Our roof was completed about a week ago and I have waited a few days to complete this review as I wanted it to be perfect. Perfect because that is what Koast and his company Elite Roofing (Binbrook) exemplify in every way including professionalism, work ethic, attitude, customer service, customer satisfaction, price point, availability, clean-up and the list goes on. We had water leaking from our low-pitch flat roof (tar/stone) into our home through the window frames and ceiling light fixtures. We had reached out to over a dozen roofing companies, had several of them provide a quote and THANKFULLY we were dissatisfied with them because it was by chance when we were at our lowest point that we saw Elite's sign and thought we would reach out to them for a quote. I can confidently say that we picked the BEST ROOFER EVER!!! Koast and his colleague Allen came out the same day I reached out to them and from the very start, you know you have the right people for the job and you most certainly will get a 10 out of 10 roofing job. They even started the job within a week or so after the initial assessment! I kindly challenge everyone who reads this review to please reach out to Koast at Elite Roofing (Binbrook) to meet you and assess your roof and provide a quote, and you will not be disappointed. He looks you straight in the eye and is completely honest, fair and will give you the best price point compared to others, not to mention the extremely high level of quality and workmanship. Koast is one of the most humble people I have ever met. Elite Roofing also specializes in full renovations as well as hardwood, laminate, vinyl flooring, and painting. My husband and I would consider Koast and his team member Allen dear friends, that is how much you will come to respect them in a very short period of time. I would love to see Koast's business flourish and good people deserve good things, and that includes both the customer and company. If in need of a GOOD contractor (for roofing or home renos) please look these people up a give them a chance! My story… was in a bit of a spot when selling my home my neo-angle shower enclosure broke I tried to order a new one from one of the big box stores only to find out it did not fit and would probably not find one as the bases have changed and my shower is a older model (also they would not install it an I would have to find a contractor to do this anyway) So I took a chance an called Elite roofing an Renovations (Binbrook office) Koast the owner and one of his workers (Alex) were at my house 2 days later to assess my problem (I thought I was going to have to replace the whole shower being in a time crunch) They came an agreed that my shower was still in fabulous condition an didn’t really need replacement only the enclosure and they hooked me up with a glass man who would custom make a new enclosure, (he was here 3 days later an my new enclosure will be ready in 1-2 weeks). I am so thankful to Koast for his professionalism an courtesy he did not charge me anything for his time. Working with owner Koast Ali and his entire crew of workers was an absolute pleasure. Extremely professional, honest, thorough, and trustworthy would sum them up to a tee, along with offering very fair prices too. They ran into some minor issues with sick/absent workers for our project, but instead of rushing the job to finish it off so they could move onto their next client, they took their time to make sure the job was done properly, which I really appreciated. I'm very happy I selected them to install our roof over the four other companies who quoted for this job, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof!

Doing a Google search sometimes you are not sure what you are going to get but when I choose Elite Roofing and had them do my roof it turned out to be the best choice out of all the quotes I had done. The price was important but the quality of work that got done exceeded my expectations by a long shot they did the job fast and they cleaned the area like no one was there. I already have them coming back for a attic venting problem and I'm choosing the product that koast suggested and have no doubt in the quality of the product thanks for a job well done and would recommend Elite roofing to anyone that wants a good quality job done.

Koast from Elite roofing is very much knowledgeable, professional and humble. He and his team did roofing for my home couple of years back and recently he fixed few issues with the sidings and eavesthrough as soon as I called him and asked him for his help. We were delayed a few times and they were very accommodating.
