WalMart: The employees are the rudest I've seen ever. Consistently rude and even down right mean. I've heard the recycling room attendant cussing and clearly harassing the people using the facility. I was making a bottle deposit return last week with my two daughters teaching them how to use the machines and the responsibility of society to do our part to protect our planet from pollution, and that our family was really trying to limit our impact on the planet through renewable energy, sustainably and of course recycling, when an employee named Leo I learned later through a very helpful man I'm assuming was homeless. When Leo walked into the facility and yelled very loudly at this young man to get the F#$& out of there he wasn't allowed in anymore today because he'd already reached his daily limit of returns. My youngest daughter Emmy was visibly frightened of this employees yelling and foul language. I turned to the youngman that had been helpful and informative to us on the use and little tricks of bottle deposit returning, as the machines aren't in very good working order and half seemed were not operating at all. I was so upset by the trips events that I offered the young man the receipts I'd collected as a reward for his help and told him the employee was out of line and he should report him to his superior. He looked up at me with defeat in his eyes and said the entire staff was rude and demeaning to not only him but every person who returned deposits regularly as a daily income of sorts. He said the poor and homeless are treated like vermen by nearly everyone that was employed by Walmart. He said they knew that Walmart was breaking ethics laws and were down right guilty of harassment and profiling of these folks but that no one would believe them over the world's largest corporation. He told me to keep the cash from the deposit returns please and to treat the girls to an ice cream, because he wanted them to be rewarded for their had work and dedication to planet Earth. I agreed and thanked him again and we went on in the store to collect and promptly left. I will never return to this Walmart again. And I personally hope that the unethical practices and policies of Walmart are brought to the attention of our states officials. The actions ok saw personally and in front of my daughters ages 4 and 8 were on my opinion unlawful and should be address by state and local officially promptly. Shame on you Walmart!
With the Walmart supercenter you've got affordable food. I'd been shopping at whole foods and Fred Meyers and with the big increase in food prices I was at Walmart here for something electrical and grabbed lunch . A salad ,some drinks etc. It was 12$ . Usually it would be 22$ and if I only spent 20$ I thought that was good shopping. So I'll probably be going there more often. And with movie theaters near by and banking, food, post office all near by, some times it a one stop place for all your daily errands and more. Also it's in the middle of town so it's not to far off no matter what part of Portland you live in. I never thought I'd be leaving a great review for a Walk supercenter and friends but you get older and have to start budgeting and it saves on gas when banking , post office etc. are on the list of daily errands. I had to return a laptop I bought that was not working properly. And the return area ladies just took my word for it that it wasn't what I paid for and looked at the receipt, then that was it . My debit card was refunded the amount. No hassles and it took under 3 minutes. And that was during the COVID madness.
They need better security and people who are more compassionate to people with mental issues. When I was there a guy was out at recycling yelling Jesus was alive. There was a group of 5 or 6 guys who started chasing him with mace. They tried making him and unloaded a can on his car. The guy took off at high speeds driving around the lot. This could have ended deadly. The guys with mace were out of control and security was no where to be found until it was over. I stayed observing the whole event and attempted to stop the group while they were chasing him. In the end security came out and talked to one car then went back inside with neo clue at how dangerous it had become. The next time may not end so well. Recycling needs to be monitored better. There is always a long line of homeless there unloading their possessions on the sidewalk. There is always at least one with mental issues. Security should be more aware and provide protection for the unlucky ones who lost everything including their mind. They need help and our wonderful state has turned their back on them.
****thisSTOREisPERMANENTLYclosed**** Unfortunately this Walmart was closed due to the violent& criminal nature that this area is known for. Apparently there's too many fights& theft& all sorts of debauchery here. But to be completely honest, I've lived in that area of Portland for years& thats just the environment in these areas. Lots of homeless & even more drugs. Those two things& the attitude of the people that live in that area, which is basically no one cares what is going on outside my home,& doesn't want to contribute to the craziness . & To be even more honest, thats the mentality of Portland now& has been for awhile. Portland wasn't like this ten yrs ago. I mean it was but not so extreme like it is now. So when we seen on the news that the Walmart was going to close permanently, i wasn't surprised. I mean... They literally stopped people at the door to check receipts& there was roving groups of security looking for problems. & Im sure they were busy all the time.
