I just wasted over $100 and 3 hours of my time getting ripped off by washman on 82nd. I have a 30 year old car with great paint but I wanted it to shine. I know nothing about auto body work so I decided to hire “professionals.” After showing my car to a manager and some workers and asking for advice, I decided to purchase an exterior wax and interior detail. I specifically asked if they used spray wax or hard wax and they told me they use a putty. When I got it back two hours later, the body looked worse than when I brought it in, and while the seats and carpets looked good, the windows and door-jams were still dirty. They specifically told me windows and door-jams were included in the detail that I purchased. The wax was all streaky and made the paint look faded and inconsistent. It was LESS shiny than when I brought it in. I talked to a worker who admitted they actually use spray wax. I then talked to a manager and they said they’d try to make it right. Another hour later, things were slightly better but door jams still had visible dirt, windows had visible streaks, and paint looked streaky, cloudy, and inconsistent. When I talked to the manager again, he tried to blame me for not “buffing” it before the wax. I know nothing about this stuff and literally took the advice of some workers at his carwash. I was stunned. They never mentioned buffing before they ruined it with a bad wax job. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. They offered coupons for washes and vacuums but would not even offer coupons for detail services. Bottom line: my car looked better before I brought it to them. I could have cleaned the interior better than them in less than one hour, and they ruined my car’s paint job. Now I will have to try to remove the wax myself. Never paying for their services again, and I’ll dispute the charge with my bank for false advertising.

I've never had my car detailed before and I am on a very limited income so spending $135 is a very big deal for me. I will say my car is cleaner than when I dropped it off but I'm so frustrated that there still marks on my door on the inside interior. And as I was driving down the road and the sun came in my rear window it looks like they washed it with dirty water it's horrible. I could've done half assed job myself but I paid somebody to do a good job. Also where my cup sits between the driver and passenger seat was half ass cleaned, too. I won't spend my hard-earned money here again. Maybe I expected too much, but I thought they would get the grease and grime off my doors and there are spots all over inside and out that they missed. They also originally told me it was going to take three hours and they were done in less than two so that tells me they probably were rushed because it was the first truly sunny day here and they were busy as all get out, so let's push them through as fast as we can. I'm so upset right now I just want to scream because I did it for my brand-new grandson who's going to be riding in my car. I wanted to make sure my car was clean and now I feel like I need to clean it all over again. It's so sad the true workmanship and customer service is lacking in our world today. They lost me as a customer in the future and if that someone asked me if they should take the car to get it detailed there I'm going to answer with a BIG FAT NO!!!!!

Very nice cleans facilities to go and wash your car The Vacuum Center is always kept very clean and nice the prices seem a little high but they are comparable to the surrounding shops if you go for the detail wash the guys are very quick and get in and out of that car in minutes and it's spotless and smells wonderful it's definitely worth spending the money and not having to do it yourself especially on the winter days. Update on 4/16/22. They must have new owners it has changed dramatically. When I went today my car was very dirty because I live under big old trees. I asked him if it did not come out clean would I be able to go through again. He said yes if it is not clean you can go through again. Without mentioning I would have to pay the full price again. I went and vacuumed my car and noticed that the whole top engine lid the rims numerous things were not clean at all. he told me that they do not let you go through again for free. Even if your car comes out dirty you cannot get it re washed for free. It's not really free I already paid the one time. And they were not busy at all there was one car ahead of me when I came through the second time there was absolutely no cars ahead of me. I had to wait for the guy to come out. Because they were not busy at all. Before the shutdown the price only $5 and you could go through until your car was clean. Without any additional charge. Now it's $10 for the basic

