Caveat emptor. Writing this review because I wish I had known a few things before I made a major purchase. First, the positive. Huge selection and some good deals. Very friendly staff. Negative. Do your due diligence before purchasing a major appliance from this "open box" location. They do not disclose the item's history and if it was refurbished. Get the serial number and check with the manufacturer for the item's history before you make a purchase. Also, they don't deliver their open box items. They direct you to a third party service, who is related to the company's owners, if you can't do it yourself. He is great and super friendly. But, if you get your major appliance home and find out something is wrong, it's on your dime to get it back to them unless you want to instead purchase something new from them (which they do deliver) and you can negotiate a free delivery and pickup for your trouble. This delivery situation can easily add up to several hundred dollars. Finally, if your item is used, your warranty might not be as long as advertised. The clock may start ticking on the date the prior owner registered it. Again this is not disclosed when you buy it. That being said, there are some great deals but do your homework before making a major purchase.

Dishonest and disrespectful. I called today to ask if they had a specific open box TV in stock (because they are an “outlet” location). They assured me that they did. I double checked and told them that we would be driving an hour to get there. Again, they assured me they did. My wife graciously offered to make the drive for me. When she got there they sold her a brand new one (not the open box outlet model I asked for). She then went back and pointed out the error. They then offered to sell her the display model without a box (that a previous employee said didn’t work). The manager wouldn’t acknowledge the wrong, seemed dismissive, and didn’t try to work to make things right for the massive inconvenience. She was so hurt and discouraged when she left. This is not the type of customer service that should be offered to anyone, let alone a woman who went way out of her way. I wouldn’t advise that anyone visit this store.

I had given up trying to get new LG kitchen appliances after six months of super frustrating issues with two other big box stores before trying Electronic Express Outlet Store in Belle Meade. I highly recommend this location mainly because of the staff. It was evident everyone I worked with in this store cared about customer service. It was the quickest and easiest experience I've had with finding and buying appliances. The items I needed were in stock and the delivery window was reasonable. There were issues with delivery that were beyond the store's control, but they assisted with problem solving those as well. This was not the case at all with the two other big box stores. It was easy to contact them at the store, and they followed up right away with information they had to research. I will definitely use them from now on and can highly recommend this location.

Customer service isn't dead here! The team at Electronics Express Belle Meade were nothing short of fantastic. I had an hours long commute to purchase so I wanted to make sure I had all the information right before making the drive. I called several times and I'm sure I bugged him, but the manager was always patient and willing to get me any information I needed. My item was a drastically reduced open box range, they went out of their way to make sure it was well protected for transport before I left the store. My salesperson Janaya was knowledgeable about all the products they sell and abundantly friendly. Nothing but good things to say about this store's employees at every level! I'm a tough customer but they nailed it. Don't hesitate to purchase from this store!

I just bought all the appliances for my new house here and it was a wonderful shopping experience. The salesman was amazingly knowledgeable of the features and differences in all the models, honest and thoughtful in his recommendations, and very friendly. I bought a mix of new and used, and their price match is excellent and fast. I also bought two other major appliances here in the last year and everything has been top notch. The open box deals and dings and dents values are spectacular. I highly recommend visiting here first for any major appliance appointments. Even if you end up buying new, they will still get you the best price on everything. Parking is plentiful, getting here is easy , and the store is spacious and clean.

I bought a pair of Google Pixel 2 buds from the store location on the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville. They only had one black pair and the box had been opened. The sales guy told me the box had only been opened to either be used as a display or to show another customer how they worked. I asked him were they refurbs or used and he said no. I got them charged and when I paired them with my phone, the buds had already been named from someone else's phone; they were used. Only 3 stars because the manager at that mall location did apologize for the sales guy and found another location 20 minutes away that had some in stock, brand new in a sealed box.

I had one of the most horrible experiences ever there. I have bought nearly my whole household from there. I bought a fridge for cash and then since it wasn't financed they would not deliver it. So one of the store associates said that he would deliver it for 100 dollars. Well the fridge didn't work! So when I called the store to tell them it dod not work, they told me to bring it back in and get my money. I had to pay the electronic express employee another 100 dollars to pick it up or else they could not refund my money. So needless to say I didn't get any money back from the delivery driver. So I paid 200 dollars to have a horrible time.

I feel like this store was very hyped up when it was coming to the mall, but I was definitely disappointed. While there was a decent selection of TVs, it almost seemed like that's all they sold. They were literally just on the floor all over the store. There was no rhyme or reason of why it was set up that way or where to go to find other products. Advertising in the store was definitely bland and the prices were outrageous. I was definitely let down by my experience in this location, but I know that this store is new and I hope that it will turn things around.