I know theaters don't pay well enough for proper service. But if I come to the first showing of the day... My chair should not be filled with popcorn and my drink carrier should not be stuffed with candy wrappers. Which means the whole room didn't get cleaned the night before. Nor sanitized. And for some reason, the big wigs that own the place still expect to make ticket sales for their even bigger big wig bosses... Whatever crack cooperate is smoking they need to put a little more effort in making things cleaner and more comfortable and safer for their guests cause that service was foul. And I do mean at the highest level of neglect. DO BETTER. I'll just have to write a formal complaint to marvel, Sony, cinemark and all of em. What the hec are yall doing man??? Come to our trashed unsantized theater to see the movie we just spent millions of dollars on. Nah dude. Not gonna happen. Do yourself a favor and don't go. Lol just don't.
Wallmart - I had a great experience at Electronics section. !! I bought a Samsung Galaxy accessory and left the store. When double checking I found it will not fit the model I have. I went back to the Electronic section and both ladies were so helpful and the lady associate who first helped me was quick to confirm I purchased the item just ten minutes back and they just reversed my previous transaction and rang the correct accessories I needed. It was so smooth I was amazed. Most stores would send me back to Customer Service and wait in line to refund and get me to pay twice. While my short visit I noticed, all customers who had questions about electronics were treated so nicely!! It was a great pleasure to watch such good service. Two thumbs up to Electronics Section Caroline and Michelle. (I hope I got your names right!! Apologize if not) I often go to this Wallmart and I always have a great customer service experience.
The security guards are on everyone. I have bad knee's and my pops out & I can't stand or walk so I sat down on some stairs that are out of the way that hardly anyone uses. I literally had been sitting there for less than 5 minutes & the security guard was very rude tell me I need to move & I explained to him that I could not walk or stand & he told it's not his problem and I needed to find a way to move off the stairs now and I stood there until I could maneuver myself up and I he was saying something in low voice & I heard what he was saying & he was saying quit faking lady I told he I wasn't faking & he told me he didn't want to hear my lies. He didn't ask me if I needed medical assistance or offer to help me. I understand there's a lot of dishonest people they deal with but I'm a 50 year old grandma & I hope to God no one treats his grandma the way he treated me
Adequate parking. I go for the theater which is nice and cool and has big reclining comfy seats. Great place, I hope it survives. Lee's has good sandwiches. There is a little conveyor belt sushi place that is pretty decent, not too expensive. Wingstop is tasty and has good deals. The post office and bank are necessities. Jack in the box is sinfully tasty and toxic. Why do I keep going back for those breakfast burritos? Game Stop. Dollar Store. Walmart (the evil empire), Joann's, a gym of some sort, a ramen place that I would like to try. HK Cafe has pretty good food but the service is not friendly and the building often smells peculiar. I think there is a Verizon store. Izzy's is overpriced for what you get and generally full of loud children (good place to take your big loud family... I get it. I remember when my kid was small). Apologies to whoever I forgot.
I don't mind the shopping center really i just don't like the area it's run down and it's just that part of portland it makes me scared to be there by myself. Plus the Wal-Mart there is more dirty and the bathrooms inside are disgusting. The store ia also soo very disorganized when looking in a section for something it's also very crowded all the time and they have had soo many thefts they have to have a seperate checkout just for the cosmetic section. It's crazy in the Wal-Mart. I just think that shopping center all together needs higher security and camera's or something. Inside and out. I also think a parking police security system I've seen them around in certain places in parking lot's they are huge and it helps less crime happen.
I come here because it's close to the plasma donation center, it's a great location to purchase housewares if you've recently moved. There's a Walmart, a Dollar Tree, a Starbucks, there was a Joann Fabric but that's moving, I guess there's like a movie theater and some restaurants but I don't really go in places like that as I am single and continue to worry about Covid. There always seem to be people in the restaurants so they're probably good. The parking lot here is large but whenever I've walked through it, there's never been a ton of traffic or anything so seems fairly safe. It's pretty close to the Holgate stop on the Green line and there's also multiple bus stops close by, so it's a pretty convenient location.
