DO NOT COME HERE! Waste of time. I had an appointment today for 12:30 for basic cleaning and general check up. I arrived on the dot at 12:30pm. 30 minutes and I have not been called. I scheduled my appointment during my lunch break which I had explained to the receptionist. She kept telling me, I was next to be called. Instead I watched 6-7 people get called before me. I went up to the receptionist again and she had a nasty attitude, she told me to wait because I would be called next. She told me I had to get the xray first and then sit back down again for the cleaning. I asked if there would be a waiting time for the actual cleaning as well and she ignored me. I became frustrated and left at 1:30pm. As I’m leaving, I finally get called. I tell the x ray assistant I’m canceling the appointment and to not contact me any further. She says ok. I asked if my paperwork could be shredded because my informations on there. Instead of responding yes in a polite way she points to a paper shredder and says the following “You see that box over there? Its a paper shredder, at the end of the day we shred the documents” Excuse me miss but I know what a paper shredder is! This wasted my lunch break and wasted my time. Very frustrating experience and the receptionists need to be retrained or fired! The only receptionist who was actually considerate and nice was the young black woman. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and even called them again when she saw I had been standing for a minutes and no one came. In the end not even the manager came to speak to me. I walked right out.

The receptionist of this dental office is AMAZING and very INTERPERSONAL. I call to schedule an emergency dental appointment for my husband. She was very empathetic and acting with urgency she immediate schedule a same day appointment. We even had issues locating my husband insurance information, she was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure she had all his information on file prior to his appointment. My husband was seen within an hour and a half. He had several bad experiences previously and advise me that he was very satisfied with the service he received from Emmet Dental. This was his FIRST time at Emmet Dental. He informed me, they were very patient and explain everything to him clearly. They took time to explain to him the issue that caused his distress and his next steps. They referred him to another office to meet with their affiliate specialist. We were able to get an appointment with the specialist easily. The receptionist even follow up with me the following day when i call to inquiry about their normal business hours and scheduling a routine cleaning. The receptionist answered all my question and advise me, once my husband had the necessary procedure to call her and she will work with his insurance company to get him further preventive care. I am overall very impressed with their customer service and dental services. My husband is now #teamemmet and has decided to recruit the whole family to utilize them for our dental needs.

I breath through my mouth alot and can smell my bad dreath more because of the surgical masks I've been wearing, so I know its time for a teeth cleaning. I was referred to Emmet dental by a friend of mine who said great things about him. I was scared after reading some of the past reviews, but trusted my friend. Scheduling the appointment with the online chat was pretty easy, front desk followed up to make sure I was covered. I received text reminders to let me know what to expect and when I got there they did a Covid screening and made sure we were all socially distanced while waiting. I felt very safe! Surprisingly the wait time as a first time patient wasn't long at all...and even shorter after taking the xray. Dr Emil was very transparent and made me feel like he knew what he was doing. The office manager, Latoya, was so nice and very professional. She helped me schedule my gum specialist appointment and gave the other office everything they needed to make sure I could be seen no problem. I look forward to my follow up in a few weeks and am going to refer a few of my friendd now

OMG I have been looking for a dentist for a while. Asking friends and researching online based on my insurance. After trying one friend's recommendation with bad outcomes another friend recommended Emmet dental. He was wonderful! I went to him to have cavities filled because I couldn't wait any longer. Dr Emil was extremely thorough, not only finding out how nervous I am, to cleaning out any decay in the teeth, to shaping the final filling. He even managed to squeeze in two fillings for me in one sitting. Dr Emil has saved me from a root canal as it turns out. How? Because he is conservative and tries to save your teeth and spare you from extreme measures. Can't say that I don't still get alittle anxious, but looking at my mouth now and comparing the discolored fillings from before that are nowhere to be seen, Emmet dental is definitely my dentist going forward.

Listen this place is ridiculous! The manager and doctor is completely disrespectful like seriously.. I was so thankful once the little black girl and Spanish woman offered me to do a review. They are so nice. Once I got into the room the office was nasty . You can tell instruments aren’t properly sterilized too. The doctor asks like he’s so superior and high also the manager. I don’t know how they come in and do work I would be sick. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!! The manager looks like she is afraid of the doctor or only works and follows behind him like a puppet just to collect pension in the end. When the doctor turns around she rolls her eyes and stomps like a 3 year old having a tantrum.This place is dirty if you love your health please don’t go here. If I could give no stars I would. All the work Dr. Emmet has done for me even as far back as 10 years ago is still holding strong and still the BEST work any dentist has ever done for me. I wish I still lived in NY I would continue to see him for all my dental needs. Unfortunately, we kept moving further and further from his office - otherwise I would continue to come back. Dr. Emmet has consistently been honest and fair. His prices are always within an affordable range or at the very least market value or less. He’s saved several teeth of mine that I’ve been told by other dentists needed to just come out. After which they would present me with a crazy dental plan which would cost me thousands to implant new teeth. Dr. Emmet never played this game with me. We need more honest dentists like him. I can tell you for a fact he does listen and he does care for his patients.