Purchased an open box refrigerator from this outlet on 12/22 and had a really good experience! Johnathan, the floor manager went above and beyond. I needed a stainless steel fridge quickly that fit a certain space and they had one that was just what I needed - at a really good price. Johnathan spent over an hour and a half removing all the sticker residue and switching the handles from left to right for me. Then he and another associate loaded it into my truck right outside the store. It was excellent customer service! Thank you!

We came in to buy a washer and dryer we saw a few days ago. Called to confirm they were still there (since we live 45 min away) gentlemen was very friendly and helpful. Very friendly salesman that helped us when we bought the set. Now fast foward to getting home and hooking up the washer and dryer. No problem with the washer but start the dryer and it sounds like it's about to explode! Called and after a few minutes they had us come back and received a brand new dryer! No Hassele about it. Great customer service!

Purchased a new Sony Bravia TV from Ted last week, and when my daughter went to put it together, we couldn't find the screws to put the feet on it. We drove back out there and talked to Ted and Charlie, and Ted grabbed us a set of screws from an open box. Once we got back home, my daughter found the ones that came with the TV, so the next day we took a set back and gave them to Charlie, who put them back in the box they came from. Excellent service from both of these gentlemen.

Was told free 3 day shipping going on 2 weeks and still nothing, not even a response! Getting customer service to respond is like getting ahold of Joel Osteen during a Sunday service. Just give me a refund! Ill buy off Amazon with free next day delivery for $50 more. Stay away from these guys their delivery is comparable to wish.com. They offer you a little cheaper price you just have to wait a few years to receive your cheaply made item that only last a month.

After having to replace a broken refrigerator on extremely short notice, we were scrambling to find the right options for us. The staff at this store, especially Janaya, are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She was an absolute joy to work with and made an already easy shopping experience better. Kudos to the EE outlet store and team. Also, she was fantastic at keeping our toddler entertained while we went through our options. Thanks again Janaya.

The staff was very busy, but attentive and helpful, when we asked questions. We had to buy a washer and dryer and refrigerator to replace what we lost in the flood. It helped to have gone on line and to have researched the products and our options before going to the store. I am not sure we would have been able to navigate and find what we needed by going to the store and talking with a sales person. We feel we got great bargains and our needs were met.

This store has been open for 4 days at this point. I purchased a tv for the electronic express outlet store at the Opry mills location and I live in Clarksville so it’s about 45 min away. The tv not only didn’t come with hardware to attach the tv to a stand but also would not turn on at all. When calling the store I was told they could change TVs but I’d have to pay the difference in price which I get but I would not recommend buying from here.

The staff was beyond rude and had an attitude. when we walked in, we weren't greeted. My husband was trying to ask some man a question. The man at first ignored him. The young lady that helped started off pretty nice, but she couldn't figure out the prices for two of the fitbit watches we asked about. When she finally did get the prices of the two watches we asked about, we found the price was exactly the same price as the fitbit store online.

Electronic Express is a great store for appliances. We needed a dishwasher and there were several to choose from. The prices were the best we found in the area. A sales person in the store was very helpful and not “pushy”. He helped us get exactly what we needed. The store is huge and very clean. I think we will be returning there when we need a TV. They had such a selection of of TVs it would be useless to go anywhere else.

The staff was amazing!! I drove all the way from Smithville because I needed to save money. They helped me get a dishwasher (half price of normal) that I could leave with that day instead of having to order it online. Jonathan really knows how to take care of his customers and Josh made sure the payment was no problem. Thank you to them both! This dishwasher works great! Will definitely return for any future appliances!!

Visited 1/30/2021 my experience was great. All employees were nice and willing to help. One in certain (who checked us out and showed us products) was awesome! He asked if we want to see anything I was interested in and took his time. He didn't rush us or try to push us into buying. We bought a samsung watch. My receipt is not showing his name or else I would recommend him. 10/10 recommend this employee and store!

If you have lots of time,patience, and energy shop there for the savings. I bought a dishwasher on Febrary 22. Iwas lied to by Jonathan annd Charles. It has been 20 days since my purchase and I have an installed dishwasher that is missing parts and not working Still waiting on a manufactors rep. I would advise anyone to go to a reputive dealer. I cannot begin to explain what a bad experience this has been.