Please do yourself a favor and NOT come here, at least not for a detailing job. I usually clean my car myself but thought I'd give my car a special clean up by coming here. Big mistake. I paid $79 for a Super Interior detailing, a job that was supposed to take 45 mins to an hour. They were done after approximately 20mins, which was fine because I did see about 3 people cleaning it together. So I paid and went to check the car, and well, the steering wheel wasn't wiped down nor the cup holders or smaller compartments. The tires were wiped down but the rims left dirty (said they didn't have the special spray to clean them). The areas behind door handles were dirty. I pointed out these areas and one of the guys working on the car looked as if it was a huge inconvenience. In the end, I even had to take a towel and clean up the spots myself because they clearly didn't care enough to make sure everything was done right. The carpet was still littered with dirt and soil but I was basically fed up with this place so I just left. I had brought my car in just after 8am so they were not busy and had plenty of time to work on the car, these guys just simply don't care. I really can't imagine how they clean cars when they're busier. Please save your money and go elsewhere, or just do it yourself because at least you'd put in some effort.

I've been going here for years. It has a precarious entrance and exit where you have to drive onto the sidewalk to get in or leave. There are two sides for entering, the one on 82nd is for people coming just for a car wash. The entrance on Glisan is for people getting their cars detailed. Both lines converge at the beginning of the car wash tunnel, so both lines take turns for which cars go in first. It generally causes a back up of both lines if it's crowded. The wash itself doesn't get off any tough grime, but it will take off a light coating of dirt. The people spraying the car at the beginning never take any care to do a good job, but the employees at the end give a quick towel wipe to the car upon exiting, they seem to actually try to do a good job. I think the tire shine does a good job, but you won't get that by buying the standard wash. This is my basic, go-to car wash for a matentince wash - if my car was filthy I would just take it to a manual wash place or do it in my drive way. The car wash comes with a free 5 minute vacuum session if you want to park and vacuum afterwards, but you can become blocked in by the line behind you. Three stars because of inconvenience of the set up, and because the wash is OK.

I am a fan of this local chain. They offer a solid service with clear options and competitive pricing. There is a good range of services available. I have never taken advantage of their interior packages so I can not speak to that yet but will try these services eventually. I have found that if I just use their #3 'The Works' every month or two it keeps the grime from building up and keeps your newer car paint job staying that way. So weather or not I regularly use this package to upkeep my car. I can clean my car a little more detailed at home sure, but this is fast, affordable and actually give me a lot of extra protection than just a wash in my driveway. Admittedly their website is a little sparse. As a developer I would like to see it expand some into pricing and purchase options so you could even show up pre paid. Some of the sites for locations have pricing but the main site does not. They do however have a holiday special often this time of year for extra service $$'s on top of a gift card purchase so I can pay for 4 of my regular washes but get 1.5 extra on top of it. Happy washman'ing!

Freaking awesome hard-working folks here. I'm here today, on a 100° Saturday, getting my car washed vacuumed and wiped down. These people are working so hard in this weather it's amazing. I love this place. They do a great job. There's a little store inside where you can get things to spruce up your ride while you wait for them to detail your car. First you go through a very complete car wash and then you park in a detail bay where they finish it up for you. When you're done your car is shiny and nice and detailed and the whole thing is only $20. It's an absolutely fantastic deal. I like to tip. Even if you don't have dollars you can put a couple bucks on a gift card with your visa inside and give it to them. A good tip, go to the back of the building there's a second line to get through the car wash and it never full. Check it out if you want to nice clean car without any hard work.

Ah, yeah. Now we're talking. There's a good reason why this location is busy and can handle over 50 cars an hour on the line. This is the largest location that Washman offers. When you pay for the midrange or higher wash, you get your money's worth. The equipment is older but better maintained than every other location. Sometimes you'll get free tire shine when you get the second package (I have unlimited for hire #2) which is a nice surprise. Vacuums are good and the on site offerings for air fresheners and wipes are decent too. My only relatively minor gripe is the touch up after the dryers. Sometimes it's through sometimes it isn't. I don't mind because I always take a drying towel with me, but I just think it's amusing. I would pick this location over the airport location any day.

