The Seniors and Boomers will recall the days of old and the good times that were had when they were doing their thing!!

Didn't know it had a name. The area is changed. Back in the 80's & 90's I didn't foresee that this would be turned into a nice park. I got out of my vehicle and actually walked around the park. Just enjoying the nearby lakefront weather. It actually felt like I wasn't on the Low End at all. Felt like I some place nice. It was a beautiful morning spent in a quiet place.

Nice. Clean, with courteous staff. Director available to greet. Where's the Theater, at Abraham Lincoln Center (Mandrake Park Field House). A great Community resource. More people should take advantage of it. Active Advisory Council provides the outreach and warmth lacking by the Park Supervisor.

I'm not feeling this place. I was down there for year's. We had two park districts, they took our major park just to put buildings on it. And then give us this. They could have kept that blue print. But they going on with life. But no one cares until they start taking from them

Some time instrutor is not responsible for paying class that no show without notice or replacement teacher. Also the supervisor her names “Scott” she so rude to client and unprofessional manage at pool scheduling one things nice that is pool but only go daytime bkz bad area.

Absolutely love this park it’s very clean and friendly place to come. Also the staff member Mr.David is such respectful and nice young man, any questions i had for him knew it like the back of his hand. As long as that young man is there I’ll definitely continue to be come.

Awesome exhibition on Chicago Blues, Rock and Roll, and legendary music icons are displayed throughout the Ellis Park Arts and Recreation Center. It is a must see for all ages. Kudos to Greg Parker

  • Mike Robinson

Although I was unaware of current schedule of classes, the supervisor spoke to me in a rather rude and insensitive manner, very disappointed with her negative attitude towards a member community.

pool area school be updated to provide a sitting area where you are not required to take off your shoes, especially, if you are just there with your kid for there lessons.