While I was in the theater enjoying a movie someone broke into my car and destroyed my dash to steal my stereo. It wasn't a top of the line stereo, but it was mine ~ in my car. There are only two security guys there and one shopping center patrol. THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS AND THE THEIVES KNOW IT! Secure your valuables and always lock your car! Non emergency told me that it would take 'a while' for an officer to get there (it was already 10 pm) or I could go home and file a police report on line. For all the good that will do..... Just a heads up to all you good people who work for the things you have. Be careful and mindful of the ones who will steal with no regard.
It's pretty much what you would expect it is not amazing and it is not awful. With there being a Walmart there it can get a little busy. I do go to this Shopping center often because my dentist office is located here (a fantastic dentist office by the way, not gimmicky. Just very efficient, professional and the dentists are very nice and thorough.) This shopping center does have really good parking and it is on two major bus lines with the Maxx station not too far away. The down side I suppose would be the lack of Variety. However if this center does not have it then whatever it is is probably close by.
Amazing, there are plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. The place is pretty big so there are plenty of things you can find that fit your style of whatever your looking for. The workers are kind too. The only thing that is somewhat anoyying is that because of the place being so big, whenever you go and explore for different shops its hard to find the entrance again. However if you have been there multiple times you start finding your way around a lot easier by remembering where certain places is are. (And there are a few maps around the building so you can find your way back also)
I've only been to the Walmart here, but, I really like this place. It's very clean and the sidewalks and parking lots are done quite unique. The sidewalks do not slope down to vehicle level at parking lot access ways, the cars drive up to the sidewalk level. Unique variation and it sets the stage for pedestrian right-of-way, as it should be. Pedestrians ALWAYS have the Right-of-Way, except in eminent domain such as Thoroughfares, Freeways and the like. Please keep making the world safer for all of the pedestrians, I am one.
I had got everything I asked for I didn't know they had it and I did get it and that was nice and then I found something else that I did I didn't know I needed at that moment so I picked it up too there's a long line but we do have covid going on and they they I don't know they say yes no whatever but cover obviously not over and there was a really long line but that was about it otherwise everything was good people were polite I was at the Dollar tree he walked in and used the bathroom at Walmart and then we took off
Wal-Mart does have great prices on pretty much everything. I also like Ross, Joann Fabrics, & the dollar tree! The post office is there & a movie theater. There's several places to eat. Taco Bell, Jack-in-the-box, a sushi restaurant, & several others. So there's something for everybody here! Oh I almost forgot, they also have two different banks in the Eastport Plaza Shopping Center. Which we used to just call it "Eastport" but back then it was an actual in-door Mall. Long time ago, but I kinda miss it!!
I got a new barbecue grill for my birthday from my sis and my best friend. Its red, beautiful and rolls around. For $49.95. Not bad. Great for both grilling & smoking. Long lines but I got help to getting it in my car . Unfortunately I bumped the helper in the head with the hatch back. I said I usually don't hit someone in the head for helping me! I'm so glad it wasn't too hard & he was okay. I also apologized & said I felt really bad. Oops! Other than that great experience at Wally world .
Every time I take Glen to his dentist it becomes a real challenge to find parking in this area. Not only that I think most of the bad drivers come through the parking lot. Today we were almost hit not once but, three times as people were jockeying to find a parking spot. On a lighter note the stores are good for shopping in, and have polite employees. You are limited in selection though unless you like Wal-Mart, Ross Dress for Less, LA Fitness or a Fabric Store.
I went to Jack In The Box didn't feel like a hamburger thought I would try something different... ordered chicken strips...went ahead ahead and got the combo with a small iced coffee as it would have been the same price to order just the coffee and chicken strips separately.. $9.50... Seriously ?!!? I had no problem with the service as the staff working there was extremely friendly... however I ended up with four greasy overcooked tiny chicken strips...
Eastport plaza has always been around, I remember it being here at 4/5 yrs old. But it has changed a lot over the yrs and spread out and grown.walmart super center, the century 16 theater cinemas, Health+Beauty+ plus fitness is big as well . Joann house of fabrics and crafts. And oh the Dollar Store too. But there are a lot more retailers as well and places to have a bite to eat while your out.and much more. Let me know what you think. Terri
I went to Ross's and it was a complete waste of time. Had never been there but someone told me they had good deals on good used clothes. Couldn't have been further from the truth. The only decent pair of jeans I found that would fit me cost more than brand new at Wal-Mart. Then they said we had to leave because they were closing early... At 2 pm on a Friday. Will never go back and will discourage everyone I know from going as well.
