06/27/2021 - 01/15/2022 Final Update and Overall thoughts; Customer Service: Three Stars User Friendly Websites: Five Stars Order Tracking: ZERO Stars The Couch itself? : Four Stars The Ainsley Sectional in Ecru Monochromatic Plush, We got the basic down so it’s firm but not so firm it’s like a waiting room couch. I’m sure after a few months the couch will soften up. The delivery service used was fast and efficient. If you don’t mind waiting between six months to a year for your couch and you like their styles I recommend ordering from them. My Biggest and overall complaint is the lack of communication and an accurate tracking system. Any time I wanted an update I would have to message/call/email customer service to get an idea of where our couch was. I understand with COVID there will be issues, totally okay, what’s not okay is the company not having any idea where or how long a product will be in a certain stage of production. And if the Lead time is as long as I have to weight, they should update the site. Update 12/08: Was just informed we will not be getting our couch until 02/22 EIGHT months after we ordered it. It also took until December for the tracking to accurately represent where our couch was. Another interesting fact I noticed my review does not show up for my other gmail accounts. Ordered my 2900 dollar couch in June 2021, it is now 09/22/2021 and their online tracking system is not accurate nor does it update at all. I call, email every week and no one can give me an actual time frame of when we will see our couch just the same copy and paste. Last I checked I was told December. DECEMBER, from other comments I may loose 2900 get a poor quality couch and not get it until the following year. We don’t have a couch in our living room. I should’ve just ordered from West Elm or Pottery Barn again. I have been without a couch since June 2021 Don’t waste your time or money. Oh and if I want to cancel, we have to pay 1500 dollars half the couch, for taxes and the delivery fee. So you have been warned. Update 9/28: from the original estimate of it being delivered at the end of October beginning of November , I was informed through email it is looking more at the end of December or January. Update 11/09: As of this moment I have received a 15% percent refund due to the delays. It is now confirmed I will not get our couch until sometime January 2022. So from 06/27/2020 to 01/2022 (what specific date to be determined) for our order. Not only that, their online tracking system STILL has not updated from the below picture. I am exhausted, it is incredibly hard to be without a couch with a baby to NOW a toddler, now we will go through the holidays without communal seating. I will let you know if I get our couch next year.

UPDATE 2nd October 2023: I have today learned that the company responsible for handling the assets of the previous owners of ID has deemed that no further claims will be paid. “The Assignee has liquidated all of the Company’s remaining assets and has reviewed all claims filed in the ABC. Unfortunately, the secured claims in this matter significantly exceed the liquidation proceeds. Therefore, there is not expected to be any distribution to unsecured creditors in this matter. THE CASE IS NOW CLOSED.” I am now stuck with a lounge chair (and have been for approximately 18 months), with a tear in it, and replacement covers that are incorrect and do not match. So I am pretty upset and super frustrated that no one seems to care. I have no recourse except to spend THOUSANDS on re-covering the entire chair (which I cannot afford do), because someone sent me the wrong covers. I’m guessing the fabric was discontinued after all and I was sent the closest thing. I paid in full, and wait for almost a year for these. Apparently I can’t even send the incorrect ones back for a refund. —————— I wish this was a new thing, but this has been happening now for YEARS. I went through waiting for a sofa and replacement parts in 2019 and 2020 and it was a nightmare. This year, despite my reluctance, I needed to purchase some replacement covers for another piece (an order made a few yrs ago that went really well!), and made the purchase in APRIL 2022. I have had no communication pertaining to my order for months and I cannot get through to customer service. Even chat times out. I am reluctant to email as during 2019/2020 it took them 2-3 weeks to reply, unless I spammed them and had an email chain already active. I was promised a short(ish) turnaround on these replacement covers and was told I made the right decision as the fabric was to be discontinued. Well. If I have missed out due to this ongoing total mismanagement, I would like my money back. I am so done. NEVER again. I guess I just have to cope with torn covers.