Although they did an ok job cleaning the dirt off (it's a drive thru carwash for God's sake) , when it came to the interior it wasnt worth the chunk of money. Air vents must not be included? Or doors. Or grille. Or rims. Didn't get the air freshener I was supposed to either. And they vacuumed the floor mats, but not the floor... who does that? But the worst part was they broke, and apparently discarded, one of my 12v outlet covers. (Now that sure looks nice doesn't it?) I sent a message to customer service but no reply. Not even a "sorry about your luck" or just plain "sorry". Still have money on my washman card, so will go to the MLK location even though this one is so close. It'll be worth the drive to get my car back in one piece. This place has gone downhill. New management?

The car wash was great- unfortunately I'm no longer welcome because I somehow deeply offended an employee by waiting until the end of the conveyer belt to drive off. I left feeling harrassed, and too scared for my safety and that of my car, and while I had hoped that Washman has some sort of standard of service, they don't. I appreciate their loyalty to their employees I suppose, but they have a high tolerance for misconduct, which is not ok when a customer has expressed safety concerns. My phone call with the manager consisted of me having to listen to justifications for being treated with animosity and downplaying the harrassment I experienced through my window. They could've lied though and pretended like they care, so I appreciate the transparency...

I’ve never taken care of my car’s looks like I should, but after it was stolen and returned to me a complete disgusting disaster a while later, it was finally time to get it deep cleaned... All the guys at Washman were so friendly and helpful, and my old car has never looked better ☺️ The price ($155 for #10, 4 interior services plus exterior wash) seems totally fair— they have better equipment than I could rent and did a better, more thorough job than I would have the time and energy to do, and waaaay faster than I could possibly work, plus no appt necessary. The estimate was 3.5-4 hrs and they finished in 2.5. I repeat: the car looks amazing, especially considering the stomach-turning mess it was when I dropped it off! I’ll definitely be back.

Got the “super interior” package. Didn’t even touch the screen, did an awful job of the center console, poor attention to detail. Didn’t clean either trunk, which is fine if they missed it the first go, but on the second go around they cleaned one trunk and kept insisting they cleaned both. I was watching them the entire time, they most assuredly did not. The manager even insisted it was done over the radio. Was told a manager was going to be sent right over. Waited around for about 10, nobody. Had to point at the dirt to get them to notice they hadn’t even touched it. And to top it all off this all took them nearly 2 hours. They obviously are either overworked, don’t care, or some combination of the two, but I won’t be returning here again.

Don’t get the $79 dollar “managers special”. Not worth it! The people who finish the car at the end rush through it and don’t do a good job at all. I’m selling the car and wanted everything done. The door jambs, the complete dashboard, and the “spray wax”. Explained that to the guy at the front. The paint finish looks like it was just washed; doesn’t look any more shiny than it usually does. They did the door jambs but left dirt and mold there. The windows still had spray on them, they didn’t even wipe the whole of the window after they sprayed it. There’s still stuff on the carpet in the back. Completely pathetic job! They must pressure these people to rush instead of doing a good job. Waste of money at WashMan. Won’t be going back

Me and my wife drove in and purchased 2 of the $175 details cleaning services at 11:37am on the 15th of March, they said it’s only take 3 hours. So I left the 2 car there for 3 hours then came back and realized that the car have not been work on yet, I asked the manager there and he said “don’t worries, we will get them done in 1 hour”, I thinking to myself “it’s take 3 hours for the details services, but he said he need only 1 hour??? Huhh, will I get the service I paid for within 1 hour” but I still ok with that because I don’t want to give him no hard time. Came back in 2 hour s, the 2 cars were done but still dirty in side, I got charged $350 for a jobs of $100. This is not right, I still having the receipts.

I'd rather be positive about any NE 82nd Avenue business that is still surviving the downturn, but I'm sadly disappointed. The reason I used Washman was because of the bird droppings on my hood. They must know their machines do not remove bird droppings because they can see it on the end of the process. The brief squirt of water before you enter will not cut it, you need a little scrubbing with a soft brush, and about 15 seconds of it. For the $2 increased price in the services ($12 wash job), it is sad they are willing to let you drive off without cleaning and finishing the mess. If I ran a place like this I would want customers to applaud that extra care. Guess I take my business elsewhere or wash it at home.

