We purchased a 2014 Audi A4 from Eli's Auto. We worked with Kevin and we are very pleased with the experience. He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and concerns and genuinely wanted us to be happy with our deal. We felt very comfortable with purchasing our car. Whole deal, including the paper work, was done in less than an hour. He assured us that his mechanic will take a look at the car and whatever work is required would get it done. The mechanic checked the car changed oils, break pads and rotors all free of charge. After two weeks we noticed some issue with the car and contacted Kevin. He immediately agreed to take care of it and the very next day we took the car to Eli's Auto's mechanic and got the car fixed. Eli's Auto took care of all expenses. We definitely very highly recommend Eli's Auto to anyone looking for used car.

In my opinion doing any business with this company is a terrible mistake, I dealt with its owner Eli and I could not have a worse experience. While I have a very detailed review prepared, the word limit on this platform prevents me from posting it. In summary the negotiation process was overly contentious, he did not budge on the price one penny, he failed to provide a positive car buying experience, he failed to honor the written agreements and verbal promises he made, I had to sue him for work that was his responsibility, and in the end he didn’t comply with the ruling. BUYER BE WARE!!

This is definitely a good place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and have been very happy with it for two and a half years now. Only problems I’ve had was a water pump going bad but with they’re warranty that they offer here it was a very hassle free experience bringing it in and getting it taken care of. Very good staff here and very honest.

do not go there, Eli lied to me took money before delivering was a big mistake i made. he didn't want to go forward if i didn't pay him on the spot but he could not give me the vehicle until the following Monday. Then everything was changed on the vehicle.

I gave them a deposit to look for a car for me a particular type of car, when they weren't able to find the car in the appointed time they gave me back the deposit without any hassle. I will certainly use them again.
