing over the counter medicines from themselves which I found very useful. They went out of their way to arrange stock from another shop be delivered to them in order to fulfill my order.

Required ear wax removal. Before I booked, I made sure I put olive oil in the ear for around 5 days before. Booked online and got an appointment the following day. On arrival, Pharmacy explained the procedure and went through some questions. Checked the ear and then started the procedure. Wax was removed, all process took around 20 minutes.

I really recommend this pharmacy to you them! In my experience nothing I say expect Thank you so much for your time and support you provided excellent customer service . They really appreciate you showed empathy when dealing with my situation. Thank you so much and wishing more successful for near future.

Use this chemist for all the family and cannot recommend them highly enough. They give advice freely, support our family in many ways and are always a pleasure to deal with. They even can order in meds efficiently and chase up the gp’s when needed. No hesitation in giving them five stars!!!

Visited the pharmacy for a bloodtest. Staff was friendly and caring. Had to wait for about 15mins as it was very busy. Received my results within a day which is really good. You can also find parking easily right outside. I will definately return in the future for bloodtests if needed.

Excellent service received at Midway pharmacy Middleton Leeds yesterday both ears were totally blocked and the young girl that performed the syringing was friendly and explained what was happening clearly and efficiently all done in 10 minutes can hear again now fantastic!

Vile place. My daughter had a water infection, I went in, with plenty of time and they could of give the medication but they didn't care about a 4 year old autistic girl. They was more bothered about closing. Oh guess what, they opened when left, totally unprofessional

I have used this chemist now for around 5 years the staff are all friendly and so helpful nothing is too much trouble. I have just used their blood pressure monitoring service and the results were explained to me with precision. I would highly recommend their services

arrived in the morley branch this morning feeling terrible and spoke to a lovely lady called jade who was sooo helpful and gave me advice on what to get for my symptoms, nothing was too much trouble and she had lots of patience with me , thankyou so much

Polite & considerate staff, Never make people feel like 2nd class citizens while collecting their medication, Shame same thing can't be said for some of their uneducated, small minded customers. Also very reasonable prices.

Just had my travel vaccinations here and can say that the pharmacist was one of the best at giving IM injections I've ever seen, barely felt a thing during or after!