So I was here on Friday to get the jeep washed. I had the inside-out wash. Cost me $39.00 which is very steep pricing. I still went for it and regret it. The jeep windows were not cleaned well streaks all over inside, exterior wash didn't get all places and since they wipe it down I thought they would get the missed spots since it was on rear window and bumper as well as the fenders. This wasn't mud or anything just dust and road grime. The jeep is new and has 5k miles so not like it's baked on crud it just needed to be cleaned properly. The guy working on the jeep didn't seem to care and was just randomly wiping things. I will not be going back to this place. Not wothr the 30 minute wait or the price.

One of the most confusing car wash locations. We came for our car wash and there was a line which we expected on a nice Sunday. However, when you exit they tell you to move up to the vacuum area. BUT that’s only if you pay for Washman crew to vacuum your vehicle. Not until we were locked between cars did they tell us this was the wrong area. They then proceeded to instruct us to go to the self vacuum area to the left. We drove there only to find out that they turned them off so we have to go to the other side of the building. Ridiculous! Have signs and better instructions for your customers. It’s an inexpensive wash but not worth the headache coming to this location.

HORRIBLE!! I drove an hour to be there at opening to get an express detail with getting my seats cleaned the only option I wanted! The girl let me sit there for 5 minutes after opening and then had attitude like I was wasting her time. I told he what I wanted and moved through the car wash. After sitting inside for 30 minutes I'm questioned about my carpets being cleaned. I stated I never wanted my carpets cleaned I wanted my seats cleaned. I was given my ticket stating I wanted my carpets cleaned. After some translation I got the detail guy to stop cleaning my carpets, not sure if my seats will be cleaned though. Very frustrating to say the least!!

Great carwash, friendly employees! I would give them 5 stars if the vacuums at this location worked better. Depending on which one you pull up to, it may or may not decently vacuum the car. I havent found one to be stellar but have found several to basically be pointless. Great actucal carwash though. Gets the vehicle clean and there is an employee at the end who takes about 60 seconds to wipe down some of your ride with a microfiber towel. They don't completely dry it but I appreciate the extra care. Thanks, Montavilla Washman! Update! They remodeled this location and now have a huge area post carwash for vacuuming, and they work much better!

The service was unpleasant. They were very unorganized. I paid $139.00 to have interior seats and carpet shampooed. Everything was soaking wet for days. Even the mats! They should have been vacuumed to have less water. The windows had smudges and dashboard was just smeared. I witness the interior detailing workers mostly playing around. I didn’t realize the horrible job because it was already late towards closing time. When we got home our clothes were completely wet. nothing had been cleaned on the interior doors or anything even though I was told that my service included touch ups on everything. Do not waste your money here. Not worth it.

My favorite place for a quick carwash, they provide variety of options, quick wash, In and out, and variety of details options. service can run you from 10 all the way to couple hundred dollars depending on what needs to be done on the car, they have done cut and buff services for me, those usually are evaluated based on how many scratches are on the car that need to be taken care of. There details are quick and pretty decent for the price. I like that I can be in and out of this place in the same day or same hour depending on the service needed... I usually go to the place on glissan st. as that is their biggest and I think best place.

Went to Washman to get a detail through their Express Detailing service. I have a small Toyota that was a little dirty but not too bad. I asked to get the car detailed and a hand wax. They said they wouldn't do the hand wax because there is pollen on my car and they don't want to wax over it. I explained that I would like to get the car washed and detailed and isn't actually washing and cleaning the exterior of the car (removing dirt and pollen) a normal part of the detailing process? They told me nope. They don't do that here. So, if you want to actually have your car cleaned and detailed, then you might want to look someplace else.

