I found EcoChile when I was looking to arrange a large family trip to Chile. Initially the trip was scheduled for December 2020 - Ha! That one didn't work. Then we rescheduled to 2021 but with Delta rising, we were too reluctant. We finally went in 2022 and the trip was amazing! First of all given our 3 year planning timeframe, we worked with 2 EcoChile agents and both were amazing and the agent we worked with from 2021 was still with us throughout our whole trip in late 2022. Not only was the itinerary well-thought through with all the best highlights but our EcoChile agent, Patricia, was on call literally 24-7 while we were in Chile. We know because we ended up calling at 11pm one night when we couldn't find our ride and she helped us connect to our ride at the airport. I found them to be knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and caring. They truly know Chile and what most tourists enjoy most and they had great tour operators that they worked with - we loved all our private tours and our hotel in Patagonia (Patagonia Camp) was amazing. Overall it was the trip of a lifetime and EcoChile made it as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Thank you again!

Our trip that Ecochile planned to Patagonia and Antarctica was absolutely incredible!! It was truly amazing start to finish. The planning process was quite extensive as we wanted to fit as much as possible into a specific window and the team absolutely delivered!! One of the best things is that we squeezed in all the highlights and it ran so smoothly. All the transports, all the activities, everything. Just wonderful planning! The only sad part is we wish we had another week or two to do more of what Patagonia and Antarctica have to offer. And at the same time, we feel we did so much! The team was with us every step of the way getting us ready for the trip, scheduling one-off excursions, and being attentive to our travel preferences. And then once we were traveling, the team communicated through their app or WhatsApp throughout. Highlights: Torres Del Paine (hike anywhere and be sure to stay at Patagonia Camp), El Chalten and Antarctica. But everything was spectacular. It was a truly memorable experience. Thanks to to the whole team. Ecochile has an innate understanding of the region and how to plan the trip of a lifetime.

I highly recommend Echochile. They put together a fabulous and seamless 2 week trip for four of us to Argentina and Chile. (We just returned 10 days ago). With four of us, a lot of emails were generated and they always answered all questions promptly. We loved the hotels and guides they chose. But we REALLY appreciated Echochile when our lake crossing by boat from Argentina to Chile became impossible due to a landslide in Chile. Their team jumped into action and was able on very short notice to get our money refunded and use it to pay for a private driver through the Andes and across the border. We could have never done that on our own. Thanks guys!

My wife and I worked with EcoChile to plan our honeymoon, which was supposed to happen in 2020. Needless to say it didn't happen in 2020, and without their help I don't think we could have handled all the travel logistics. We just got back from the most amazing trip where we saw Patagonia, the Atacama desert, and the lake district all in fourteen days. Not only did they make the impossible a reality, they were there to help us and answer any question we had every step of the way. It was so great working with both Oxana and Patricia at Ecochile to plan our Patagonia trip. We had such an incredible time, and could truly unplug and enjoy our surroundings without having to worry about all the details.They also helped us navigate all of the Covid-19 requirements and testing needed for our travels. We enjoyed two tours with EcoChile during our recent stay. The tour guides, Francisco and Javiera, provided us with excellent history and cultural context. Javiera went above and beyond to provide recommendations for our stay in Valparaiso. The food recommendations were excellent for both the snow hike and Valpraiso / winery tour. The tour guides contacted us the night before to provide details, including reminding us of the time change to ensure we were up early for our 7am departure.

Incredible travel experience with Ecochile. Spent 3 weeks across Santiago, the Atacama Desert, the lakes district and Torres del Paine. Special thanks to Patricia who was patient and highly responsive, even arranging last minute tours and changing transport for us while we were there. Every guide and driver was kind, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Ecochile made our honeymoon so special, and we are eager to return!

Ecochile Travel was a pleasure to work with. We wanted to do the O trek at Torres del Paine. Christian and Patricia patiently worked with us. They reserved all our sites and food along the trek. They had drivers pick us up at the airports. They took all the stress and worry so we didn't have too. They also planned our trip to Cerro Castillo and Puerto Rio Tranquilo. My guide Alejandro was by far the greatest guide I've had, he took the time to explain the current status of the hydroelectric, the past of how the rivers affect the population and the future of Chile rivers after what will occur, and also was very humble. If I had to do it all over again and knew he was there I would only ask for Alejandro. Awesome experience and will highly recommend.

We booked a two week trip in atacama/chiloe and patagonia with Ecochile and they were very responsive and helpful with all enquiries. Great local tour providers and can contact them via chat on their app at all times. Thank you for a great holiday.

It's a really great organization. Probably more high budget, but it's all worth it. Also the communication during the trip was great, as for instance if flights got cancelled to get a replacement and so forth. Really recommendable!
