I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Their meaning of "Customer Service" is a complete mess!! I walked in looking for to purchase a bed and vanity set (Thursday afternoon) for my new room at their new location in the 2949 mission street area, when I was greeted inside with a young woman name Nancy. She was kind enough to show me her options and recommendations to buy the perfect bed and vanity. She gave me decent price ranges but again I wanted something affordable and reasonable. As a consumer and costumer I tried to negotiate a price and thought I had my mind made up on a price we both agreed for the bed. I let her know that it was a deal but suddenly she started to raise up the price to something completely different. I kid you not she gave me 3 diffrent prices each time! At this point I was not satisfied and started to get upset. My mother, who had came along was excited to buy me my very own vanity and so she went ahead and bought me one (had to place an order for that). I was too upset that I didn't even took a good look at it and agreed it was fine. She told my mom that it will arrive in Monday by 2pm. Monday comes along, I called around 2:30pm and let them know about the delivery, she tells me that because we told her that we wanted a bed as well she was waiting for us to tell her that we didnt want to purchase the bed after all.(clearly thats why we didnt walk out buying one). After that small miscommunication my mother personally went to the store on Wednesday and told her that the vanity was the only thing we wanted. (but wait there's more..) I called Nancy for a confirmation date of when and time of delivery of my vanity she let me know that by Thursday around 4pm-6pm will be the time of delivery. I waitied patiently and finally it was 5pm and NO DELIVERY OR CALL. I called for the 100th time and I asked her where was my delivery at this point because I felt like I was going back and forth with her. She acted surprised as she got the news and called the delivery people to see where were they and, would give me a call back... 30 MINUTES LATER I don't get a call from her but the delivery people! (talk about being professional) Well since I couldn't tell her myself over the phone I let them know that if I don't get my damn vanity I WANT a FULL REFUND because its been too long and inconsistent on her side. They basically had me know that they were in a delay and will arrive Friday afternoon... I dont appreciate people giving me bad buisness and not be honest with their consumers. Its disrespectful and playing with people's time and money.

The furniture itself was great quality, however.. I ordered on Sept 28.. didn’t receive until mid October- that’s when I discovered it had to be assembled. I’ve never bought furniture I had to assemble before but anyways, that probably makes up for the affordable prices. Everything except My whole kitchen set wasn’t delivered or my rug. Just finally received my kitchen set Nov 5th with a completely different rug that had been wet and starting to turn brown on 1 end- WOW and to top it all off, my table set was missing screws. Only enough to put together 3 chairs. Of course it was a Saturday that we decided to assemble so it sat against the wall. Made a call Monday and was told my new parts will be delivered plus a different rug this coming Friday . The lady I spoke with was very professional and quick to get me assistance and even sent me some pics of new rugs. This is the longest most complicated and inconvenience (my kids still don’t have a dinner table to eat on for over a month now) I’ve ever went through for furniture. I love my furniture though and the quality is awesome. I just won’t order so many items at once next time because that’s where the problems came in at .

What can I say about Sergio. He treats you like family. My brother and best friend recommended him to me and told my fiancé and I that we had to go at least check him out before we bought any new couches or living room set for our new place. We went to ikea saw some things but still decided to go with Sergio. Upon arrival, he treaded us like family. He made us feel like we were at home. Offered water and greeted us with a smile. My fiancé really loved the couch color that he had there for the style that we wanted. However that color could be no where to be found in the color options for that style. Sergio was amazing enough to make happened to get us the style couch we wanted in the color we wanted! Made my fiancé and I very happy. We also bought a gorgeous living room set. He has a great eye for design and they all went together very well and looks extremely modern. His delivery team was very professional and were very quick on the install. If you are looking for any home furniture, this is the space. Don’t spend time anywhere else. Sergio and his wife are the people to see.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Here's my story: I purchased a sofa from El Corazon that Sergio helped me design back in 2014. Three years later I move and the L-shaped sofa no longer worked in our new living room. Sad to think that I would have to give up my couch, I call Sergio and Ana to see what we could do. They took it up themselves to call the manufacturer to try to get an upholstery match but since it was 3 years last season they no longer had the same fabric in stock. So what did they do? They made magic by creating two cushions out of one large piece. The sofa looks brand new and it now fits perfectly in our living room! And talk about taking care of their customers, they didn't even charge me a dime. That is unheard of these days....These guys are real people looking out for their clients like friends. Thank you Ana and Sergio, you guys are amazing!