This place has so many different stores and food options it's so convenient for me to just get everything I need to fix my house, my car, get daily essentials for and my family. And nothing here is overpriced. Security is a little unnecessary at times but with all the rift raft In the area it's completely understandable why they are so up your butt about everything. If this place wasn't here shopping wouldn't be so easy.
Walmart here is easily accessible by public transportation. I was dropped off by bus 72 right in front of the plaza. I personally have never experienced any problems inside the store but one morning when a friend and I went shopping there, we came back out her and her car had been broken into in the Walmart parking lot. I've noticed a lot more security since then however. There's also lots off food options in the plaza.
Usually if I go here it’s going to Walmart. Only thing I don’t like here is it always seems very crowded and hard to find a descent parking spot. Especially for the elderly/disabled that can’t always find a handicap parking spot either! But it’s a typical strip mall far as I’m concerned. Each person should make up their own minds how they feel about Eastport plaza with all the other little businesses in the area there
I use to work at eastport and we did pretty good for the most part keeping the peace and safe... After I was transfered due to a person that can't ever laugh or smile. The place went down hill... One of my fav stores shut down/moved out due to the crime rate..... No one can do anything bout the unwanted ppl there... I really don't recommend shopping there... Not even Izzy's... To many bad things to count
My girlfriend took me to Walmart to look at cookware. So we were window shopping at this time. Because you know you always want to check make sure you have the right products go to the right places. East Plaza shopping center has so many things there's a Starbucks there, there's places that you can go get a temp agency there, there's a u.s. bank there, and some other really great restaurants and stuff.
There was a guy walking back and fourth in front of the t-mobile store. He kept going in and out. After my husband and I went in the guy followed in right after us. Apperently he was waiting until the store filled up because as soon as it did he grabbed a phone and ran out the door. There was a lot of sketchy people around there. I was afraid to leave my car, even with it locked. Not a save paper I²
Dissatisfied! I have come to this location since i was 16...never really had any problems up until recently. Security followed me from a distance the minute i walked in. I even asked an employee where i might be able to locate a hover board for my 8 year old who's got a birthday at the end of this month. I was told by that employee they had plenty only to find out they had not one on their shelf.
Eastport Plaza has a lot of good restaurants, a [movie] theater, and several stores that supply any common amenity or item you'd need. With stores ranging from a Walmart to dine-in dim sum and craft stores, here you'll find most of what you'd expect out of a classic American strip mall. And like a classic American strip mall, it gets pretty sketch at night, so don't stick around too late.
I have a daughter in a wheelchair and was told I could not park in a handicap spot. The guy was very rude. Another person parked he was security and he used a handicap spot and jumped out of his car unto a security truck and he jumped into it. The guy did not say anything to him. He was focused on my daughter. I felt singled out when I use the handicap spots only when she is with us.
I was at Walmart and Its the worst place in town to shop at.long lines always, rude and sometimes borderline abusive employees. They treat everyone like a thieves by checking your receipts as you leave. I'm sure this is unethical to say the least. I highly highly recommend you go just another couple miles south to the Walmart inClackamas if you can. 200% better all around
Still haven't fully explored the entire mall area. Sadly, the WallyWorld(Walmart) closed up shop due to continued theft and homeless issues. It's pretty spread out, has a great multiplex theater, dim sum restaurant, post office, Ross, $1.25 Store, fast food options, gym, and much more. There's ample parking and multiple in and out places along 82nd, and one on Holgate.
Went to Fred Meyer here and got 100.00 cash back and dummy me left it in the slot at the self check out! After getting to my car I realized I left it there. In a panic I walk as fast as I can (two bad knees) and the guy running the self check out had it in his hand for me! Thank GOD! Its nice to still have good hard working honest people out there even at Freddies ❤!!!
I liked the vibe of all the surrounding people, places and things with a diverse culture from Suit n Tie Guy to Guys that seemingly can't say no to another piercing. Definitely will be back. Awesome Doughnut Shop and Rock Bar within few block radius. Bike rental for those unfortunate times individuals have People relentlessly pursuing them for absolutely no reason?