I ordered my sectional last year and was patiently waiting for 5+ months. Michelle emailed on 1/27/22 and notified me it arrived in LA and to schedule delivery with metropolitan. I was excited and scheduled it for February, 5, 2022. Got rid of my old couch, and waited and waited.. no call no email they just didn't show up. I called the company and they told me they canceled the delivery because they are missing one part of the sofa! And it will be scheduled the coming week. I was disappointed for wasting my Saturday waiting for them but called on Monday to follow up. They mentioned interior define didn't provide them the corner part! And they are storing the package in their warehouse. It's so frustrating and i red horrible reviews about this delivery company and I'm worried the conditions of their warehouse is terrible. Weeks passed I reached out to them multiple times no resolution. I reached out to Michelle Tran via email , before she responds quickly now she will not respond to any of several emails I sent? Is she a robot? I called interior define customer service, no resolution. She just told me to wait! I canceled my travel 2 times because they keep promising it will be delivered soon. Now they are just wasting my time. I spent thousands on this furniture the list you can do is use decent delivery company. This is. Outrageous and extremely rude!! My house is empty it's so embarrassing I don't have anywhere to sit for weeks now!! Fix this!!!

This deserves negative stars. Buyer beware, this company is a scam. They will sell you a furniture without the intention of every delivering it or giving a refund. My story - I ordered a couch in July ($4k) and expected for it to be delivered by early November. Things started to get weird when I followed up on my order, they said there were delivery delays, which kept pushing back my order by a month at a time. I then started asking about refund options, and was told a refund could maybe be possible in 3 months (red alert - cash flow issues!). After 7 months, I was notified that my couch wouldn't be completed AND a refund couldn't be processed. Meanwhile, Interior Define had the capital to roll out a new website. To add insult to injury, their Hayes Valley store still sells the Sloane couch I purchased (the same one I sat on, ordered, and paid for in July), but they have confirmed with the sale to Havenly that they do not owe me a couch, nor do they owe me a refund. My $4k is completely lost. And to make matters worse, I'm 8.5 months pregnant. I ordered the couch before I got pregnant and will be nursing on a hardwood floor! If I had time to stand outside their door and warn innocent consumers like myself, I would. Do not purchase from them. Do your research, they have stolen thousands of dollars from tens of thousands innocent consumers.

Update: I ordered a second item from this company and the experience couldn’t be more different! I have received a couple updates from the company about my order now peppered with emails from the CEO apologizing for the delays and lack of transparency. They are now projecting that I will receive my furniture almost one year after I ordered it! I would be very hesitant before purchasing anything from this company again. I ordered the Maxwell chair in performance velvet and have been so happy with the chair and the online Interior Define experience. I got so many updates about where my chair was in the production/shipping process (thanks Michelle Tran!) and it was very smooth. We have had the chair for several months now and the chair itself is comfy and the performance velvet is awesome- we have had several stains that wipe away without a trace and I just vacuum it if it gets too dusty/hairy. I am now looking to buy an ottoman from Interior Define and just got my shipment of swatches!

This company promotes "free returns for 60 days". This is NOT accurate and false advertising. I ordered a sofa totaling $5,899, after waiting 5 weeks past the delivery window, the third party moving company refused to take it in the back of the building - so I wasn't able to accept it. I called ID not worried, because they reiterated the free return if it doesn't work. After crunching all the fees they only offered me $2,000 back. They planned to keep ~$4,000 for a sofa that was not in my possession. They told me they have no place to keep returned furniture/there was no brick and mortar location. Not only is that not my problem (they promote that they can take it back for free), there IS a showroom in Chicago. The customer service was great when making the sale (30+ minutes on the phone custom ordering) and terrible when they needed to follow through on their promotional jargon. Awful customer service, awful experience.

