Learn this phrase: Buyer Beware. This dealership is very deceptive and manipulative in their practices. First, I looked at a vehicle advertised for one price, and when I arrived, it was 4,000 dollars more. It was explained to me that the advertised price is the "Financed" price with a 4000 dollar down payment (I have no idea why you would advertise this way unless you WANTED to be deceptive and entice people on site under false pretenses). Then after over 2 hours working with their financing department (and me declining the best offer they could get me [they working with the full price]), they wouldn't drop the vehicle price a dime (it is a used car, whoever heard of no price negotiation on a used car.). When I declined their offer, they then became insultive and actually angry. They wouldn't budge an inch on their price, but were downright angry I wouldn't budge on what I wanted to pay. Two days later, I received a call from the dealership and I missed the call. The message was clear and to the point. I called back two hours later, and spoke with the same person (Sheila [my original rep]). She literally sounded like she was high as a kite. After identifying myself and informing her I was following up a message she left me two hours ago, she then started asking me if I was interested in a completely different vehicle. Even after telling her which car I was originally interested in and that I was just in there two days ago, I realized that, even though I 1. spent nearly three hours with her just two days ago, 2. She had just called me two hours ago to follow up with me(which meant she had to have pulled my file to look up my number) 3. I had just given her all my information and attempted to remind her of the just listed, that she had absolutely no idea who she was talking to. I asked her why she had even called me. Her reply was that she wanted to see if I was still interested in the vehicle, to which I replied, I always was interested in the car, it was the price i wasn't. has that changed? Nope. Look, if a dealership is calling YOU back, they should be looking to renegotiate their offer. Why else would they call you back, especially when only a couple days has passed.
I recently had the displeasure of dealing with " dealership " on a vehicle they had listed for what I thought was a good price. The vehicle in question was a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring which was advertised for less than $30,000 with about 11 thousand miles on it. When I had sent inquiry about the vehicle I got a response saying it was available. They asked when I would be in to look at it and test drive it. I then informed the person whom I thought was a Salesperson that I wasn't from the area. The person told being I'm buying the vehicle over the internet that I have to work with their " Ecommerce " department. They " Ecommerce " department sent me a purchase offer for the vehicle. I was stunned/ floored to see that the final out the door price had increased about almost $10,000 more than what the listed sale price was. I had called back and talked to some woman told me that is how it works. I asked why because if I had walked into the dealership the price could be lower than the internet. I them asked if she was a Salesperson and got told No but she would have one call me. It was a.couple of days waiting before I had called them back. When I had called them back I got what seem the run around about the vehicle. Long story short the vehicle and price that is advertised on the internet is to bait you and they can sell you an more expensive vehicle. When you asked about the internet advertised then get mad and tell " I'll have a sales. Then when the " Salesman" calls you back or you them the vehicle has been sold or is in the process of being sold. This dealership is very very deceptive in their dealing.
So to start, just AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALLL COST!!! Incalled this dealer this week to find out about a car I was interested in. A lady called back and told me yes it was available and I should come in. I hurry and took a cab there. I waited for about an hour before someone assisted me. This girl came and started showing other EXPENSIVE cars that I didn’t ask about. I told her the car I was interested in. Then she keeps giving me the run around about maybe it’s not available, then she finally says ooh okay yes that vehicle is not available anymore. So they get you to come in even though the vehicle is not available. Then I saw another one I was interested in, it was in the “shop” being worked on, couldn’t say what it was for they are fixing. Anyhow, the quote me a price that was WAYYYYYYY ABOVE what was listed on the website. Then I look closely they are charging almost HALF THE PRICE for the car in something that’s called “sales taxes” almost $3500 in taxes!!! So I ask what’s that for she could barely answering saying it’s for some service they did on the car. I ask what was done I the car, she can’t say what was done! Basically avoid this dealership! They are a rip off! And the prices you see are NOT the prices for the cars! Expect to see an increase of $3000 or more!!! Waste of time! Waste of energy! Bad customer service, and poor knowledge of what they are selling.
I was not going to leave a comment, but I feel that I must say something. When my wife and I 1st walked into this dealer, she wanted to turn around and leave before even speaking, but we went inside (I followed her lead). Upon sitting down with Cameron (whom was very pleasant btw) he asked what we were interested in. Showed us around the lot and we picked out a vehicle. Now I know that dealers are of course trying to make some money. Heck, I don't go to work everyday for free......I have bills to pay! That being said.....I was ready for the "car dealer close". That's when the manager Keith stepped in and was pretty honest about the process. Was there money to be made......of course, but he did not try to take advantage and for that I appreciate them. I recommend going their, they have a decent selection that's worth a look!
Was interested in purchasing two vehicles. Called to make sure vehicles were still available and if a test drive would be possible, was told yes. Upon arrival, I am told that one vehicle is not at the location, after guaranteed over the phone. Shows me other vehicles slightly higher than the one I was interested. To add insult very car he showed had damages and these were their 2015 vehicles!! They try to convince you to lease instead of purchasing, even after saying no you want to purchase. My son was interested in a 2014 Nissan Altima for himself, so we asked for a test drive. When he pulled the car from the parking spot it looked as if the car was in a cat fight with all those scratches. I had never been in a test drive where the salesman himself drives the car. Do not waste your time.