The Eastport Multiplex Cinema can be a bit overwhelmingly busy during peak showing times. But the concession area is well stocked. And tickets for the movie I saw were under $6, for an 8 pm show. Be prepared to pay the usual premium movie theatre prices for food and drinks. I would still recommend that venue for its ample recliner seats and air conditioned spaces.
Could be a great area if it weren't for the fake homeless (and believe me there is a difference!) Harassing a person as you come and go from shops! Or people who insist on smoking in the breezeway between HK Cafe and Subway/Starbucks. Security people seem to be more focused on chatting with each other than doing their jobs! Other than that ..it's great
Adequate parking. Limited occupancy for indoor shopping. Dress warm and bring an umbrella. Not noticing the Black Friday Deals being advertised as heavily as previous years, but there are a few great buys to be had. I think retailers are going to have to offer some dirt cheap deals closer to Christmas this year if they want to stay out of the red!
Well I visit that place the, very curious but the thing is, is I needed help with my wipers windshield that is and I forgot to ask and I got stuck in the pouring down rain never good thing anyway if you go in there to visit him I'll buy what you need there more than willing to help you all you have to do is ask I like that place and I will return
I grew up here I remember all the stores that use to be here Newberrys JK gill's the coolest pet store ever..It was nice coming back after so many years it will never be the same the bus Driver never heard of Eastport Plaza dude you drive the bus rite by it that big sign that says Eastport..I needed the Walmart go there it's .. …
I have always loved shopping here. Until I literally got followed by the new security guards, they assumed I was stealing. Which I wasn't . Bet yet didn't actually catch the ones who were stealing. If they weren't paying so much attention to me, they would of got the actual people stealing. Sorry not sorry. It was rude. …
It is a good place to save on a few items, but it is over populated and ridden with crime. I keep telling my wife not to go to shop after dark as there are way to many people begging & scamming people. The aluminum can deposit return area is to close to the entrance & exit of the store making it intimidating to some.
Dirty, most of the stores are close to empty. Wal-Mart included. Always has bums lurking around with their shopping carts, aimlessly wandering like zombies. Don't leave your car unlocked or windows down. I've had quite a few interesting run ins there. Usually after dark is when it gets a little more aggressive.
I've been coming here for many years. It's not really a place you would ever go unless you need to visit one of the stores like Walmart. As far as large shopping centers go it's clean and your car will be as safe as it can be in this sort of place. The security patrols constantly and seems to be on the ball
Seen better days. The crowd here has grown unsafe in my personal opinion. I always shop with a friend these days. No security except site security for business that contracted on there own. Great selection of food, stores, banks and all your errand needs and conveniently located for SE/ Clackamas residents
Good parking, usually busy but you can find a place. Lots of stores. Traffic isn't too bad. Lots of options to get into and out of the complex. The overall feel of the place has really gone downhill over the last few years, it's too bad. Now that Walmart is closing this place will suffer more and more.
Always have loved shopping here busiest time of year right now but you can get around it they have cleaned up this area quite a bit everything you need right there in two block radius from Dollar tree to Walmart to Ross dress for less Jo-Ann fabrics fitness center fast food and even a post office
Walmart is a solid go as usual, bottle return wait time is unfortunately a real beast, as the machines they have break down often, on top of a steady line of people usually guaranteed to be queued up most nights. But they do count until close at 11, the latest time in town I'm fairly certain.
Lots of stores are close (Walmart, Payless Shoes, and Joan’s). The movie theater is great for movies and lots of good food places to sit and eat, as well as dine in spots. There is a game stop, Ross, and dollar tree left as far as shooing goes. Other than that it’s not what it used to be :(
I shop there a lot for Walmart which has interesting people come and go. But the price is right. Other stores like Ross and LA fitness are my other shops. Parking is a hassle and only had one experience where a scary person was watching me and my family so be aware of surroundings anywhere.
Good neighborhood stores. Location & access if good for people working in the neighborhood. Great varieties to chose from. Good collections of items. Good choice of eateries too, with a decent price range without burning much of a hole in your pocket to eat. Nice place to shop & eat.
Just your average strip-mall with one exception; the parking lot here is a hot mess! Some entrances/exits make you go in a winding, circular pattern. The parking lot is also partitioned oddly, with too many stop signs. In short, avoid during busy times, or you'll soon regret going.
