Great experience!!! Fun, friendly, caring staff & a very knowledgeable & experienced therapist. Thank u PPTS for removing the need for a 3rd surgery & for providing me with an affordable treatment with longer lasting results than my previous surgeries & the ability to self manage :-) I had a ganglion cyst on my wrist that kept growing & became painful & limited use of my hand & my ability to grip. I've had 2 previous surgeries that temporarily resolved the problem. Unable to afford another surgery, I went to PT to manage the pain. The PT used kinesio tape on my wrist which helped with the pain & after about 2 weeks of getting taped, both the pain & cyst were gone & i had full pain-free use of my wrist & hand. I have been back to PT there for different body parts, but 3 yrs later the cyst hasn't returned.

The best physical therapy office in the Valley! My Orthopedic surgeon recommended this office following my left knee surgery, and I have been extremely satisfied with the care I have received. Dr. Kayla Scotch is very knowledgeable, and she created an exercise program that has not only restored the lost mobility in my left leg, but has also strengthened the muscles in my left leg ! The office environment is professional, and the staff does their best to ensure the PT exercises are performed in a safe manner. I highly recommend this PT office, and I can guarantee you will receive the BEST care working under Dr. Kayla Scotch and her staff !

Dr. Kayla is Absolutely amazing ! Came here because of lightheadedness and dizziness because of my neck tension. Dr. Kayla Scotch is hands down the best!! she knows exactly what she is doing and she is very knowledgeable in the area of dizziness and balance !! She will spend time with you to understand what is going on and to make sure she does what is right and needed for each situation. !! Also, the office in general is very friendly. from patients to staff ! The office and patient area is always clean and everything is very professional!! Highly recommend this PT office !!!

Hannah is amazing!! It was my first time here after a knee replacement i was actually crying before my appointment due to cramping pain and was very scared, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease as soon as we met! I am very glad i chose Empower! I look forward to getting back to normal physically and emotionally and i feel like she and the staff cares that i truly do!! I recommend them to everyone! I had an ACL surgery. I am a college athlete. Tami was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and able to explain information concerning my injury to where I understood everything. I am now done with therapy and I'm stronger than ever and back to playing basketball! The front office was very nice and friendly. The physical therapists were patient and listened to the goals I had for myself and put them into action!!! Thank you so much for everything Tami, I will never forget what you did for me! Tiff

This is a great place to recive Therapy. I was a huge skeptic of thinking physical therapy would help me. I thought that putting more work , pressure on my shoulder that it would hurt me more in the long run. But boy was i far from wrong. I feel great like i can do anything! Everytime i had an appointment and something came up they worked with me. Friendly staff i love this place thank you for your work and help

I came in today injured barley able to walk and they sent me home and said they would not be serving me, ever. Mind you i was on time because I missed my first appointment and rescheduled my second. Screw you i guess no recommendations from me. Any who refuse sevice for no good reason doesn't deserve to have licenses for their business. Give your time, money and energy to a company who derserves it.

I highly recommend Empower PT! Every staff member I encountered was kind and very professional. I especially enjoyed working with my PT Tim – he helped me understand why certain exercises were important for my recovery and how to keep up with them after my discharge to prevent another injury. I felt as if the staff cared about my recovery and feel so much better after receiving treatment here!

I have cognitive & balance issues & Hannah my PT Instructor is helping me regain both of these. It’s hard work however I am more confident now then ever thanks to Hannah, Lily, & Xavier & the rest of the staff that I can get back to my old self after my stroke. Went for my first appointment today, they left me in a room waiting for my therapist, they never told me she was not on the premises. It was not until I inquired as to what was taking so long they told me the therapist was on her way in and they didn't know how long it would take. I gave up and left. Receptionist was very nice, but the rest of the experience was painful.

I really enjoyed my therapy session my physical therapist was a great help I feel very confident and I’m very excited to be able to receive the therapy that I need. Out of all the physical therapy places I’ve gone too I really can say this is the place I believe my therapy session will be completed. Very nice facility very nice therapy plans I love it.

I love coming here the entire staff are great individuals who know what they are doing and they just make your visit comfortable. Chris is a great PT, he explains everything to you for u to understand. And he has a wonderful personality that makes these visits less intimidating.. Thank you Empower. I found Tamara at Empower Physical Therapy clearly by accident. I had two knee replacements. I am so grateful to Tamara as she has been instrumental in my recovery. It's been hard work but totally worth it. I highly recommend Empower physical therapy. Thanks to Tamara and everyone at the Downtown Phoenix location.

It was an awesome experience coming here for physical therapy. I got hit by a car and I couldn't walk without pain. We did a lot of leg exercises to strengthen it. Now I can walk and run again. Everyone was super friendly there, and I felt welcomed there. Will definitely come back here again if I get hit by a car.

Great place for physical therapy! It’s small, but never busy. It’s conveniently located close to I-10, has covered parking, and accepts Arizona Complete Health insurance. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive and also bi-lingual (Spanish). I highly recommend this place.

I love this place with my whole heart ! I’ve been with Tammy for over 3 years for two major hip surgeries and they have always taken such good care of me! Tammy does amazing dry needling for muscle relief and it has helped my TMJ immensely. Definitely recommend !

Hannah and her team are superb. They are so knowledgeable, pay attention to the details, and actually listen to patients' concerns. They work very hard to minimize pain while getting results. I highly recommend this clinic, and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Great experience but I don’t like being called by the therapist to come in anyway a few hours later after I called in to cancel my appointment because I wasn’t feeling good don’t think I will ever choose this place again
