IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. My roommate bought a VW Gulf from this dealership approximately 5 weeks ago. Since then, we have had NOTHING but problems with the people here. First, the car was leaking oil and there was issues with the core support. We took the car back as they promised they would fix it. It took several days to even hear back from there about the STATUS of the car/when she would get it back. When we got the car back, it was still leaking. About 2 weeks later she was in an accident and the car was totaled. At this point she had not received the title, which is obviously needed for insurance purposes. Today we were told to go to the dealership to get the title. Upon arriving, we were told we needed to drive another 15 minutes to a different place to get the title. We got to the other place where she was then told that she would have to wait another 10 days to get the title. Obviously this is frustrating, however, it is also annoying as the dealership promised she would receive the title within two weeks of buying the car. It has been 5 weeks since buying the car and there has been nothing but problems with the people at this dealership. Also, the last time we went to the dealership, all employees were sitting around a table playing poker and smoking. Very professional. Would not recommend buying from this dealership - the people are rude and unprofessional.

When I think of the movie "Used Cars" I always laugh. Especially knowing it was filmed 15 minutes from my home. Well, this is NOT that movie, and these guys are among the real gems in the used car industry. It's clear that they pick their cars carefully and thoughtfully represent them. In my case it wasn't driven by a dear old lady to church on Sunday, but the owner loved the car and drove it himself. I, being a very skeptical buyer did my research and prepared a prepurchase inspection list - somewhat based on my years as an automotive engineer and based on other's experience. Out of hundreds of possible tests, only one minor issue was identified. Of course, I am no expert in everything, so I took it to the experts and paid them $150 to thoroughly check the engine, transmission, and other major systems, and again, everything checked out. So basically, these guys were honest and upfront about the car they offered me for sale, and I am very pleased. Thanks to the owner, Nate - who spent the time to deliver the car all of the way to the far east valley and to Darin for making the deal possible. Great guys!

So I’m writing this review after 3 weeks of buying a car from here. This place is great in the way that there is no pushy cars salesman unlike the popular dealership names. I was able to test drive the vehicle on my own. The process to purchase is quick just a bunch of quick signatures. Each document that I was given to sign was explained to me in detail. I was a first time buyer without much credit history so I was having difficulties with getting a decent deal on financing. This dealership and the credit union they use got me the monthly payment price I was hoping for. Then a couple days later I received a call saying that there was an additional discount I qualified for that wasn’t given to me during my original signing. I came back to the dealership, resigned and received an even lower monthly payment. I got my Mazda 6 and with a great monthly payment. I’m not the type to do reviews but I Highly recommend to someone in my situation!

BUYER BEWARE!! NO LONGER RECOMMENDED UPDATE: The check engine light came on 3 days after purchase. We took it to a mechanic and we were told that the car has sensor and suspension issues. We had to travel from out of town to bring the car back to the dealership. They said they would RESET IT to get rid of the codes. Not that they were going to make sure it is fixed. Ending up having to get a rental car to get home that they didn't offer to cover. We ended up calling the loan company to tell them what was going on to see our options. We let them know that we were done and wanted to give the car back. Which they assured us at the time of purchase that if there were any issues we had a warranty and could bring it back and they are refusing to give us the money back for our down payment.

I am SO happy I went to elite auto. When I say I have bad credit.. I mean I have BAD credit. The worst is I have a couple repos from a toxic relationship in my past and I’m trying to rebuild. So many places just couldn’t make it work but I read good reviews from this place and some people sounded like they were in the same boat as me so I decided to go see Frank and give it another try. It took literally less than an hour! I went in, picked my car, and Frank got it approved! Super easy, quick, he didn’t even need a ton of paperwork and information. He even gave me my preferred monthly payment amount which was amazing! The cars are all mint condition and he has soooo many to choose from! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much Frank

The salesmen here were down to earth, not scripted, and real human beings. I was running late and showed up 30min before their clock out time. They were patient, not pushy, TRANSPARENT, and took care of me for at least 2 hours after they were suppose to leave for the weekend. They made it happen quickly and smoothly without making me feel rushed. They gave me fair market value for my trade in and the vehicle I left with is exactly what I was looking for with no gimmicks or hidden issues. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with these gentlemen if you need a vehicle and don't want to deal with the arduous dealership process. Thanks guys! We found a BMW that we liked, went to the dealership and test drove it. The car ran fine, no issues noted. We decided to buy the car for our son. During the drive home a subsequent 2 days, the car would die when taking off. These cars have a limited warranty, so I contacted the manager. He asked me to bring it and a mechanic would review it. After making some adjustments and part replacement, the car now runs very well. I understand that because of the age of the car, there could be some issues. I was very glad that they took the car and fixed it to my satisfaction, even if it is was a used car. I would buy a car there again. The price was right too.

The absolute best car buying experience I've ever had! I wish I would have found about Elite Auto Gallery sooner and used them for my other car purchases. I'm usually sketchy on small dealerships, but this spot proved me wrong. I spoke with the two brothers (I think) and they both were helpful in picking a car for myself. They were very conscientious about my budget and kind of vehicle I was looking for. They had a great selection to pick from but I wanted a SUV only. After test driving and doing some paperwork it was a unstressful process. No crazy back and forth just straight car buying. Process was Easy and would recommend my family, friends, and coworkers. Car is great! Ford Escape!

Had the pleasure of working with Darin and the rest of the team. Darin is very straightforward and honest, and doesn’t pressure you into a sale like other dealerships. I was using a rental car when I purchased the car, so they offered to follow me to the Enterprise so I wouldn’t have to Uber back to the dealership to pick up my car. I never even asked for help with this! Kudos to the team at Elite Auto Gallery! All great guys and very helpful.

At first I was loving my new car. Then I started to see what was wrong with it. After the guys at Elite said that the car had never been in an accident and I discovered the quarter panel was nothing but bondo I went for a multipoint inspection. (Of course I couldn't get in until the 15 day warranty was up) Anyway, it's going to cost me over $5,000 to fix a $9,000 car that I just paid top dollar for. Hope you guys end up in prison.