I just moved in a few blocks away and was able to stock up on everything I needed for the house between Walmarts and Ross after filling up on coffee at Starbucks. Then we were able to relax at the theater with reclining seats over the weekend. Great resources to have nearby.
Great place but i wish Walmart would stop looking at me like i steal. Never stolen anything. Probably has to fo with my house and the people who are in it, visit, or been there. It could be something they are spraying in the air. What a to year. I cannot handle another one.
As far as shopping malls go it's not the best. There are a lot of homeless people and druggy sort around here. The problem is so bad that they made the Walmart leave. Starbucks has also decided that this is no longer a good place to be in with all of the homeless people.
Place is a mini mall with a little bit of everything even a Century 16 theater and restaurants, fast food places etc and a Walmart supercenter. Looks.clean though from outside haven't been into all the shops we came to the Walmart which was clean and workers courteous.
Love the fact that they have the leaned back seats so I don't have to travel to Vancouver any more to get that comfort and on top of that since covid this was my first trip BACK in public close quarters with random folk and it was awesome my son even loved it …
Eastport is unexpectedly laid back and nice. Considering the end of town that it resides on. They have pretty good security. Just as long as you don't go to the Walmart that's there. It took me 42 minutes to checkout there this evening. And that's after 10:00 p.m.
Nice place to go to observe tweekers and people hooked an addictive drugs. Usually try to avoid places with homeless half dress women screaming their heads off. Not really the malls fault, City of Portland and police are not interested in making the city livable.
There where some pretty sketchy people walking around the parking lot. I Highly suggest locking your car up. This area is not what it was like back in my day. Walmart staff was nice, $ tree had a funky smell and Carl’s Jr. The prices are outrageous for fast food
As a parking lot, I'm not fond of this place. I stick to the JoAnn side as the Starbucks is in a tiny corner that is nearly inaccessible due to the very popular restaurant and the Walmart. Oh! because the parking lot is always full, that's why. Heh. :)
I absolutely hate this shopping center. People everywhere, no parking and lots of physical altercations around the entire plaza. I would almost literally go to any other location. Not to mention your car will probably be broken into while you shop.
Fairly basic strip mall type area. Great movie theater hidden in the back. One of the worst Walmarts I've ever been in though. And that's saying something. Decent fast food options and a full service post office (that's closed on Saturdays).
Had everything plus more and luckily for me only a 3 minute drive or quick bus ride. Excellent restaurant choice's, supercenter Wal-Mart, Ross dress for less, a gym..list goes on. Semi ghetto Clackamas Promenade is a good way to put it..
Childhood shopping area and close by to me. Don’t see a surprising amount of homeless inside the Plaza. Do see them handing around the edges. I guess security does a good job there. Lots of choices to choose from and plenty of parking.
Conveniently located for a quick trip with plenty of businesses (within the center and surrounding it) and there is ample parking. A small food cart lot opened recently across the street. Plenty of lighting within the parking lot.
A lot of businesses that I frequently visit all in the same place! It’s usually pretty clean and I feel safe here. Only problem is that it’s not very walkable if you’re trying to park and then go to a couple different businesses.
I’ve been going to this plaza all my life. HK cafe is a really good Dim Sum place, best i’ve ever had. Lee’s sandwich’s is the best. Lots of great Vietnamese food and drinks. Starbucks is my go to after Dim Sum, clean and neat.
Plenty of decent shopping, but I wouldn't go here on weekends as it's a zoo. Also don't go alone at night unless you're armed or can defend yourself against the junkies. Be aware of your surroundings Keep your head on a swivel.
There's always people stealing even from the dollar tree, taco bell and jack in the box either has rude employees or they forget half our order. Ross is ok theater is ok but I wouldn't go around there unless a lot of people
It has a Dollar store, that is pretty helpful. Going to Walmart is a risk. Enjoy a movie in the back near Marshall. Maybe pick up a few items at Ross. LA Fitness is spacious. Taco Bell has been remodeled...bon appetit...
Has a couple of stores which together can take care of whatever you need from Ross to Walmart and even a dollar store. Be careful especially at night, lots of sketchy people seem to hang around. Oh, also has a cinema.