Paid 75 dollars for the managers special . After waiting over 2 hours and never being called, my car had visibly uncleaned spots on the hood and there was still debris under the seats that were not vacuumed. The employees seem like they don't care at all. And this place is confusing with nobody directing you which way to go. If a real detailing service comes around this place will lose all business. Go here if you want the quality of a gas station car wash. I learned my lesson and they won't be receiving the money for a high value detailing package from me again. I could have don't better myself with 2 minutes and a can of dust off

So I come here often for just a wash. If I was rating off of that then it would be five stars all the way. But today I ponied up for the fancy inside and out service. That’s a one star rating. As you can see from the photo they totally ignored one seat back. Like I get being a little lazy to get things done quicker. For instance the dash area under the tiny windows in the front were also ignored like in other reviews. But saying f it to a whole area that’s super obvious is beyond laziness. I guess I should’ve looked before handing over a tip.

So I went in to get a wash and this is the second time the top row doesn't work. It usually turns on in my truck so I went in to complain and the guy said I can get a free wash. When I saw the line I had to wait another 20 minutes and I didn't want to so I asked him for a voucher and they denied it they said that the watch was good even though the top row didn't turn on and it usually does with my truck. The due said he was being nice by offering me a free wash but he doesn't think that he's wasting my time. Not fair

I think they really go the extra mile to give every person a consistent car wash with each visit. I've been going to the washman for many years and will continue going for many more. Their professional services are are excellent, go in for a car wash and a detailing and come out with a brand new car. If you only have time for a car wash it's a quick couple minute trip through the wash and you come out on the other side squeaky clean, don't forget to tip your personal car dryer at the end.

Be aware, you may need to babysit your vehicle. I purchased a full interior detail with seat steaming and while they were busy at the time I arrived, I parked where I was instructed. I spoke with a representative that was working on the area and left my truck for 90 min while I ran errands. I returned and my truck was untouched by the staff, while a good majority of the cleaning spaces were vacant. I’m very frustrated with their failure to track vehicles. Though I was offered a refund.

They do a decent job with washing the interior and exterior of your car, however they have wait times that are ridiculous for interior cleaning. Today, I was told they were backed up 30 mins before getting to new cars and that I could come back in a half hour and they’d be caught up. I came back and then was told it was 45 mins before getting to new cars. When I explained what had just occurred, staff just shrugged they’re shoulders. Ugh.

I’m not prissy about a gleaming car, but the two winters’ worth of moldy stuff HAD to come out of the cracks. I am THRILLED with the excellent job these guys did for $99. They even did the interior after I’d told them not to worry about it, and it looks AMAZING – like driving a new car. On top of that, the staff were so kind – smiley and helpful! Excellent experience – will absolutely be back and recommend this business to others.

Get your car washed and watch the endless horror show that is 82nd at Portland. Great hardworking employees, so not know how they do it. Update! Its a whole brand soankin bew car wash! Vacuums have been relocated so now people cant just drive up and use rhem for free, and gated so much safer. Hownis it Washman can completly modernize and make safer thier properties and the ciry if Portland cant even fix a pothole. Washman rules!

This place is insanely busy for some reason. I paid $30 for a carwash and interior clean. I waited inside for thirty or forty minutes. The exterior wash left streaks all over the outside. The interior was half cleaned. There was dust and dirt everywhere, the carpets were half cleaned. It costs a lot to get your car detailed but $30 here bought a worse cleaning than I could have done in thirty minutes at home

They only charged $8 for the express wash, very quick even with a few cars in front of me. The whole experience took just under 10 mins and that's including the 3-4 minutes it took to wash & dry the car! At first the parking lot layout is confusing & not well marked but having been through it once it won't be a problem again; other than that it's a wonderful place for a good car wash, I'll be going back!

Paid extra to have the interior thoroughly detailed. They did a really bad job. There is still huge clumps of dog hair, from the previous owner of the car, clearly visible on the sides of the front seats. They did not even clean inside the glove box or the center console. They said it was done in 20 minutes and hadn't cleaned inside the trunk. I am not at all happy with the job that I paid $115 for.

