I initially was not going to leave a review of my experience at this salon but now feel that others should be warned after having such wonderful experiences at other salons Before and After trying this place out. You’re right to speak your mind concerning past hair salon experiences at OTHER salons is adamantly shut down EVEN when your voice is casual, friendly and non- upsetting. I came in to have someone correct a badly applied sew in done off of Cesary Blvd. I sat in the first chair on the right- hand side with a stylist named Sabrina (if I recall correctly). While I was explaining what happened to my hair with the previous stylist, this woman told me that they don’t allow customers to talk about other stylist in their salon. I was stunned into silence because I am a 40- something year old woman and this woman was telling me what I couldn't say out of my own mouth! I let her finish and paid for the shoddy “correction” job and left. I went home and just pulled out what the original woman did only 24 hrs prior and what this stylist failed to correct. A waste of over $200! Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this salon either which is unfortunate because the other stylists appeared friendly, professional and talented with their work. Just this older woman was nuts and had the nerve to “correct “ my bad sew in by simply removing some of the excessive tracks in my head when any other descent stylist would have said “ I am sorry to inform you of this, but I advise you to have this totally removed and start over.” Instead she was more concerned with protecting the honor of this other stylist! So be sure NOT to sit in this woman’s chair but the other stylist were normal people.

First appointment. My daughter wanted to get her hair cut, so this is a first for her. I wanted to go to a place where great care would be provided and I think I found the place! I decided on this shop after reading all the reviews. In all the reviews, there were certain terms that stood out; friendly, kind, professional, caring, lovely, pleasant, and a great experience. These terms are well used for this shop. Our appointment was with Lisa. We'd explained the type of cut my daughter wanted, and while talking, I did say I had a concern. Lisa, promptly asked me about my concern, and she even took the time to respond to my concern by showing me how the particular cut would look on my daughter. Once Lisa cut my daughter's hair, she called me over to ask about a detail and explained why we should do the detail. Lisa is on point, knowledgeable, and friendly. In fact, all the ladies in the shop were friendly and fun. The chemistry was great! I will definitely bring my daughter back for a touch up and I will be making an appointment for myself! Thank you Lisa! My daughter was so happy about her hair ✂️

I had to decide whether or not I should make a review for a few months and obviously I decided to do it. I regularly got my hair curled by Lisa for about a year. In that year my hair was constantly damaged by using 2 products one every time I came for a touch up (care free and neuvou wave) as a result my hair had to be cut almost each time I came. The final straw was when she messed up on the day of my sister's wake! The owner and her sister apologized about the experience and asked for a chance to make it right which was nice but I've had enough. It's embarrassing to always leave with damaged hair and the other ladies have their clients with nice hair. It's also messed up to do that on the day of my sister's wake. My DEAD sister! The other ladies are high spirited and lovely I should've went to one of them to get my hair done but I've got a new salon who treats our hair excellent. Just don't be afraid to voice your opinion as soon as a problem occurs.

I will never go there again. THERE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD. MY cut was terrible. I can t speak?for all the stylist but the one called Lisa. Showed her A picture and my hairstyle is nowhere close to the style. As a retired stylist if you can t do it tell your client. Her prices are not correct . She been charging my sister one price the last 3 time and then yesterday I treated my sister the price went up 30.00 dollars. Then she was 25 mins. late AnD she act like it wasn't nothing .Time is money. Last night I was so upset every time I looked in the mirror

I always come in to get my hair braided by Kiara and leave out greatly satisfied! The people that do hair here are friends and family, and have made me feel a big part of that group. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for or needing a change. I've also noticed the hair growth I've had since first coming here 2 months ago which is one of my goals for my hair. Natural products and all types of hair are accommodated. I love coming here and can't wait to book my next appointment!

Now that place there Tawana did my hair and I did not leave disappointed. It has taken me almost two years since I've been here to find a hair stylist. I have gone to 15 different stylist. And for the money that I paid it didn't look like my hair was the way I wanted it. Elegant Touch. Hands down. Go go get it get it

Came here for the first time years ago and sat in Chell's chair and was blessed to have her do my hair ever since. With some other places it's about just about getting a style but with Chell it's about having healthy hair and she really shows she cares and goes above and beyond for you.

Amazing experience, very caring, interactive the best customer experience. Just got dreadlocks on my hair, I love how I look and the price was so fair. Best place to go to get your hair done, coz I loved the smile the other customers had when they were leaving.