The worst experience I ever had at dental office. I was walking past and I stopped in and ask do they accept my insurance for a CLEANING and she said yes. I made my appointment for a week later for 1:30 and wasn’t seen until 2:30 the young lady took about 15-20 minutes to do all these X-rays and she said the doctor is coming to do your cleaning now. He then did more talking then cleaning. Actually he didn’t Even do a cleaning he polished my teeth. I was literally in his chair for maybe 8 minutes and was he like all done. When I complained to the front desk the young lady said that what they do is polish not cleaning and the doctor recommended me for a deep cleaning. I’m my mind I was like a deep polish because that wasn’t a cleaning he gave me.. 0 stars if I could . The worst cleaning/polish I ever had in my life

Last week I came to the office because my daughter had an appointment besides the huge wait time it seems as if the lady Roy was the only one who was attentive to other patients. When we finished my daughter was told to go to another office for her braces and her teeth were still dirty. Roy was very helpful in asking me if she would like to go back to the room. But the way the manager told me to wait outside is not how u speak to people. I called later on the phone and she told me the next appointment would be 2 months for myself. What type of office is this and there is so many patients that are coughing and are sick.

My co-worker recommended Emmet Dental to me several years ago. I have since relocated to New Jersey and I’m still a patient. Initially when I first called to make an appointment for my daughter and myself it was with ease. We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly, personable and down to earth the Dentist was.Dr. Korori understands that most people dread dental visits therefore, he makes you feel comfortable by being gentle and talking you through the process. He is efficient and thorough, a good Dentist. His team is helpful and accommodating as well. If you need good quality care I highly suggest Emmet Dental.

By the far the worst customer service ! The staff lacks the basic fundamentals of customer service. I had to call 4 times to speak to the office manager (who lacks consideration and empathy). Folks are already fearful of the dentist - the goal should be to create meaningful and trustful relationships.The integrity of the office is questionable especially since they misinform patrons continuously . If I could give a negative star , I would . This office aggravates and frustrates - Dental at it’s worse.

I was referred to Emmet by a patient of theirs. I like this office because the staff are very professional, respectful yet straightforward. There are times when they're crowded but they always serve those who have appointments first before walkings. One other thing I like, they have a flat screen TV for you to watch movies, magazines for you to read, and if you would like some paper just to write notes they will supply it for you; anything for you to be comfortable while you're waiting to be called.

Do not come here worst place in the United States to come and see for your teeth they only want your money if it’s not about money they do not care about you the doctor ignores you and bounces from room to room trying to treat five patients at one time he doesn’t even make sure his work is good and sufficient he reused The utensils which is dirty because Covid is going around they don’t even say hello how are you they just say wait outside

I called Emmet Dental yesterday and spoke to a young lady I believe her name is Ray . I told her about all my bad experience at dentist offices and clinics but she reassure me that everything will be just fine and even checked if my insurance was active which saved me time from calling the insurance company. Can’t wait to come from DC and make my appointment next month . Thanks again Ray and hope to be welcome by the staff

This is a busy office. The Front Desk greeted me with a smile. Ask me to take a seat for a minute. Was called to the desk & quietly asked me questions so others in the office could not hear. Very polite but very professional. I would love to give 5 stars but the Oral Surgeon Office they sent me to the Surgeon's Assistant mannerism was not pleasant. This office is a good choice easy to get near transportation also

I've been coming here for years and I've never left unhappy. The dentists are great at what they do especially Dr. Korori. He is very personable, honest and caring. I told him I wanted teeth whitening and he told me I didn't need it. He could've simply taken my money but didn't. I'm thankful to have such a caring dentist. His staff is always pleasant and helpful. You won't be disappointed!

This place is a scam !!! I made an appointment at this place and they called me the day before the appointment to confirmed the appointment andWhen I got there at the time the place was completely closed. I don’t think this place has ever been open for Business. It gives you a number to call you call the number and the mailbox is full and nobody answers the phone.

Can I just say this is one of the worst place to go, the wait time is ridiculous. whether you make an appointment or not, you will wait a long time. besides the point, the dentist will continuously give you referrals for either root canal or removing all 4 wisdom teeth. I'm just done with this place. Wish there was a zero star option, even giving a 1 is too generous.

That manger lady is too rude and that dentist fake as hell. I asked them to clean things before putting in my mouth she got in her little 5 year old attitude and said it’s already clean. She is a minion to the dentist. Last week they gave me teeth cleaning that only last 5 sec wipe like I know you not serious wasting the insurance company money.

Have visited on many occasions...to begin with before you get an appointment you have to call at least one month prior then when you go on your appointment date you have to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor....everytime is the same even during the pandemic period you have to stand outside and wait for approximately 2 hrs

All the staff is on point! They work as a team and work so well together. The treatment I get here is amazing....I haven't got service like this ever! The place is spotless...so clean. Dr Emmet is a very good Dr. He makes his patients comfortable. He is very tactful. I would recommend anyone to his practice. This place is so slow, the wait time is crazy. I had waited 2 hours just for them to say they had too many people, and to reschedule. The dentist talks too much , it seems like when I’m gotta deep clean he isn’t paying attention to what he’s doing. The materials they used on my teeth did not look clean whatsoever.

I always afraid going to dentist but knowing doctor emmil and his work made me so comfortable and relax I didn't feel any pain when he was filling my cavity service was fantastic and most important right on time The stuff is great and the place is very clean

I am not usually a fan of dentist but Dr Emil is the BOMB! Lol Dr Emil is smart, funny, caring gentle and overall a nice person. He helped me out when I needed work done prior to getting my braces on and was able to meet my seadline for work to be done.
