I brought a Fiat 500 in to get a car wash. I paid for the $15 ultimate wash and I was unable to fit into the wheel track. Because I was unable to get through, the attendant took my name, phone number and email address and said someone would get in touch with me to either refund the $15 back onto my card, OR get me permission to run my car through the wash. I have yet to be contacted. I went in the past weekend and they took my name and phone number down again, I still have heard nothing. I left a voicemail, and still nothing. I want either my $15 back or to use my other vehicle to go through the car wash. Why would I go through this much trouble to scam a carwash. Either give me my $15 back, or let me go through the carwash. Just say, “yeah, sure… whatever. We’ll part with the whopping $2.50 it takes to run the carwash.” And then we’re done. I have called three times now and left voicemails each time. I’m not sure if they don’t listen to the voicemail box, but this is some of the worst customer service I’ve received. Edit 10/14/22: There has still been no resolution or communication of any sort from a representative of this company. I left several more voicemails and even went in on Friday 10/7 to talk to someone. Jordan seemed helpful, apologized and took my name, phone number and email address again. He had me send him a screenshot of the transaction on my phone and said he would send it up the chain. No such luck. They are nothing but empty promises. The level of disappointment I feel from Eco Car Wash is beyond compare. They are without a doubt the worst company I have had the displeasure of interacting with. I would rather call Comcast Customer Service while waiting for a Delta Airlines flight than try to communicate with Eco Car Wash. They are garbage, and shouldn’t be in business.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and every time I alway see new faces. I love the fact that you can vacuum out your car for free after the wash. Today I received amazing customer service from Ayden. Usually I have my keys and my phone in my pocket while I’m vacuuming so I don’t get locked out, but today the both of them were in my center console. I had just started vacuuming and and as I closed one door to open another and I got locked out. My key fob automatically locks my door after a certain amount of time whether the keys are in it or not. Frantically I’m trying to open all my doors as I’m thinking about what I have to do next. I’m looking around and decided to walk up to the window and ask for help. Ayden had no issue leaving his post to see if he could unlock it for me. He ran and came back with a make shift hook and looked at it and said it’s too short. He then offered me to use his phone so I can call my insurance company. I was quoted 44 mins, after some long embarrassing time sitting on my car he came back and said he received a message and said unfortunately they are delayed 62 mins. Ayden offered to try again with the hook and a screw driver and it wasn’t budging, he checked his phone again and someone was calling him to let us know that they went to the wrong one. A couple minutes later they showed up and unlocked my car within 2 minutes. I am beyond grateful for Ayden’s assistance and can’t thank you enough! Every single key to my life was in my car, if he didn’t offer to help I don’t know how I would of been able to get on with my day. Thank you so much Ayden!

I was so excited when this place was opening up! It’s the closest car wash to my house. I went there once and it was OK but today I went back because I had gone yesterday and after a long road trip I had taken a few weeks ago, there was still debris on my car after yesterday‘s $10 wash. I was told they do not allow previous day re washes. So I selected the next higher up wash, as recommended by the person, $12, and hoped for the best. It was not better at all. When I went back to get another wash I went to a different person but the previous person I spoke to had chatted with him so it appeared that they knew I was coming back for another wash so the second person had quite a bit of attitude so I decided to pay for another wash rather than get into it with him. and when I selected a $12 level wash, he motioned to the self serve screen. At this point I became frustrated and reversed the car and backed out and I will never go to this place again. I highly recommend people search elsewhere for a car wash. None of the staff appear happy or enjoying their job or wanting to even do a good job at all. Do not support this business.

Edited to add: **Have emailed, texted, and called the owner of the business multiple times since this review was originally written. He has not made it right (per his response made after all this has taken place, see below)and additionally, accused me of various things that aren’t true each time I’ve made contact. First it was that my car was damaged prior to using the wash (it wasnt), and then, it was caught in his camera feed that my car had no damage to it after using the wash (also not true). The owner then blocked my number from calling or texting, and either doesn’t answer or refuses to help me when I email the address provided.** Only go here if you are ok with the good likelihood that your vehicle will be damaged by the wash track, and the business will not make it right, aka, you’re on your own for fixing ripped off bumpers, mostly. There’s a new Washman a little further south on 82nd that’s excellent. Aside from not damaging your car, it cleans and dries much better! The owner of Eco will ignore your pleas for repair assistance, as I’ve found out myself!

FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND DAMAGE TO MY CAR — On 6/2/22 I came here to wash my Honda Fit. The staff were friendly and my car was cleaned as advertised. I paid for one $14 wash. After I got home, I noticed the cover from my rear window washer hub had been knocked off. I returned to Eco Car Wash. They looked through the wash area but didn’t find it. I was not allowed to look for it inside the wash area. Later, I received a credit charge for $56 instead of the $14 that I agreed to pay for my single wash. I disputed the charge through my credit card provider. Eco Car Wash provided them with false documentation of the transaction, claiming that I purchased 5 washes instead of just 1. I will never return to this business. Buyer beware.

I was never a customer at Eco Car Wash I was an employee there, I wouldn't recommend the service or job to anyone out there who's looking for a car wash or a job. They say they pay from $19.00 to $22.00 an hour but they don't even give you your whole paychecks, everything is under the table and paid through Cash app sometimes in payments, Joey Hanna (The Owner of Eco Car Wash) don't even care about his employees or if he did he wouldn't hold back your final paycheck and not give it to you or block your phone number when you try to ask for your final paycheck, if you can read this Joey since you blocked my number, I will be getting a lawyer involved. I hope a lot of people can see this post before it gets tooken off.

This business is incredibly unprofessional and do not value their customers. I’ve always gone here with no problem except for about a month ago their machine ripped off the hard plastic cover to my spare tire and it was crushed when the person behind me ran it over. The guy working helped me write an incident report but thankfully I bugged him for his manager’s number just in case corporate never got back me because of course they have ignored all my emails. Better yet the manager has ignored all of my phone calls as well. This has gone on for a couple months now and I think everyone should know they are not the business we should support.

They charged me for a car wash that I didn't get. The attendant that took my payment didn't measure my car before sending me through. They tell me my cars too tall so I can't get a wash. That's fine, how do I get my money back then? They take my phone number and name and hand me a receipt but it's been a week and I haven't been refunded. I have tried to call but it always goes to voice-mail or it says the inbox is full. Very unprofessional. Please call me back and tell me when I will get my refund. Edit: it has been over a month and I still haven't heard anything from them, nor gotten a refund. Terrible business. Truly terrible.

Car wash itself was pretty good, my rims were even clean which is dope considering how dirty they were. However I will not ever be returning to this location because of the blonde woman working last Thursday/Friday. I wanted to throw my car in reverse and take my business else where she was that RUDE, but I’m awkward and didn’t know what to do in a drive through situation. Car wash was legit and her male coworker was very pleasant, but that woman working was rude enough to make my visit my first and last. Hope you get the help you need girl!

Don't know why this place gets ragged on. It's far up 82nd .I'd rather not try getting into that washman one (82nd & glisan)that makes you flip a UE then Austin powers back and fourth just to get a wash. I'm usually in and out within mins here . Strong vacuums,5 min timer(?) I've never had anyone say anything but two hose's on each side makes it pretty easy . Only 4 stars because of the brushes ! I want a water only option Portland ! High pressure system needed !

I like the convenience of this place. You have to clean out and vacuum yourself, but the vacuums are on both sides of car, which helps a lot. The area is clean, and it’s so easy to let the car move through the wash. The wash strips appear to be cloth, so no scratches. I got the shiny stuff that makes the car shine, and the wheels get clean, which I like. People working there are nice, and patient in getting people ready to wash!

Found ourselves close to Eco Car Wash on a Saturday PM so we decided to stop in. Staff was friendly and efficient. We liked the wipe they provided to clean the dash. We parked in a stall with hoses on each side and vacuumed our own side of the car. That worked nicely and made the chore go much faster. There were still spots on our windshield and side view mirrors, but it was quick and a decent price. We’ll come back again!