Recent experience trying to purchase a vehicle from here was an inconvenience (I never leave reviews - so that should show how bad of an experience I had.) Poor customer service, poor feedback on documents/paperwork, and poor judgment. Due to not receiving any type of feedback from this dealership on whether or not documents printed at their location is LEGIBLE (which should take 2 minutes - quick yes or no answer) the car I was interested in and close to purchasing was then sold. If they had any sense in being customer service savvy, the very least they could of done was follow-up with me in a timely manner so the decision to purchase the car can be made as soon as possible. Please avoid this place at all costs - it's not worth wasting your time.
This place ran my credit 9x in one day. Salesmen are uninformed on how to talk, treat, and listen, especially to their customers. They listen to respond & the responses are half true. Seems like the salesmen are "winging" it as they go. Poor, poor, poor service, and they speak fast & furious but in the end- unknowledged as to how the company they work for actually runs. I have more to say but summarized my experience to spare yall a long-winded read. "Marissa and Kim are cust. Svc. Reps" and were BETTER THAN THE SALESMEN. EASTCHESTER SHOULD PUT THEM TWO TO TRAIN THE BUNCH.
I am blown away by what happened walking into this place today. I come in and told the guy sitting there I wanted to see the inside of one of the jeep grand cherokees they had. He saysbi will call someone. He called a guy and said you have a customer. I just wanted to see the inside of one of the jeeps so I could decide if I wanted to buy it. The guy leaves me standing there while my wife is sitting in my car in the rain. After 5 minutes I left. I shouldn't be just standing there waiting for someone to come and let me see the inside of a car.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Confirmed multiple times that they had the car I wanted, I set an appointment to come in. Car was not there, and they said it was at their partner dealer. Made us wait an hour just to be forced to drive over there with a salesman from Eastchester...after finally getting there, they didn't have the car and sold it already, then tried to hold us HOSTAGE, to buy another one of their cars. This car is reused as a bait car. THIS IS A SCAM DEALER. DO NOT BOTHER CONTACT THIS DEALER.
very professional and willing to work with you, came all the way from pennsylvania and they made it lightning quick but still reviewed and made sure i understood everything, friendly staff and handled me with great care. so glad i came home with my 2017 focus rs in AMAZING condition look flawless they detailed everything and made it look like it never left the lot. very happy and grateful for what they have done for me. will 100% recommend them and will be going there for future buys.
Runnnnn !!! Arrived at the dealer to find that the car I was looking for was being used by the managers for private use, full of coffee cups, garbage left inside, baby car seat, deal breaker. Making things worse took the dealership 30-40 mins to appraise my car which they low balled for the icing on the cake I went for a second look at the car I wanted, PERSON WAS DRIVING OFF THE LOT !! If you want to get ripped off this is your place if I could give this a 0 star I would !!
Not recommended at all. Made an appointment with them, they confirmed the appointment at 9:11am by text and they also confirmed the car I want was in stock, drove for over 1hour, $30 in tolls and got at the dealer at 1 pm to find out the car was sold. For my surprise when I got there they promptly offered another cars on the same price range. For me that was my 1st time there and for sure my last ....
Amazing manager at this place. Very very well dressed, extremely polite & knowledgeable Efrain kept direct eye contact with me as he politely answered my & my family's laundry list of questions & concerns. Not many places around these days that go the extra mile for customers like Efrain did for us. Even got us a loan when several other places "claimed" there was nothing they could do. A++++
I just wanted to share my previous experience with this dealership. I came in and saw the manager Efrain who was exceptionally amazing. He made me feel so at ease seeing as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I also saw a sales men by the name of Omari, who was great and sold me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee on Saturday. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!!! Thank you!!!
Very deceptive gang of crooks !! They lie to you , forced you into paying for things that doesn't make sense. Once I sold the car that has defects , which they practically aware of , if you come to inform them , about issues with the car, they don't want to listen you. Most of their used cars have defects but they wont disclose to you . Be Careful

When you come in just ask for Efrain. Treated me like family, no lies no scams told me everything up front and how it is. Even got me some perks on the side. Very professional, humble and knowledgeable. Will definitely do business with this guy again. Joseph the salesman was also an a1 experience . 5 stars all around
Great staff and management. Cars are A1 and they will help you find the car you are looking for personally. It's better to speak to management personally and describe to them what it is you are looking for as they have 4 different lots in the area. All in all, I am happy with my purchase they were very helpful!
This is the best place to come and get a car!! The staff was incredible! Made me feel like family, thanks to Efrain the manager and Omari my salesmen for getting me my new car!! This is a good spot to buy cars. When I got my car here, There was a man named kieth who used to work here and he was the best dealer I've ever dealt with. Don't buy any car Especially use car they said you are broken car and they know what's wrong with it and they don't tell you I had to car just for one day car overheating then get it back after they fix that AC not working please don't buy no car from these people they are a scam!!!
If you don't mind waiting WEEKS for a title to come in, then this your place. I've had my car a little over a month and it has been in the shop longer then it has been on the road. Trying my best to utilize the lemon law, with no luck so far. You've been warned.
Amazing! Fabio was an excellent salesman and the entire managerial team. The car is fantastic and they even rolled the red carpet our for me, literally! They get my referral any day. It was seamless, they worked with me and helped with an insurance broker.
I made an appointment in the morning and when I arrived a few hours later (same day appointment), the car I discussed was sold. What makes this worse is I discussed that I was prepared to pay for the car in full. Once again, the Bronx gets poor service.
I came to this dealer and was amazed by their professionalism and honesty. Efrain was very up front with me and the vibe there was like no other. I was treated like family. I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from them on Saturday. Thank you Efrain!

With a little appointment and location confusion to start, I ultimately had a great experience with the manager, Keith. I had to return a lease and he was gracious and efficient with the process. I'll be back to look for my next car.
