Terrible service, even worse food. This place is absolutely disgusting. Bugs all over the place. Definitely not up to health code. But what should you expect when it's location is in a parking lot of a cheap used tire and oil mechanic shop lol. I am not a complator as I have never left a bad review about anything, so congratulations you will be my first. And in me doing so, I'm hoping to save someone's life before they die from food poisoning or Salmonella or whatever else is lingering at el quiche food truck at cave creek & 8th street. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They were not busy, maybe training someone. Spent over an hour waiting for food.. our order never left the register to the cook. Once the problem was realized to staff.Orders were still coming out to customers who came after the problem was identified. So if you are in a hurry I would not recommend. The food was great so if they read this, Its an easy fix and I'd bump it up another star. Nobody gets 5 stars, NOBODY. Always room to improve.

Great price good food and fast service. Awesome place for cheap fast street tacos and pupusas. They just need some better salsa or hot sauce but for the price I'm not complaining. It's outdoors and they mostly only speak Spanish so if that bothers you you should stick with your Chipotle or cafe rio or whatever lame places you go

They put hardly any meat in the pupusa! I made an order one time and wanted the pupusas in different boxes and they wanted to charge me for it. Some workers are very friendly others are not.

Antes me gustaba ya noo la que atiende ahora en la mañana es la hija de la dueña y cocina pésimo ahí se la pasa sentada con el novio talvez cocinarla mejor si no estuviera el porque mi orden de.tacos era de carne asada y no parecía asada parecía cocida en agua y las pupusas la masa estaba cruda

the sitting is open and outside.. the tables are under a tent next to northbound cave creek traffic.. the staff is friendly and polite with quick service.. the chicken taco is good with diced chicken pieces on corn tortillas.. the taco has nice flavor with a generous portion size..

Tacos were very good. Pupusas were just a little disappointing. Very high masa to filling ratio. It's just a food truck with a tent next to Cave creek so don't expect the atmosphere to be too great.

DELICIOUS. I ordered 6 carne Asada tacos and 4 pupusas. All of it was excellent. I only wish I ordered more pupusas. I will be going out of my way to come back here.

The food is great seems to me once they start making money they stop being a serious business ,3 out of 5 trips I made(10 miles one way) They where closed . For no apparent reason!

We had their tacos, 6 for $11.50- they were amazing. Cash only. Flies are about but you're eating outside, it's expected. Amazing food and the girls running it were fabulous.

The papusas are really incredible, they also have a wide variety of dishes, I love to eat tacos

This little pupusa stand makes delicious tasting pupusas. The cheese and chicharron pupusas are the best. The pupusas are made fresh and are very authentic.

Best taco I have ever had. From meat to taco shells, everything is fresh and delicious. The flavor is just right with good balance, not over powering.

Even tho their not Salvadorian they are the best pupusas I have had in a while .. and I've been to ixalco In el Salvador where the best are made!

Its a taco stand so its outside. They have popusas and they are great. They also have tacos, the chorizo is amazing. Give it a try
