"One of the few Chinese places give you good service"
"We went there for dim sum on Tuesday around 12;30"
"Food was pretty good, service was quick"
"For someone that spent at least once a week in Vancouvers China town for 30 years "
"Love this restaurant especially for lunch as their dim sum are large, flavourful and well priced"
One of the few Chinese places give you good service. They clear out plates almost three times when new dishes comes out. And they also we refill our tea every 10 minutes. The food were superb. Well seasoned not too salty not much MSG. Very good decent portion for their price. Definitely should give this Chinese place a try.
We went there for dim sum on Tuesday around 12;30. The place is quite full with only couple of empty tables. The dim sum were good and huge portions. However, the service is fairly slow. I can only see 3 people working on the front serving. All in all, I still enjoy the visit More
Food was pretty good, service was quick. The restaurant got busier duing our visit, but prior to that it seemed liked the tables were bit crammed together. Person behind me kept bumping into a spare chair at my table that was pushed all the way in. Definitely will try again.
For someone that spent at least once a week in Vancouvers China town for 30 years . it is fantastic that we could find this gem.. About 75 % of the people in there had Duck ,, it's so dam good we have been there 3 of the last 4 Fridays and will be there for many more. More
Love this restaurant especially for lunch as their dim sum are large, flavourful and well priced. Staff is efficient and helpful. Lily, our server, was amazing as she provided many great suggestions and advice. Highly recommend for dinner as well. More
Consistently good food quality, the soy sauce chicken today was a tad dry though, could have been an off night but is a go to place for Chinese food. Purposely ordered extra for leftovers, good for another 2-3 meals at least, great value. More
WORST service ever!! This place will make your blood boil with the overcrowding and abnoxious servers - all condoned and exemplified by the owners and their family members. Cheap dine-in pricing attracts the loud, senior Hong Kong crowd in
This is bad, bad, bad… like really bad. Like so bad. The service was jaw dropping… I don’t think anyone ever really spoke to us. We both bite into our shrimp rolls to find them raw. When we told the waitress, she said ‘oh’ took it away and
Amazing amazing restaurant. I had a family outing here and it was lovely. It was so good, that we had lunch and came back for dinner. We had the Peking duck meal and it was a hit! Seating wasn't a hassle. We had the servers bringing up our
The previous is Edgemont city Asian cuisine. Dim sum is the worst around the city. Dinner is fine but worse than before. The most disappointing is service. Dog faces all the time it looks customers owed their tons of money. Make sure call
Terrible experience, so unorganized that it is basically chaos in here. High prices and mediocre portions. Rude staff when asked any questions about food. Seated at 713pm and ordered within a few minutes even though they only gave 1 menu
This is one of those places in a strip mall like a hundred other tiny restaurants in the city. There is one slight difference. The place is packed all the time. Parking is at a premium in this little mall, and there are people waiting in
It was our first time having lunch here since the restaurant switched hands, and we found the dim sum to be a little below average. There were unfortunately more misses than hits with the flavours, textures, and quality of the food. The
Came here for a birthday dinner. We ordered a variety of food instead of the set menu. The first couple of dishes - beef noodles, shrimp balls, jelly fish chicken was bland. We’re used to having bold flavour from places like TPot so the
I've had dinner here twice within a month and the second experience was as good as the first. Prompt service, a wide ranging menu from ginger beef to authentic dishes, good sized dishes (enough for take home leftovers) made our dining
Low quality food. The chow mein noodles tasted like camp fire smoke. The ribs were lumps of fat in a heavy breading. The chicken was bland and smothered in an oily sauce. There was too much sauce on everything. The sauces either taste
This place is very close to my parents so we enjoy the convenience. We often come for dim sum. It's a bit more expensive than other places but the quality of the food is still good. We enjoy every dish we order and the portions are
Honourable mention to the shrimp ball. Dinner here is really good, the food is prepared well and the price is decent. We frequent a lot of the Chinese restaurants and this is probably top 5 in the way they cook things More
Overall great but not perfect since one of my dish was not fully cooked (Har gow? Steamed prawn dumpling). Other than that, the rest dishes were great and tasty I may come back again for yumcha !!!
This place has a promotion that every small, medium and large dim sum is all smae price. The food quality is ok. It is one of the few restaurants that have dim sum promotion in NW part of the city. More
Great place to take a family or group of friends to this place. Price is very reasonable and the portions are huge compare to other nearby restaurants. Quality of food is 8 out of ten.
Good food. The Hot & Sour soup had a wonderful smokey flavor to it which was unlike any other soup of the kind I have had in the past. Rest of the dishes were delicious as well.
the food is alright! but the food took sooo long to come out… still waiting for one of our dish after an hour of ordering. if you have patience i recommended this place. More
Last time the food was perfect. But this time the vegetables had way too much oil as if their trying to hide the bitterness of the plant almost going bad. More
Good place for family eat-out. The Peking Duck was excellent. The duck was freshly prepared and quickly served as well as the wraps. It was very juicy. More
Special dimsum price was so attractive with good food quality and taste. Service is reasonable. Restaurant is a kind of dated and crowded. More