We had a wonderful experience shopping in Interior Define SF showroom. The gentleman who helped us was great and the process was easy. Easy that is until we were handed off to Michele and then to the delivery company. Michele has had inconsistent contact with us, does not answer email or return phone calls. The delivery company doesn't know what dates they have available, I received two different dates from the delivery company and Interior Define themselves. Just all around poor communication. Interior Define has excellent direct customer service, when you speak to them they tell you everything will be taken care of but somehow the communication is lost between the main call line and the actual rep. I will never purchase furniture from Interior Define again even though I love their products and I will encourage anyone I know who is considering purchasing from them to avoid this company. It is just not worth the hassle.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are about to go BANKRUPT. Look at their glassdoor, trustpilot, bbb, and instagram comments. There are so many unhappy customers absolutely do not buy from here. I bought my sectional in April and still have no word or not if I will receive it. They stopped paying suppliers and manufacturers but are still taking sofa orders. I am not sure my sofa even exists. You have to pay for it upfront instead of upon delivery like West Elm and C&B. Better off going there because customer service doesn't answer the phone anymore and it is impossible to get ahold of someone unless you chat and say you want to buy a sofa first. Do your research and stay far away. They haven't given any updates just took my money. I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back after they promised me a refund a month ago. They are seriously about to go bankrupt have no faith in this company.

Went to this location for the showroom as I was looking for a sofa. Alex was so kind in showing my partner and I the various sofas with the different customization options. Ended up ordering my sofa and two pillows on July 21, 2021 and receiving it October 23, 2021. Can't blame anyone here for the shipping pipeline problems caused by covid. Sofa came as expected. Had that new sofa smell and an interesting new sofa feel. Very pleased with it so far. I got the pillow configuration where it's more firm and it feels great. Definitely would recommend the pillows even though it can be a bit pricey. I'll update this review if anything changes down the line. Hoping this sofa can last. My only real problem was with the sofa delivery. Delivery people didn't wear shoe covers coming in, but that could be more on the third party delivery service that Interior Define uses.

Online shopping for sofas is hard - we were excited to visit the San Francisco showroom and try different types and styles in person. Once we got there, we were pretty overwhelmed by all the choices, but Hanniel was quick to help guide us through different finishes, layouts, etc. I must have sketched out a dozen different living room layouts, and she was great following up over email with ideas and tips to help us finalize our choice. Production and shipping is tricky these days, but their after sale service was super helpful. Michelle T provided regular order updates and was very proactive keeping us in the loop as things progressed. We also loved the leather armchairs too, and added some to our order after seeing them at the showroom. Months later, everything arrived and we're quite happy with how it all turned out!

We ordered a sofa, chair, and an ottoman in May 2022. We received an email specific to our order in June 2022, and since then have received ZERO order-specific information. Our emails were unanswered. After many attempts, in November 2022 I managed to get an actual person to respond in the online chat tool on their website, who told me their new estimate for delivery of our order is March 2023. They offered a measly 10% discount or full refund. I will be taking the refund. Our order was apparently built this summer (although the online status still says is hasn't been built yet), but for some reason won't be delivered until 9 months later, March 2023. This is all very fishy. Assuming I successfully get the refund, I will never interact with this company again.

We ordered a couch from Interior Define at the end of August after visiting their showroom in SF. They estimated it would take 18 - 22 weeks. After not receiving an update for them about my order for some time, I received a bulk email from the CEO noting that "our delays and lack of visibility into your order status do not meet our usual standards, and you have every right to be frustrated with us". A week later, I got an email saying that the couch would likely be delivered in mid-March, essentially two months past the original estimate. I understand that there are supply chain issues right now, but I feel like the company should do more to try and make the situation right rather than simply apologizing. We'll see if it actually arrives in mid-March ...

Terrible customer service. The associate I worked with at the store was wonderful, but the company has been a complete headache to work with. Zero communication on their part. I ordered 2 couches in May and have yet to receive either, it’s now 7 months later, in December. Website still says expected delivery is in October, I was told initially they’d be delivered in September. Called customer service and learned both couches were off the water and with their third party delivery service and told I should expect a call to schedule delivery the first week of November. Still have yet to hear from the delivery service. Followed up with customer service the second week of November and they just got back to me this week. What a headache. Don’t waste your time.

