I'm normally one to sit and write a positive review than a negative one, however, the service and treatment I received here today was reprehensible! I took my car in and it took them almost 50 mins to "clean" my car. The man who dried my car spent so much time chatting with the guys around him that at least two on each side finished before mine. When I did the walk around check there were dirt and grime marks all over my car. Mind you, it is a brand new car that I've had three weeks and they thoroughly washed my car before I took it home because I insisted on it! I told the man that there were a lot of spots on my car and he got snarky with me and told me I needed a detail! I said "Huh? I just bought this car! It's brand stinking new!" He told me he didn't care and that it wasn't his fault. Not, gosh, I'm sorry, and then explaining that age of car doesn't make a difference. I asked for the manager and he told me to go get him myself. THAT PISSED ME OFF! Sorry, I've worked in customer service for 20 plus years and you NEVER blow a customer off! EVER! I had no idea who the manager was and told the car washer that, so he flagged him over to us. I told the manager my concerns and showed him the spots and he focused not on the finger prints on the windows, or the bird poop on the door that didn't get washed away and was neglected. Nope, he focues only on the sap on the back of my car and told me, again, I needed to detail my car. Not once did he apologize for how his cleaner spoke to me. Not once did he apologize for not cleaning my car, rather, he focused on one spot because he knew the rest was a legit claim. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They are rude and don't care enough to do a decent job. Since driving my car back I've found grass on my floor mats, bird poop on my window, he cleaned it off my door, fingerprints on my front window, spots on my front passenger fender, and the list goes on and on. They did NOT do even a decent job and because the man chit chatted with his buddies instead of working it took him almost an hour and I had my car through the washing lane and to him in about 10 minutes!!!

Reason for visiting: car detail Date/time of visit: Sunday morning, ~11:30 AM Parking: n/a Party size: 1 Environment/ambience: pretty busy. They offer an outside waiting area with seats socially distanced; no tables, no TVs, or WiFi. Next door is McDonald's in case you want a quick bite to eat. Car detail takes an hour and half to 2 hours. Car wash is usually within 30 mins. Lots of high end cars (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, etc) come through for various services. Service: pretty prompt, from time you get in to when you get out (cashier, car wash). They did a good job with the detailing; I didn't have to pick out spots they missed. Floor mats and carpet were shampooed; mats kept in the trunk while the carpet dries. They used disposable floor mats to allow you to drive while the carpet dries, which was great. They also wiped my seats down, which can be forgotten and annoying since my seats are a lighter color. Food: they offer snacks, drinks, etc. Cost: detail was listed as $270 but I got it for $199 (didn't ask but they offered). Car wash is $16.99; price varies based on day and time. Snacks and drinks are more expensive than normal, which is expected since it's also a gas station (Mobil).

After years of visiting, my experience is usually good. However, I visited the end of July with my 5 week old vehicle after a road trip. The front grille had many bug splatters and hard water stains across the front half of the hood and all of the grille and side fenders. I warned the service agent writing up my ticket about the extra cleaning. The vehicle exited the wash tunnel with problems I addressed before drying that were not fully taken care of then or after drying. The passenger side of the vehicle came out clean of bugs and spots. The wash tunnel agent did great on that side. The driver side came out still dirty with bugs and water spots. The wash tunnel agent on the driver side did not hand wash my vehicle. The drying attendant took care of the bugs but not the spots. The service agent that I warned about when he made my ticket took no responsibility or accountability and did nothing. I emailed my challenge to the business and have not heard back 10 days later. I am very disappointed being let down with no response or accountable action taken.

I’m am very displeased with the service I was provided. My seats were not cleaned but put a plastic cover over my seat to try to deceive me I touched the seat and they were dry and carpet is still dirty. I guess because my seats were not that dirty they wanted me to believe they were cleaned. Poor detailing job overall. I scrub the dirt to make sure it wasn’t a stain and some of the dirt came out of my carpet. If I would have had the time I would have request that it be redone. I even tip your guys for a poor job inside and out. As a owner you should make sure the workers do an excellent job before you tell a person their car is ready their service speaks for you. Poor service is never good. I did get what I paid for although the cost for not cleaning my seats were taken off still poor service. My time is valuable also.