Movie theater is a little dated. Last couple experiences have not been great at the theater. No ushers seeing if people were on their phones or being disrupted. Manager says they will address, but it keeps happening.
Went to Walmart and the employees they weren't paying attention to the costumers in the self checkout when they were needing help such as I did A little bit annoyed about that But I can't let that ruin my day!!!
Ok so Walmart, Ross, joann's plus the post office and a movie theater... Not including great fast food and other food options. Don't just come for one reason,.make a list and get something for the whole family.
Eastport Plaza Shopping Center I rate with four stars I always go to the Walmart always has what I need the dollar store also in the center and the Ross customer service never really had a bad experience
I only went to the movies here, the very nice Cinemark 16. It's a good multiplex theater, with big screens and comfy seats. I went to a private screening. You can rent a theater for around $150.
It's a great shopping area good stores and Walmart is always needed, also Jack in the box is the Ruth Chris of fast food. So all in all a great place to shop got just about everything you need.
Shopping in Portland was like being in Los Angeles, it was similar in a couple of ways, one was the driving, and two was the heavily populated area. Not complaint, it was ok, cause I love L A.
I really like going here, there's so much to see, so many places to go to! Plus, my mother works at Ross, so that's a plus! I like going to Eastport because it feels like I'm inside a mall..!
It was busy but easy to get to all the other stops there. People were freindly through out my shopping. Got it all done as I planned .. Great to get a area with more than one store close by.
Kinda sad Looks soooo bare. But my favorite sandwich shop is still there. Try some LEE SANDWICHES.. They have a variety and they make there own bread! There ice coffee is really YUMMY!
Fujiyama sushi is the main reason we go. There Ir quality has stayed the same over the years they've been open. Great place to get sushi. There is also a gamestop and frozen yogurt place.
We mostly come here for Lee's Sandwiches. Best Vienamese coffee, Vietnamese Sandwiches, and boba tea's. We occasionally grab wings from Wing Stop as well. They have great services too!
Great. Not too ridiculous to get in and out of, just a slightly confusing parking lot for my first time. Dollar Tree is a necessity for a few things, so I'm sure I'll stop here again.
Meh. I might just be old. But Eastport was better back when it was actually a mall. With an arcade and the hydrotube. HK Cafe is amazing... but Walmart drags down its atmosphere.
It was good. Till the door WE came in was locked at 10pm. Now I have to walk back to my car with 500.00 worth of stuff. Smh ! Homeless people everywhere. Did not feel safe.
The shopping center has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. Now that Walmart's out of there it's gone down even worse. I tried to avoid it at all costs.
Came for the Walmart, almost got lost trying to find it in the maze of driveways with buildings hidden in the trees. Places this big need some small signs with arrows.
The best spot if you're shopping for Drugs and actors for the next Zombie apocalypse movie. But none of the Zombies are Acting they are real life Fetty Zombies!!!
It's decent enough. You need to have a strong gut and a lot of patience though. If the sewage grates don't get to you the various drug addicts and homeless might.
Nice little shopping area has walmart, theatre, subway, post office and more. I don't feel safe at night here though. I always park close to the store if I can.
Used to be a good place to shop. Surrounded by homeless campers, buildings are not well maintained, and anchor businesses are vacating (Walmart, Starbucks, etc)
Great place, has many different things like a Dollar tree a Walmart is located across the way and there's also a day labor place located there and a Starbucks.
Avoid this area. Run down part of town, that doesn't meet the expectations of a optimistic shopper. Unless you like all of your stuff behind security glass.
I mainly go here for HK Cafe, Starbucks, Subway, Game Stop, Dollar Tree, US Bank, and the Walmart Supercenter. In other words, I go here for everything!
If you are going to wal-mart, forget it. This location is way to busy to deal with. B of A is a nice branch and there is plenty of gut bomb fast food.
Wow Walmart closed and the homeless have had to relocate. Since they can't steal had to move out of the area. Need to enforce the parking rules next.
It's going to be dead once Wal-Mart closes. Next will be the post office and any satellite business.. The crime and homeless will take over the area.
There is something for everyone at the Eastport Plaza shopping center. Be sure to check it out next time you are over on 82nd with moments to kill.
It's now surrounded by addicts and many abandoned stores. It's turning into more of an unsafe tent city. Be careful if you have to go here.