  • Anuj Kaul

If i could take stars from the review away I would. It had been 4 months with no update on my order, i had to ask them for a status update, to which they replied its built and ready to ship and waiting on logistics on October 21st 2022( order was placed May 30th 2022). It was total radio silence from them until a week back where is stated getting delivery date update to Apr 2023. So to get their sofa shipped from some factory in a developing nation to US is 6 months. Apparently, they put the sofa on a small inflatable and let mother nature do the rest, depending on headwinds and ocean currents the sofa will reach US in April close to 1 year after ordering! Please save yourself some time and headache and buy someplace responsible!

  • Stacy Neale

I spent THREE THOUSAND dollars on a couch from Interior Define. I saved up to be able to afford a really nice piece of furniture. I bought the couch in June of 2022 and by December 2022 (7 months after ordering and purchasing) was told the couch was made and was just waiting to be shipped, and I should receive it April 2023 (10 months after ordering and paying). Not too long after that, I received word that they went bankrupt, and when I checked my order online, it had been cancelled. No refund. Nothing. Phone and online system just send you through a turnstile of options that never lead to speaking with a human being. I saved up, a lot, to afford that couch and got absolutely nothing in return. Truly awful.

  • Marina Deceres

Save yourself the pain and expend your money somewhere else. I order a sofa, first the shipping time was way to long but I was ok with it since I wasn't in a rush. Then after 6 months (when the delivery time was up) I contacted the company since I haven't received any update of my order status. Didn't heard back until 15 days later of constantly asking them. After all that all I received was an automatic messaging saying that they are facing delays and I now have to wait another 6 months!!! Of course that I asked for a refund. I't has been a month and still nothing. Again, save yourself the pain and the trouble.

  • Rachel Ibrahim

If I could give 0 stars I would. Similar to many reviews I have seen, we as well purchased a couch from Interior Define fall of 2022. Our order was continually pushed back and then ultimately canceled after paying in full (almost $4k) with no refund. I understand the company went under and is under new management. New management did absolutely nothing to help all the customers that were screwed over and they were able to start over with a clean slate owing nothing. Terrible way to start a new business and I won’t be surprised when it happens again, so I highly recommend never supporting this business.

  • Hannah Murphy

I’m so incredibly frustrated by my experience with Interior Define. I chose Interior Define for their speedy delivery of rugs. Well, the rug did not arrive in time, in fact it took twice as long as they promised and I had already moved from the location I shipped to. After working with Fed Ex to hold at another location (Fed Ex was then delayed which is not ID’s fault). Once I finally picked up the rug, it was not what I wanted. I went to return and they are charging me 15% to return and not refunding the shipping fee. I called and emailed throughout the process so many times and no one answers.

  • Kaushal Patel

I made an appointment for a phone consult weeks ago! They sent an email confirming it and a reminder a couple of days ago. I responded and asked if they were going to call me or whether I should call them. No response! I waited today for an hour ( after rescheduling my day to accommodate. Called customer service twice - they had no luck with the SF office either. I told her to let them know not to bother. If this is their idea of customer service, I cannot imagine what would happen once I ordered a piece of furniture I understand things happen but not to even call is unacceptable.

  • Micah Ventura

Horrible experience. We were (presumably) lied to. We bought a sectional ($3,450) in May 2022 and was told throughout the summer there was delays due to COVID (understandable). In October 2022 they again said our couch was delayed due to oversee complications and to expect our couch to arrive end of March 2023. With no response back asking for compensation for the almost year delay I received an email in February saying they were going bankrupt and to file a claim. Not only did we not receive the $3,450 or sectional but they did not return our calls or emails. Do NOT trust them.

