I've been a old customer of Harry Lee and upon arriving to Elements Hair for the time, after my made booking. The environment shocked me as it was extremely stunning, spacious and well taken care of, and I also have to mention, the employees really make you feel welcomed and comfortable, ultimately making it feel like a really warm environment, as they are all easy to get along with. The customer service was excellent and like always, Harry really listens and understands what you ask for, much like the other barbers and they do their best to please their customers. These types of barbers tare great at seeing the vision of the haircut you want, and they fulfill that wish of yours to their best of their ability. I recommend this barber shop to everyone I know all the time, as they all have amazing barber/salon skillsets.

I had a 30min massage which was just amazing. I've seen people have them at events before and thought they were just a gimmick. I came out feeling so relaxed but entirely refreshed and so very impressed. This will now be a regular maintenance for me. I've let my friends know too. A convenient location, not only for a long deep massage but some quick top ups at lunchtime too

I'm normally very picky about having my hair cut, a nice hair cut matters a lot to me. I'm so happy after trying various places I found "Element" in Soho! I highly recommend this place to you all! The environment is brilliantly decorated. Great location, you can really enjoy a good day out around after you had your beauty service done there. most important is that the team is not only highly professional, but also so so friendly as well~ I will definitely be a regular now!

Amazing time at Elements Hair salon - Harry was a star, booked me in on really short notice so I could have my hair dyed and styled in time for my birthday. I told him (and showed photos) of what I wanted, he straight up gave me his opinion on what he could do and quoted me a good price for it all. Professional, friendly, efficient and attentive to detail. Harry and the guys at Elements were very accommodating and took care of me well! Will definitely go back again

I am beyond upset. I told the hairdresser what I wanted (very easy, trim a tiny bit off my very long hair and keep the hair straight), he said something else would be better (cut a lot off, angle it). I said no. He pushed. I said no. He still did what he thought was better and cut a good 10cm more off than I wanted and cut weird angles on the side. My wedding is in 2 days and I’m sporting a haircut I hate. Great.

The salon is kept clean and organised. Venice who works there is super friendly and accommodating to all her customers. She took her time to cut my hair and asked lots of questions to make sure I got the hair cut that I wanted. She did an amazing job. I highly recommend this salon. If you are in the area and need a haircut then definitely worth trying this salon.

It is an excellent place for getting a hair cut here. Reasonable price, good services, and wonderful environment, which make this place even more outstanding. Stylist Venice has been cutting my hair for over five years, so you can imagine that how good she is. And please don't forget to try the massage over there, its really enjoyable. Massage here was really lovely - deep pressure as I have a lot trouble with my lower bag. Stuff is professional and friendly. Definitely coming back here to see Bianca. Hands down the best massage I've ever had. It's the first and only time that I've actually fallen asleep during a massage. Very highly recommended you must try it. Price is very reasonable especially for the service that you get. The place is clean and well maintained. It's obvious that it's cleaned after every appointment.

I am so happy to have find this place! I love my new hairstyle. I had trouble in the past finding the right style that suit my face shape but Venice just knew the style that suited and she is right! Came to Elements last minute before I was leaving London, even though they were quite busy they still managed to take me in. I wasn’t sure about the hairstyle I wanted but Harry was of great help and I can say he transformed me within a short time frame. Overall great salon and friendly staff.

《一家能跟你多收就多收的店》 先早电话沟通的时候我就陈述了我性别为女但是留的是刚到耳的男头这件事，并且说了我的要求就是剃两边和后面再小修下刘海，店家说若是这些要求可以按男头算钱。 到店后理发师花了一个半小时完成局部剃发，并且还自行要对我后面的头发做修整。导致后面顾客时间安排不上。我看时间紧迫，后面的顾客不开心了我也没让他给我修刘海。最后再结账的时候说在我身上花的时间太久了得收我女发的价格。 只能说是一家没打算做回头客的店铺。守诚信和老实做事或许能让贵店铺做得更好。