I always get the "Inside & Out". Used to be $14 or so. Now it's $20. There used to be a couple people cleaning the inside for about 15 minutes. Now, 1 person for less than 5. It is not worth it anymore. I still have dirt around my shifter and cobwebs around my window. We won't take our cars there anymore. Over the years they have steadily gotten worse. Only one person cloth drying you car also.

Staff are horrible at communicating to patrons. First time using the place gave me an anxiety attack. It’s a car wash! How that’s possible is astonishing, cleaning is good, so giving them 3 stars for finished product. It would be awesome if the workers took time to help people rather than rush them. Advice to new comers, ask questions,because they don’t provide any information willingly.

Not too cheap but best service and best staff. The quick wash come with hand dry at the end of the machine. Their detail inside works also amazing. Fast but yet detailed. Oh dont forget, if you choose to have your car cleaned inside too, go inside the building - the waiting room - and pick a car freshener for free ! Have been using them for years and still coming back to them.

I gave the attendant a gift card and did not get it back. I was rushed through and given no chance to get my gift card back. It had $61 left on it. When I called I was told to get a claim form in the lobby. The manager was not there so I could not get a form. I was not treated with courtesy and respect. My $10 car wash cost me $71. I will file a claim once I can get the form.

I got the managers special for $79. Cleaning inside and out. For that price having areas on the exterior with visible dirt and the same for the interior including dust on the dashboard and dog hair in the backseat it was a little disappointing but pretty standard for companies like this. Might give them another try to see if it was just the crew that day. Not sure.

I watch daily as Oregon trashes Oregon people regularly throw trash from their car directly to the street. Even the car wash power washes trash directly from the lot to the street!! It is no wonder people visit less. Even the homeless just move leaving all trash on the ground!!! One day I counted 7 bags of trash being tossed from cars on a one block street.

The car wash is good but the dry out part is terrible if they only focused on making sure that the windows are clean and the mirrors that would be great but they just tap your car's windows on 82nd and glisan the only place that does the that all the other car washes that dries off your car always get the windows and the car hope 82nd can do a better job

One of the better automated car wash facilities, I don't see any scratches and it takes the dust off nicely. Also at the end they have 1 or 2 guys to take the tape off the back and clean your side mirrors to keep the water droplets from drying and staining. Good service just hard to get into sometimes also a lot of traffic in the area since it's on 82nd.

I've come here a lot over the years and usually just do the drive thru washes, but decided to get my car detailed today. They did a fabulous job. And also, I have not been in their lobby since pandemic, and they take customer and employee safety seriously. They sanitize areas where customers wait as soon as the customer leaves. To me, that was huge!

Lots of choices to get your car clean here! Sometimes there are specials like buy four car washes and get two free. Free vacuum use after the car wash is a great feature. Much better than lugging your home vacuum out to the car. They also offer detailing at this location. The car looked great after the car wash, which is of course most important!

Have come here several times for full service washes and they just can't seem to ever get it right the first time. Not just me, either, have seen several others come back for a redo while I've waited for mine to be done. This is the third time i pay $30 and i still have to reclean the interior despite paying extra for the mats and all.

The service was great! There were a couple of spots of pitch that they couldn't get off without potentially scratching the paint so they told me how to get rid of it myself. It was such a wonderful experience. They even vacuumed out my doggy seat in the back. I did NOT expect that. I will definitely be back. My car looks like new :)

I paid $99 to have my car detailed and all they did was a drive thru wash and half vacuum because stuff was still on the carpet and under the seats then sprayed shiny stuff on the seats but didn’t clean in the seats.. And the guy was giving me attitude because I asked him to clean the armrest and cup holders.. very poor service

This place used to be the best, now it’s just a scam. They more than doubled the prices yet they do way less work now. Paid $50+ tip the past 2 times (and waited over an hour both times) and they couldn’t even be bothered to wipe my dash off either time. I started paying myself $55 and taking 10 minutes to clean my car myself.

don't waste your money on this place! I just left here because my car was filthy! I paid $ 36 ( inside & out ) thinking I would have a VERY clean car! Don't be fooled by the same cleanliness of $ 36 equals $ 24, my car is still completely dirty and I had to finish their bad work myself. I will never go back to this place..