  • Jack Davis

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 2 products for over $7k in late August- half our order (which matched/coordinated) arrived. Feb 8 I was informed BOTH items would be delivered apx 2.5 weeks apart. We have waited patiently for months and the excuses piled up - wait until Feb 1, then extended again to March 15…now being told the 2nd item will not be delivered at all, and offered merchandise credit. I can order the ‘missing’ item on the website today and wait another estimated 30-34 weeks for delivery-at a higher price and additional delivery fee. Disaster. Stay away.

  • Megan Jones

Waited for over a year for a couch, bench, and 2 armchairs. The armchairs never arrived and I’m now being told we’re never even produced. I have to fight with a subsidiary to even get my money back for a product I never received. This is $3,000+ in loss and nobody will help. This is a sham business. Dealing with the “new” Interior Define is no different. They dragged me along the last 6 months saying a refund would be offered after March 15th if the order was still not received. Now they changed the story and won’t refund AT ALL for a product that never arrived.

  • Richard Priest

This company is actual trash. I ordered a couch, the delivery date came and went and no communication. I tried calling, emailing, live chat and could not reach anyone. I finally did and they offered me a refund but COULD NOT TELL ME WHEN AND IF THE REFUND WOULD TAKE PLACE. A month later I just ended up calling Citibank and filing a despute because they are so INCREDIBLY USELESS that the refund may never have happened. Take my advice, make claims with your credit card provider right now! It’s the only way you’ll get your money back

  • Sima Sanghvi

My husband and I had gone to over a dozen furniture stores and were struggling to find a sectional that could fit our unique requirements and room measurements. The manager, Brandon, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the different sectional options down to the granular detail...and patiently answered all of our questions throughout our visit. An hour and a half later (after 2 months of searching) we finally landed on our perfect sectional - thanks to Brandon's above-and-beyond assistance. Can't wait to receive it!

  • Jennifer Marrs

I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered April 30,2022 still have not received item. I've attempted multiple times to contact customer service and they respond with empty promises that it will be delivered "next month". Company is now going through bankruptcy and from what I can tell they are not sure if items purchased before December 2022 will actually be delivered and IF they will issued refunds. I have contacted the BBB. They closed the case due to "no response from the company". Do not purchase from this company.

  • Maha Neouchy

It takes 10-14 days to hear back from anyone at the company. No representatives have been reachable by phone or by chat, and them returning any sort of call or inquiry requires an extremely long wait time as well. Even when I had questions about my order and was told I needed to make edits or changes within 3 days of placing the order, it didn't even matter because no one was available to take my questions or updates. Pretty severely underwhelmed with this level of customer service for such a large purchase.

  • Aswan Morgan

Having done some digging here, I would advise anyone that has an outstanding order with Interior Define to do a credit card chargeback asap. Bottom line: You're not getting your couch and i wouldn't be surprised if this company files for bankruptcy. Interior Define has a failed business model and they're out of cash, so they can't pay logistics partners to complete delivery (stuff is just sitting at the ports). I would NOT hand over thousands of dollars to an insolvent company. Take your business elsewhere.

  • Kerry Hennessy

TLDR: Extremely poor quality for the price, & poor customer service. I purchased a Ms. Chesterfield and spent over $4,000 on it. After just over a year the fabric has already ripped. When I reached out to interior define they told me they have zero warranty on their fabric and they had no intention on doing anything on this low quality defect. I would never have spent that much money and waited 4 month for a sofa that was such low quality and would only last a year. Extremely poor quality for the price.

  • Christina peter

BEWARE!! We ordered our couches 11 months ago. They kept making excuses. We basically had to haggle them for info. And nothing but apologies, no delivery date just that the couch shipped internationally and was stuck in the shipping containers they said for months. Finally we got an email from another company think they must be buying them out. They gave us a delivery date thank heavens. But stay clear!! I just hope they are everything we wanted after waiting this long.

