I had the valve cover gaskets replaced on my subaru and they dented my oil pan, my passenger side valve cover was also leaking still after the repair so i had to take it to another shop. This is my third time i’ve had a decently big job done here with my car, the first time i was so happy with their service i left a 5 star review but this time is a bit different. I had dropped my car off in the morning at 9AM and they originally quoted me 2.5 hrs and said it could be done by the end of the day. Fast forward to their closing time they got it all together but the vehicle was still leaking. I told them that they could keep it for the night and work on it the next morning to make sure everything was fine and that there wasn’t going to be any leaks. When i got my car home the next day and jacked it up i noticed a huge dent in my oil pan that was not there before. I quickly contacted them and asked what happened, they did not accept or deny that they did it. They then told me if i could source my own oil pan that they would install it for free. They ended up taking care of it and buying a new oil pan for me but they decided to use a amazon oil pan instead of OEM from the dealership, probably to save themselves a few bucks. This is the last time i’m taking any of my vehicles here and i do not recommend this place to anyone that needs work done.

David is a true stand up guy who runs an honest business and won’t upsell you or try and get something that your car doesn’t need. I’ve been coming here for years to get some mechanical work done and David has always helped me out at a reasonable price. I came here this week to get a lot of work done on a used civic that I just bought. I wanted my timing belt done, water pump, coolant flush, transmission flush, etc just to make sure that the civic that I just bought will run smooth for a bit. David called me back saying that I didn’t need my timing belt or water pump done after he inspected it (turns out my civic had a timing chain, nice!) I also asked him to replace my battery terminals as they were kinda bent but was still functional. He also said that my those were fine in the meantime. He could have easily just did the work and charge me as I was the one who said to do the work but he chose to be honest (like he always did in the past) and told me that all I needed done was a transmission flush change, serpentine belt change and coolant flush. I would definitely recommend this shop for any mechanical work. It’s so hard to find honest mechanics nowadays but it’s safe to say that David is one of them.

Recently bought a used Mitsubishi RVR needing a bunch of repairs and replacements (spark plugs, air filter, front tie rod, rear brake pads/rotors). Randomly found this place as I was getting my windshield replaced next door at windshield surgeons (incredible service there too, btw). Had a chat with Kevin, who gave me a quote that was lower - by far - than any other repair shop I had spoken with prior. Had a really good feeling about this place so decided to trust them and wing it. Originally spoke with them Friday afternoon, they ordered all the parts on the spot, got me in for it the following Monday, and performed all the work in under 2hrs (instead of the initially projected 3.5hrs). They helped diagnose my TPMS and engine lights as well, for free, and did an engine shampoo for a very reasonable price. I don't usually leave detailed reviews but I'm very impressed with their professionalism, kindness, and honesty. They were the first repair shop to ever show me all the old parts that they took out of the car (so you can see they definitely needed replacing!) and provided solid warranty guarantees. Will def be back for oil changes and other repair needs in the future. Thank you David & Kevin.

I was referred to this shop by a family friend and had an amazing experience with Kevin and David the owners of the shop. They are professional, honest, and communicate extensively with you as a client to ensure you understand what is happening and what is being done with your vehicle. Their prices are fair and they do their best to ensure that you are getting the best quality service and gets things done in a timely manner. The shop is easy to reach through instagram @economyautoservice and is very responsive as well. They happily educated myself on understanding what needs to be worked on and how to help maintain/protect your vehicle to ensure a longer lifespan. Definitely recommend to anyone who is/has been unhappy with the dealerships or anyone who has had a bad experience in other shops. They will change your mind!

Economy Auto is the best!! David stuck to the verbal quote he gave me. I towed my van there, and it even had a dead battery. David went way above and beyond to get me on the road again. I'm on AISH, and on a fixed income, and can't afford surprises. David got a part that I failed to provide, and showed me all the used parts that were changed! Great experience. My new and only go to! :) So great full My van is running terrific! Quiet, no more worries. After David changed my Harmonic balancer, tensioner, idler pulley, and belt. Even through I brought my own parts, I was treated well. I just can't say enough! If your looking for a fair deal, use this place!!!

So great!!! Had catalytic converter problems. The first mechanic I went to wanted over $2500 to fix my truck. The second wanted $150 just to read my codes even though I told them I have an OBD reader and could list all codes. Brought my truck to Economy Auto and they fixed the problem for $200 (total). I do 99% of my own vehicle repair and maintenance, and generally don’t trust people to work on my cars/trucks/motorcycles. However it’s nice to know there are still mechanics out there who understand vehicles and solve problems themselves. Not just part swappers. They were recommended by a friend and I am incredibly grateful .

David is an honest mechanic .He is polite humble and courteous. I knew about this place because of getting my windshield tinted. I started talking to Ray and he was helpful with everything I need to know. After getting that windshield tint, I started to ask for more service that they provide and Kevin helped me and replies as fast as he can with everything I have asked him. Amazing Auto shop! I bought an old second hand car and the interior was pretty messy! Kevin helped me to clean the car inside out and it looks like a brand new now! The fastest way to get through them is Instagram, Kevin is super responsive! I brought my car here for detailing and tyre swap. Later that evening i was told that two of my winter tyres were defective and they were able to get new ones ordered and installed the next day. Their prices are very reasonable and I might consider them as my go to mechanic in future.

Kevin & David are super helpful and really friendly! i came in to get my front + rear brake pads done.. the bolts ended up being stripping and they worked so hard and put lots of hours into getting my car done and ready for me. They quote they provided was super on point and the job was done well. These guys saved me $900+. Good and honest work done here.

Just went in for an oil change but will be definitely coming back for any service needed in the future. He has now also changed my rear sway bar links and the car runs smoothly now.