Definitely a little disappointed in paying $40 for a car wash to wipe down the interior and exterior 40 bucks no tire dressing they couldn't even clean the cup holder or the touch screen. Sad when have to go home and do the final touches after paying $40 for a car wash hope things improve they seem to be going downhill.

I come here when I want my car cleaned as well as it could be without a professional detail. They wipe down my tires and vacuum and clean just about every corner of the inside of my car. For $20 my car goes from filthy 2 dealership clean. I would recommend for anyone who cares about the cleanliness of their vehicle.

Keeping my old gal looking beautiful. I find their locations convenient around the Portland area. I would go to Washman in the early morning on nice days because they get really busy in the late afternoon and evening. They run economical specials so always ask an employee what they have that day or for the month.

Nice car wash. I had to come back to get interior cleaning on a busy Saturday since they were too backed up to do it the first time I was there. Once they were able to do it, they did a great job. Car was cleaned inside and out for $26. Next time I'll plan to go when they are not so busy, maybe on a week day.

This place is long for nothing. The entrance and exit are DANGEROUS. No room to maneuver. And the *long* wash doesn't even properly dry your car. I alway end up with water spots. As a #3 monthly pass member, this is unacceptable. I have to drive to a different car wash location. Not renewing my monthly pass.

Great services offered. Employees are kind and respectful. The lines can get long during the sunny weather but the wait time typically goes by fast. Never had an issue with items being stolen when getting interior cleaned. The wait can be kind of boring if your getting a full service but it's worth it.

The hood got a ton of attention, the side brushes did pretty good. But barely half of the back was washed. Huge swaths of dirt still highly visible. The guy finishing up at the end didn’t say a thing and it looks like he tried to wipe some of it off. Hope it didn’t mess my paint. I’m not going back.

Outstanding service, clean car! Consistent, new addition of Meguiar’s wax as a wonderful addition to the express wash, inside and out. I love this place and keep coupons in the car to swing by. My favorite for years. Because I see the same dedicated staff over the years and find they earn my tips.

Been here before with a trailer hitch now they say no trailer hitch. They charged me before doing their inspection of the vehicle. Didn't have keys on me so I had to leave the line and go get reimbursed. They are decent people but maybe they should do their job throughly before charging people.

Today I paid 69 dollars and hoped that they could wash my car clean. As a result, they didn’t even wipe the dust on the central armrest and trunk door of the car. I would never choose the $69 car wash here again. This is a very Stupid choice, maybe they don’t care at all because they are busy

The rails scratch the factory wheels on all my cars. They deny all liability yet won't let me in the tunnel after hours to see what is scratching my wheels. I've resorted to taping over my wheels before I go. This is only good for trucks with big tires unless you don’t care about your wheels.

It wasn’t cheap, ($200), but that has to be the best detailing service I’ve ever gotten from a car wash. Outback went in filthy and covered in sap and leaves, came out looking brand new, inside and out. Wife was ecstatic. Great job and friendly service. I will be using them again for sure.

Lazy. Guy sprayed half the car with the prewash because he didn't want to walk around. Then, I watch the towel guy just touch the car in front of me with his towel on the trunk and one window and called it good. It's funny how hard they aren't trying, but for $10 you get what you pay for.

I purchased the monthly unlimited car washes. It was the best decision! My car sparkles! Everyone thinks I got a new car because it is shines, no dirt, moss, the rubber on all window used to have pollen accumulated on them- not anymore! Love this Washman because they dry your windows!