  • Andrew Gordon

Wish I could give zero stars. After ordering two couches more than a year ago, there is still no resolution. I’ll happily come back and edit this if that changes. What you’ll most likely see below is a cookie-cutter response from the company (thanks for your input, there were changes, etc.) At the end of the day, if you’re a consumer, and you purchase goods, you should either receive the goods you paid for, or get your money back. Avoid Interior Define at all costs.

  • kimberly P

Brandon and his team at Interior Define San Francisco are amazing! Brandon is so knowledgeable about design and of course, Interior Define products! He goes above and beyond to make sure that your design decisions are suitable and diligently well thought out. He loves what he does and it definitely comes across through his passion for perfection and his attention to detail! He gives 110% in assisting his clients! Andrea is a gem too!

  • Gomez Gomez

After reading conflicting reviews online and not being sure if this place was legit We drove from West Sacramento to the sf showroom to check it out in person. Let me tell you, we were blown away and pleasantly surprised by the store and the staff. We were attended to promptly and they kindly answered any questions or concerns that we had which made me feel super reassured. Brandon and Andrea were amazing and so helpful! Thank you!

  • Alexander Martin

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY !!! We ordered a couch August 2022 (paid in full not on credit) and still no delivery - we keep being brushed off and told to wait for an update due to an ownership change. Not our problem. My wife is 7 MONTHS PREGNANT with our first child and we they have simply taken our money and we are clueless with no couch. HELP / AVOID! P.S. they’ve had the time and resources to make a nice new website though!!!

  • Debbie Kopilow

I received my sofa from Interior Define after a long wait. The sofa that arrived looks NOTHING like the photo of what was chosen. The cushions are overstuffed and uneven. The back pillows don't stay up and the sofa is very uncomfortable. I am offered a full refund minus a 50% restocking fee . . . unacceptable! You should stand behind your product! The final product does not live up to the hype on social media . . . BIG MISTAKE!

  • True Wallace

Worst company EVER. Ordered a Maxwell sofa 7/4/22 with a 18-22 week estimate for delivery. No word after August. Now being told I won’t have my sofa until MAY 2023!!! When asked about cancellation and refund was referred to cancellation policy that basically says anything cancelled after 30 days only gets 50% refund….whether it’s the company’s fault or not. This company is GARBAGE! Filing a complaint with BBB.

  • C Towns

Bought a sofa in February that was delivered in September and one of the legs broke by November. It took my driving down to San Francisco to even get ANYONE to respond to me only to find out that not only will not cover my 10 year warrenty because the company basically went under, the legs aren't covered even if they DID still recognize the warranty. I love the sofas, but this company is a scam. DON'T DO IT.

  • Sally Arambel

Great folks at ID San Francisco, Brandon & Amy were outstanding, as were the two delivery guys. Only complaint is the velvet doesn’t really hold up as well as claimed with cats claws, and mine love sleeping all over my couches, leaving lovely clumps of hair. So I love my couches, but have resigned myself to daily de-hairing & yelling at them as they start to sharpen. But boy, absolutely gorgeous furniture!!

  • Accounting Admin

Absurdly long lead time. Ordered a chair in July. Was told it would be delivered in December, which is too long, but decided to do it anyway. December came and went. No chair. Checked online and it now says to expect the chair in early March. Never received any notification about the delay. Tried to contact them about it and received no answer. I am a very unhappy customer.

  • Wintha Kelati

The first time I ordered from Interior Define, everything took long but overall went smoothly. However, with my second order I receive little to no communication and have not received messages back from support or Michelle my account executive. It has been 6 months and no word on an updated delivery date that was initially 18 weeks!

  • Emily Kurland

Love this store and their furniture. Not only is it gorgeous but the pet friendly upholstery lives up to its promise (I have one of their sofas + am getting a couple more pieces). On top of that, the design specialist are very knowledgeable and friendly without pressuring you into anything. I highly recommend Interior Define!!