Bought an over the range microwave in the box at a good price. Was told that it was not damaged and was just overstock. Got it home and opened it...the entire left hand side was caved in. The door would not seal and the jagged metal edges cut two fingers on my left hand removing the oven from its box. Was basically lied to about the condition of the oven just to make a sale. Extremely unhappy

I went to this location to buy a new laptop the sales lady helped me out very well I was so indecisive and kept on going back and forth between two different brands. I noticed laptop on clearance she went and asked a question for me. I was able to buy the laptop that was on clearance for just about half price the sales people here work with you and truly want your business.

Initially I spoke with Deonte and he was great ! Helpful, knowledgeable and a great sales associate. I tried to make sure I made my purchase with him but he had been off that day .However the other 2 associates were just as helpful and attentive to my needs .thank you for having such great sales associates there for me to make my purchase without confusion.

Deante (please forgive me for misspelling his name!) is the best salesman I've ever had, anywhere. He doesn't use high pressure sales tactics, and talks with you like you're actually a person, not a sale. They didn't have exactly what we were looking for, but he took our information down and called us less than a week later when they did! Wonderful service!

We have now made two trips to the outlet store and have experienced great service on both occasions. Each trip we worked with a different sales rep and each was well informed and gave us the information we needed to make our decisions. We never felt pressured or hurried in any way. Very happy and will definitely be returning again in the future.

We had a great experience buying a washer and dryer, freezer, and refrigerator here. Ask for David. He is super knowledgable and can find you something that is in great shape at an amazing price. The deals were really great and they had a wonderful selection from speakers to washing machines, however getting any one working there to help you is nearly impossible! There were to guys who stood and talked while my brother in law tried to wave at them and buy a printer. They never came over so they missed a sale.

Bought an open box Samsung washer from the Outlet Store at Opry Mills. Staff was very nice helping me find the model I wanted. No pressure tactics, allowed to look around and shop. Best part, my open box buy, didn't seem to have any scratches, dents or damage whatsoever. Just a $300.00 savings over retail.

The best staff ever!! They helped us find everything we needed and assisted with the various payment types. They were patient and understanding when our bank wasn't cooperating. They were very knowledgeable on everything in store. By far the best in store experience I've ever had! Definitely recommend!!

Well as it goes for any electronic store just to be able to survive against Amazon if you got more than three people in your store you're doing pretty good at this place is usually got it but at least that many they got just about everything you can think of in there and some things you can't think of

Nice little electronic store! Has a little bit of everything. Flat irons, blow dryers, microwaves, air fryers, Electronics, laptops, iPads, watches, mattresses, refrigerators, just name a few. Apparently all of it is slightly dented or maybe was a Overstock but for the most part it's good stuff!

The team was amazing! Richard Kaiser helped me find the perfect TV for my house. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The store manager, Gabe, was also very nice and helped get the TV into my car. These gentleman are fantastic. I will definitely send my family and friends to this store.

I purchased a window air conditioner and got home and discovered that it was already used and broken. The fan shroud had broke and made a horrible sound when I turned it on. Lucky for them I’m handy and was able to repair it myself. I believe they knew they were selling me a piece of junk.

This location has not been open long. It is Electronic Express outlet store for damaged appliances (they have other items). Bought a freezer with a little dent. Storing in the basement, anyway. Freezer works great. Sanjay was my sales rep. He was awesome, definitely will go back to him.

I was amazed at how big the place was and how much of a variety of stuff that was there. I was immediately greeted when entering and asked if I needed any help, and was again greeted and asked if I needed help several times. Great customer service! I will be back soon!

So we came up here because their website said there was a dishwasher at this location that was discounted and only available for pickup. And we get here and it’s gone. Gates are locked and everything is gone, even the shelving. Just bare floor. Super weird and sketchy

Most of the employees either weren't wearing a mask at all or wore them pulled down over their chin. I also got the insurance sales pitch for my laptop several times even though I said I was not interested in buying it.

Quite expensive... Got to make sure things work properly for the items they are selling. Had a bad experience there long time ago in rivergate due to a mp3 player that kept giving out in the early 2000's.

Kind of an odd location, but they had a wide selection if TVs, stereo equipment, computers, home appliances, and more. Prices seem pretty competitive. Everything was easy to find.

I needed a few TVs quickly and Janaya was super helpful and got me taken care of really fast! I will definitely go here again for any electronic needs in the future!

Fridge went out and thanks to EE Outlet and their expertise had a replacement in the same day, and they stayed late to help us load it. We'll definitely be back.
