Do NOT use this florist. I sent an email to the florist with photographs for a corsage for my son’s matric dance partner; I went into the store to confirm the order and show the photos again; paid R450 in advance for the corsage; and booked to collect at 12h00 on the day. I arrived at the store at 12h15 to be told “10 more minutes” as the florist started throwing something together as we waited. It took her 5 minutes and looked nothing like the photos. She then tried to sellotape a piece of plastic around the corsage to convey it home. I asked if I at least get a box or container to be told if I waited longer they would go buy one. I asked the owners how this sloppy service was acceptable when I had emailed, gone to the store personally and paid in advance and the gentleman would not even look me in the eye. He just ignored me. We put the corsage in the fridge as instructed but as it was tied to my son’s partner’s wrist, the whole thing fell apart. R450 for less than a minute.

SHOCKING service. I was surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday from my work colleagues overseas. Not only did they spell my name wrong on the front of the card, but the message was addressed to someone called “Piet” and the message was directed at someone else completely. After I sent the florist What’s App images showing them the card I received - they said “oh the other branch gave them the wrong message” and she then asked if she can “read me the correct card over the phone”. Terrible service. Way to ruin someone’s birthday.

Very friendly service, however did call to send pics of flowers that did not last, was told to bring this back, I'm not situated in LA Lucia, tried to add number given on whatsapp, to send pics could not add not successfully, message and not even a reply, Whool worths flower bought on the Saturday, still in my office and looking good

I have ordered flowers from Elizabeth Florist a few times for my mom who lives in Umhlanga. I am based in the USA and can say I can comfortably order from them knowing that my flowers will be delivered and that my mom will love them. Thank you Tarryn for my mom's flowers on mothers's day.

I have never received such appalling service from anyone. This florists gave me such a run around and so many disappointing empty promises. You guys are going to lose such loyal customers your treatment of your customers is appalling!