  • Anne Weisenstein

Wonderful store! Hanniel was such an amazing help during our visit! She had fantastic insight on the fabric options and helped us select the right fit for our room. We're eager to receive our sectional and we know we'll love the design and specifications since we were able to see it all in store. Thanks Interior Define! :)

  • Morwenna Rowe

I ordered a sofa in June 2022 and after a long gap in communication and missing the original delivery estimate, I received your update that delivery is not expected until April 2023. I replied requesting a full refund and have not heard back for nearly two weeks. Please make this right and issue my refund immediately.

  • Alex Espiritu

SCAM ALERT!! We wanted to support a local business but realized that this place is not a legitimate business. We lost our deposit due to new ownership. We never received a letter about the transactions and we asked the new owners and they said to file a claim though our credit card instead. Bunch of thieves!!!

  • Kathryn Gissiner

Ashley K at the San Francisco Interior Define studio was a pleasure to work with as she was helpful and collaborative, without being pushy or too "salesy". She helped us pick out the right shape and size chair to fit with our other furniture and stay true to our own personal style. We'll definitely be back!

  • Allison Zimmerman

I ordered a couch in early 2022; it was supposed to arrive over the summer. It's November and still isn't here. A recent article about Interior Define indicates they haven't delivered items in months due to a cash crunch preventing payment of logistics partners. Definitely don't order through them.

  • Monica Schmid

Brandon gave excellent advice when I was in the store. He understood what I was looking for and steered me in the right direction. He was replying to me emails promptly. I also appreciate the reminder to check measurements and make changes within 72 hours. All in all a great experience! Thank you.

  • Aaron Clark

Interior Define's quick ship is a joke. We ordered a 'ready to ship' couch and chair because they're supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, we're now weeks past with nothing to sit on. You'd be better off buying second hand and ordering what you like from another store, if you need furniture quickly.

  • karen freer

Andrea was super helpful and patient as we negotiated our way between my husbands choice ( brown leather ) and mine ( chartreuse velvet ). Great solution reached with TWO sets of removable cushion covers. Very excited that the fabric covers chosen were removable and machine washable.

Ordered 4.2022, haven't received anything, cancelled the order, promised a full refund. Company goes out of business and is picked up by someone else. Couch has been sitting on the port for almost a year, probably full of smells and mildew. Still no refund. Reported to the BBB.

Don't believe the lead times and shipping delays. I'm approaching 18 weeks since my order and it hasn't even finished completion yet. Customer service is unapologetic and not responsive. My best guess is that they are having major factory issues, not shipping delays.

I had a great experience at Interior Define. I bought a Caitlyn sofa from them from the showroom floor and they were kind, helpful, and always kept me updated about the status of my order. Their furniture is high quality and I would definitely buy from them again.

Brandon and Andrea are amazing. They put in a lot of time and effort into understanding the requirements and the space. Their suggestions and experience helped us visualize our space and come to a conclusion. Hoping for a fast and smooth delivery of our furniture

Do not order from here, they do not fulfill their orders. They will just take your money and keep pushing out the date it’ll be delivered by. They have so many angry customers that they’ve blocked commenting on Instagram and made their stores by appointment only.

  • Kate Fulop

Great shopping experience. Interior define offers old school great customer service which is so hard to come by nowadays! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about every detail and patient and dedicated to finding just the right furniture for you.

Brandon was super patient with us as we went through our fabric selection process and helped guide us based on the photos we provided . They have a great system in place. This will be our second sofa (two different rooms) from Interior Define

Definitely worth the wait during the lengthy production due to the pandemic! Our Asher piece is making a lovely statement in our living room with its luscious color. Can’t wait to fully furnish this room to love it even more. ❤️

Bought a customized sofa (they all are) on 8/30/19. It's 12/3/19. Still waiting. Told there was a mix up and the sofa was still in production. For spending close to 5K, I'm disappointed that they haven't ironed out the details.
