Knew the fault, fixed the fault, showed me how to do it next time. All there-and-then. I’ve lived with that issue for over a month, so what I paid doesn’t seem enough. Plus I would add that two other bike specialists (who I won’t name) looked at the same issue. The first didn’t think there was a problem (rubbing back disc). The second had a good look, tried a few things, in fairness they were quite busy, said they may be able to fix it with more time, rebook it. But Philippe at Eleven bike shop downed tools (but no one should expect this every time), found and fixed the fault within 10 minutes. I ride for work, so for me, finding this kind of repair service is a total win. Thanks! New edit: That was a few weeks ago. Had a new (unrelated) fault today- a fault code I’ve had before that took another bike shop two days to turn around. Done by Eleven Bikes while I waited. Wasn’t straight forward either, won’t go into the detail, but the guys here just kept going till I could ride away to my next job. Such great service.

First time I visited this shop as it is on my way from work to home and it was a great experience. I had to come in due to a brand new bike that needed some tight on the breaks. Torem (hope that I wrote it good) was very helpful, he took care of my bike straight away and taught me how to proceed for next time I need to do it by myself. Also had a chat with him after confessing that it was my first time building a bike, he went beyond and had a proper look around the bike, he checked the break pads and the chain/gears, he found a fault device and adjusted for it to be rideable until it needs to be substituted. He gave me some recommendations and I left as a happy customer which will come back again soon to get some bike upgrades. ☺️

Ended up here to see if was possible to repair my flat tire (radpowerbike) after that another shop in the area wasn't able to help me. I didn't know this place and what can I say.. You got a new happy regular customer! I won't go anywhere else. The guy who welcomed me just gave me the best customer service ever, offering me to fix the bike in 10/15 minutes if I would wait. I couldn't believe it. JOB AMAZINGLY DONE AND IN A BLINK OF AN EYE! Thanks to you I have been able to go work the same day without using the awful tube, saving stress and money. Thank you guys! I cannot recommend you enough!

I’m so pleased about the service provided by Eleven bikes. Been cycling for years so as you can imagine, I’ve had to take my bike for repairs at various locations and many times I’ve felt they just wanted to make money. Not in this place though… I’ve truly felt the repair guys at Eleven bikes genuinely care and are always honest and truthful about what the bike needs, it’s condition and what would be more beneficial in the long run. They are efficient, highly trained, super friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommend them!

Would definitely recommend this bike shop. Felipe is very friendly and he is always willing to help and will go above and beyond. I brought my bike in for a puncture repair but also decided to book it in for a Clasico service. Prices are very competitive and my bike was all done within just two days! I could not recommend more, look no further if you live in the neighbourhood this is the bike shop for you too!

My Gazelle was left stripped of the original gearing parts and without function. The work was life threatening ( as suddenly, the parts he insisted on replacing failed. Leaving me on the road with no cranks and no capacity to turn the handlebars) and no resolve was ever rendered. My parts taken against my instruction. Damage done. But another £250.00 to replace the hub, would do it. And he took parts again!

The best bike shop that I have ever used. Felipe is always willing to help and will go above and beyond at every juncture. Consistent updates, mutual decision making on parts and procedures, and fair prices are highly valued and I will be using Elevens Bikes for the foreseeable with my carbon road bike needs. I could not recommend more. Do not go anywhere else!

Love this place - really nice guys working there. They offer the best price for their services and the work is carried out carefully yet quickly. Both members of staff seem to genuinely care about customers getting the most out of their bikes and learning how to carry out repair jobs themselves. Really glad a shop like this has opened up in the local area.

Really friendly team who did a great job repairing my bike and giving it a service. Felt like I could totally trust their advice as they were just really passionate about bikes and helping people, not fleecing them! I would definitely recommend and will be going back. I went to this shop for a wheel replacement for a very reasonable price (50% cheaper than where I had been before). Since then my roommates have been there several times for various minor repairs. We are all very pleased. Excellent and fast service, very good advice. I warmly recommend this small shop from a real enthusiast.

Popped in to this little place on the off chance they could fix my saddle bolt which wasn’t tightening… in ten minutes they had replaced the bolt and bracket - and the amount they charged is hardly worth mentioning! Nice selection of stuff (gloves, lights, locks etc) too. I’ll definitely be back! …

Five star reviews on Google can be overused but absolutely not in this case and it’s deserving of its full 5 rating. Felipe is extremely friendly and helpful and managed to get work done on a short time frame. In addition the work was very reasonably priced and done to a high quality. An absolute gem!

I recently upgraded an old frame from a single speed to a 7 speed and subsequently I went in to get a tube changed. They are for sure my go-to spot now. The turn around was amazing, the cost was cheaper than any other place I've been in the neighbourhood and super solid service.