I am so excited that I walked into this business establishment and chose to conduct business with this company. Andy is great! I have very little means, and I honestly thought that I’d be walking out of there empty handed, but no way! Andy was able to find me the perfect solution to my bedroom set needs, and he was so willing to work with my situation by any means necessary. I even was shocked about how quickly he was able to get the order delivered to my residence. I basically shopped, found, paid for, and had a delivery date offered to me within a week and a half time period! I was expecting to wait much longer than that for such a beautiful set of furniture. The staff made me feel very welcomed, and they all treated my service animal as though she were human also. I highly recommend shopping here for all your furniture needs. Thanks Andy!

I've purchased over 2500 dollars in furniture bedroom set ,bureau,glass cabinet TV stand,sofas ,two night stands ,bookcase,end tables,small side tables,mattresses and box spring .I've tried for 5 years to get vertical supports missing from bedframe slats they even said this bed doesn't come with vertical supports but there delivery men came out saw them still no follow up response even though I said I'd pay which I shouldn't have too!! Sent pics of my two sofas I bought with dimensions 2 weeks ago made follow up call no response guess they don't want my business???On to another furniture store !!Good Luck with your purchases here people!!!Really bought all this furniture in one visit I would expect more follow up on my concerns!Really 5 years??

I went to look at the furniture and I found beautiful leather couches with built in recliners on each end, they are so comfortable. We also got a coffee table and 2 end tables at a fantastic price. We ended up getting our whole bedroom set as well, we got a nice bed frame with mattress that are so comfortable, we got 2 dressers and 2 night stands as well. I couldn't believe the great prices they have, they even matched price's that I seen at another furniture store. This is now my one stop shop for all our furniture needs. Thank you so much Sergio and the very helpful staff at El Corazon gallery for making it so easy to get what we wanted at a great price!!!❤❤❤

We were greeted by Sergio once we walked in we felt we were welcomed into a warm atmosphere a family business. Sergio has furniture on display and also catalogs to look at other styles you may like. We found one that was not up on display yet but Sergio pulled it right out of the box for us to try. We tried it out, liked it and bought it. Now in regards to price I must say he definitely hooked it up. The day before we were at Ashley's Furniture store and let's just say you are paying a bit more for a 3 piece sofa set like we got. You won't be disappointed checking El Corazon out ask for Sergio he will make a good deal with you. They offer delivery as well!

Such good service! They hooked me up with a whole living room set with a recommended color from the wife Tyrese with her great sense of style! Sergio is hilarious! He's reminds of cantinflas it took me back to when I was a little kid! He told me such fascinating stories and showed us his interesting collection of soccer jerseys. This is the best furniture store I've ever been to and I am a life long customer to them now. Cheers, beers, and furniture!

Sergio came thru for my family and I. We needed 2 beds & at least a dining table to start out our new house. We had a limit….with that limit we got the 2 beds with the bed frame and a dining table for 6 . We had about $250 left & He gave us a single chair that was on sale for about $399 for $250. His Kindness and willing to be patient with my husband and I was everything for us. We appreciate you & will definitely be back to get our couches

I had a couch delivered over a week ago & assembled right on the spot… I called the next day due to the couch is deffective… I spoked to Andy the owner & promised me he’ll send me a new one… Nothing delivered since.. I’ve been calling them the pass 4 days, spoked to the staff saying Andy will return my call… I never heared from him since, everytime I call he just ignoring me… Don’t waste your hard earn money from this place…

I went there with a voucher from a program and I was not expecting such a warm and friendly welcome.. I felt like I went there with a million buck. There customer service bis beyond amazing and I am more than grateful for this place. I am still waiting for my furniture to be delivered so once it is I will definitely be following up with my review!

I will never again purchase any items at this location had a horrible experience my furniture did not arrive on time they are irresponsible & very poor customer service .. When I called the store to check on my items the receptionist got a attitude & hung up the phone in my face I will NEVER return to this store ever again the worst experience

This place is by far the best furniture store in the Bay Area, they helped me with an entire bedroom set with a really comfortable mattress for an unbelievable deal. You can without a doubt put your trust in Sergio and Teresa to take care of you, that's why I plan on doing business with them for a long, long time.

This place is a complete mess they don't c0me on time and if u have a voucher they bring the prices up they make up their own prices don't assemble your furniture for u customer service is bad and if your black they have a attitude until u show them the money I feel like boycotting this dam store for rude ness

Great stuff here. Customer service is on point. The owner Sergio is awesome and he definitely goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. This place is definitely worth your business. This store is amazing!! They litrally have over 15 catalogs plus of different furniture from all prices!! The owners are amazing very friendly and professional. They have been in the furniture business for years and know their stuff! Check them out I highly recommend them!

The delivery service was awful. They kept changing the dilivery date. The first time because a piece of the furniture was broken, then they just kept putting excuses. I've never gone through so much trouble for furniture. I wouldn't recommend this place.