Raised their prices, lowered their quality; no longer worth the money they charge. Had to go home and touch up the spots they missed! When you charge me more than ever before, I at least want my car to come out clean! Like it used to!!! Sad. The basic wash used to include a quick brush-scrub beforehand. So for a dollar more, they do less for your money. Also, there is now a posted time limit on the “Free” vacuum.

The staff is super friendly, courteous, and seemingly enjoying their job. That sets the tone for something as simple as sitting in your car while a conveyor belt pulls you through the wash process. They have free vacuuming after you exit, complete with trash bins to discard of your collected/hoarded food containers and such. The price is fair, with three options, and I keep coming back time after time.

Thank you for the respect and awesome service, Joe, you're MY DUDE. Some dbag tried cutting me off in line, and when I confronted the situation, Joe calmly, politely, and awesomely let me go first. Not all heroes wear capes. And the other staff member was super nice as well. The carwash was good too, but what will really bring me back there is Joe and the team. 10/10 will wash again.

This place used to be great. Now your car is still dirty after the wash. What happened to the prespray you used to do! It makes a difference! You charge more and wash less! And to respond to the owner. I don’t have time I had to pick up kiddo at school and them Get to work so no I wasn’t able to. Point is it happens every time. They don’t spray the front for bugs anymore either

The staff and service was amazing! But I very much dislike the owner telling me as a customer that I'm not able to tip the employees. It's disrespectful to the customers and employees both. Not to mention that the poor worker when I came was forced to do multiple jobs. I assume because the managers or owner are unwilling to provide adequate staff.

My vehicle was not very dirty going into this car wash. After it dried there was like a film of dirt or something that I had to wipe off. The first vacuum I went to did not suck very good at all so I moved over to another and the nozzle fell off the hose and would not go back on. I was quite disappointed with my last experience at Eco Car Wash.

The gift card # doesn't work. I kept giving the # to him but it doesn't work. The other thing is that a beggar came in to ask for coins, and can collectors keep coming into the vacuum area bothering me. The place need to be swept hourly. I need the parking spot where they place the white cones to wipe down my car.

The service here is wonderful. The cashier/greeter "Vega" was so extremely helpful. She cleared out the debris in the bed of my pickup so I would have the best experience possible. I left with a spotless vehicle inside and out. I couldn't be happier with the results. Give Vega a raise!

I like the free vacuum. Employees are cool relaxed and very understanding when your card does not want to work and you have to leave the line. Today K noticed it don't clean it all the way. Like underneath where I got mud on the side of my car not completely washed. I love Eco tho.

The people there seem very professional, and my car gets clean every time. I told one of the guys about one of my windows not closing all the way so he taped it up so water wouldn’t get in, and made sure it was sealed. Employees who take the time to do a good job, get good reviews!

I think that this car wash needs someone at the other end to do some quality control to ensure that the vehicle is actually clean and to let you know if you need back through the car wash. I basically paid $12 to wash my car at home and I live too far away to just go back.

This place is a joke. Their car wash doesn’t wash the bottom part of my car. I ran it thru twice and it still didn’t clean the lower bout. Also, when I opened my door to check the cleaning job, the seal to my door fell out on me. Do not waste your money here.

The echo car wash does a fine job washing my car and has never done any damage. I am confident it is a safe place to get my car washed very efficiently. The price is reasonable and the people are polite. What more could we ask for? I recommend it.

One of the better drive through car washes. Easy to get in and out of, fits my diesel truck with 35s, and almost dries it. Almost. It's surprisingly hard to find a car wash that fits my truck and actually dries it. Will keep going here for now

I've liked every employee I've ever met at this car wash. It's really nice that way. Also, it's the only car wash that does a decent job cleaning wheels/tires, and the new set up with these monstrous hoses for vacuuming (free!) is impressive.

Straight to the point! My car looks great after 1 pass thru. I had once brought a very dirty car, the first pass thru didn't clean it throughly, so they allowed me to go thru again. The vacuums are free after you wash, and they always work