This place can make a new or old car shine like new. We typically do the $14 wash with free vacuum, but splurged on the two-service detail package for our older car that desperately needed some TLC. Letmetellyouwhat—she came back looking good-as-new. Definitely recommend these folks.

Free Vacuums! Fast a friendly car wash, but Management, please get some straight attachments for the end of your vacuums, your current vacuum attachments, at every location, suck. Otherwise the car wash is great. All of the team members are really helpful and nice. Daniel Read IV

There is no way to vacuum your car here now without purchasing a car wash. I drive for uber and lift and got my car washed yesterday and returned to use the vacuum. They said I had to purchase an additional carwash at $10 to use the vacuum. I suggest using a different place

The Wash was amazing. Friendly, efficient attendant. I then went to vacumn. I feel you should have a security person walking and watching that area. I hurried and then left. Someone came back trying to open cash boxes.. digging.. bouncing.. it was frightening actually

Came to get car waxed, and my floor and seats shampoo. There was miscommunication somehow. They cleaned floors and interior. I called and they were really helpful after I explained my situation came back the next day, they completed the service. The car looks great!

Good and hard working staff. They do a superb job cleaning inside and out and waxing your car. They are professionals and trust worthy. Make sure that you bring cash to tip because they will satisfy you with the results. I've been going there for the past 10 years.

They are getting thumbs down! For denying my friend her car wash.... And did not offer compensation for having to wait in line then told they won't service her... She had to go to another wash 5 miles away.... Vacuums were timed... No points for the word free!

I give stars because we always go here, good or bad experiences, mostly good. Employees are always great, just not always fully staffed. This place can be excessively busy at times,with a weird entrance on the main se 82nd side, but they do get ya through.

I had bird poop in 2 different places on my car. The car wash itself got most, but not all of it off my car. Then my car went over to the detailing area where they then proceeded to not clean the remaining bit of bird poop, and left cleaner

I chose to go here because they had self-vacuum bays. The exterior wash was fine, but the vacuums are terrible. I tried two different ones, and they did not suck up any dirt even when placed directly on it. Left with my car unvacuumed.

Busy spot! I always wait forever to wash my car but when I do I come here. To get the inside and outside of a Toyota Corolla was $26 and if you go inside to the cashier you get a free air freshener with your car wash purchase. Sweet!

Free vacuum when you lost your car there! It's an all-around great place with tons of vacuums and a fast line. I would highly suggest going here. Update... I refuse to. Go? To any. Weather? Car wash but? This. One.

Not as friendly and helpful as some of these but still an okay experience. The provided vacuums are very handy. I think the monthly membership is a good deal and worth the cost. It's been very helpful to me.

A little difficult to get into the carwash, but they do a good job. AND, they flip tour mirrors back at the end. I had a detail done here once too with a wax and that was done well. Decent waiting area.

Auto-wash is about what you'd expect but the vacuums are TERRIBLE... half the nozzles are missing, some vacuums don't even turn on and the ones that do don't have very good suction. I won't be back.

I usually get a decent job done at this place but today I got the worst detail I've ever had. They didn't even vacuum the floor under the mats. And my car stinks. I don't know what this smell is.

Store is outdated and scummy they are overpriced. Timer on vacuum is over in like 30 seconds . Kind of rude staff like it takes so much to quick scrub a car with a long handle be brush.

Needed a quick detail and they were very thorough, the car looked amazing both inside and out! They even got rid of the moss that had built up around the door handles and window frames!

Every time I've been here there has been staff at the end of the car wash that has wiped down my car unlike other washman's! Definitely recommend this one over the other in Portland.

Good interior /exterior car wash. Free popcorn and coffee. It's worth it!! If you get the Works you get a free tree air freshener. The staff seem honest and that is important to me.

Nice quick and easy. If your in a rush, they will get the interior detailed even quicker yet still clean! Only downside is that my Raptor is too wide and won't fit in the car wash.

They did not honor the card i purchased for 5 washes. Charged full price and just deducted from my balance. Total bs! Then there were marks on my car where paint was rubbed off.