I Had an Oil Change Yesterday on August 25th and today on August 26th my Engine almost Blew. The Oil Filter was left as Loose as Possible which made all of my New Motor Oil Leave my Car. My Car was Smoking like a Fire was about to start, and my Engine was clacking ready to Blow. I was lucky to be on my way Home when this Happened. I have video and Photos as proof and Encinoautospa wouldn’t even give me a Refund. Please Whatever you Do, Do not Use Encinoautospa for your Oil Change. You do not want someone working on your car who doesn’t know what he or she is doing. It is not worth destroying your car even if they throw in a Free Car Wash. I am Giving 1 Star so I can post. You cannot post if you give them 0 Stars. I would give them 0 Stars

This is one of the best car wash services in the San Fernando Valley. I drive out from Sherman Oaks to come to this one because their service and attention to detail is phenomenal. Especially if you go on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for their $11.99 special! The owners and workers are all very dedicated to their customers and they’re hard workers who care about their products/services. Every trip is simple, stress free, and generally pretty speedy, but avoid the busy times like Monday or Friday afternoons. I can’t recommend this place enough for a great Car Wash! If you’re in the San Fernando Valley, this should be your go to.

This is the worst car wash bad service big line and the reason is that the Armenian ticket writers are don’t care you are waiting he doesn’t even com to your car rudely plays with he’s work goes to the brake room and you get to seat hoping someone will come and help you this is now every time and I keep coming here because its close to my home. But I rather drive longer and get service hopefully not operated by Armenian,s they just don’t give service charge a lot of money and the route I experience the same thing on the other location and Sherman Oaks as well.

Took my car and girfriends car for wash, guy upselled us to premium inside and the whole deal. For first time i gave it some hope, i was giving it hope. I tipped the workers each 10 for the cars. Tires dirty inside was door panels and controls. Mats and floor vaccumed, was they put on tires spread onto the car. I feel bad for workers it was hot i still tipped good. The expectations is for the owner and management to set right expectations of walk through and what you pay for. Will i go there again no, will i recomend to friends no. 120 down the drain two cars

I hate this car wash. It does no good. I went there to have my Lexus cleaned and asked to really focus on the vacuum and Windows. The guys didn't do anything . You could see the build up on the car and the car wasn't even washed it was still dirty. U could run ur finger through the car and dirt came off. I'm not one to criticize or anything but I'm very disappointed. We told the guys to see if they can do alittle more cleaning up but no they were fighting about it. They said we came in like that but there job was to clean.

I wash my car here not the first time. But for the first time there was trouble. They broke my mirror. There is not big, I understand anything can happen. But the problem is that they told me that they are not responsible. This shocked me. This is not serious. I attached a photo of the check and a broken mirror. So keep in mind if you decide to come here. They can break/damage something for you and then say that this is your problem and they have nothing to do with it.

The car is clean, but it took 2 and a half hours- which was 1 hour longer than they "guaranteed". Oh, then there's the part where they completely tore up the carpet in the back seat and said nothing about it. Then they left my ashtray in the trunk on top of a (previously) clean comforter. 1 star for generally sucking, and another for actually- eventually- cleaning the car.

My car was broken into over night and completely ransacked. It's a horrible feeling to know that someone else touched everything in your car. I took it to Encino Auto Spa to have it washed and detailed. The technician did an amazing job! It was what the car needed to make it feel like mine again. Really appreciate the care and attention the technician gave to my car.

Terrible! You paid for a Spray Wax and unless you watch your car go through the various steps including the spray light going on, they rip you off! Its very convenient to them to close the cashiers office you you can't follow your car even though their is a cashier there and you have to pay at the gas station. Its a rip off for more than just a plain car wash!

It used to be pretty cheap with the coupons with no it’s very expensive no matter what the quality of the wash is terrible I go there every other week pretty much and man it’s pretty bad. Several times I have to ask them to wash my car again they’re just smearing some soap on it and if you have some real dirt or flies or some thing good luck.

Awesome detail on my F-150 Lariat today! Full detail inside out! Honest detailer, even found $5 under seats and placed in my console. Gave him good tip, if I would have seen he found it before I got home, I would have given that to him as well on the tip! I will definitely go back future detailing. Keep up the great work!!

Place has gone down hill. Seems like management only cares about upselling packages versus getting their employees to do their jobs. Vacuum, 90 seconds. I literally had to point out where they missed big things and wipe down was not much better. I had to wipe it down myself for 20min after. I'm over this place

It was second time when they try to sell package #3, just take me money, and No service. Last time I paid for package #2, they promised to clean and wash everything. But instead they put lemon aroma and that's it. Guys, I think you can't change this money if you don't like to do your job.

Yelp reviews for this car wash were so accurate. I was looking for a hand wash for my X5. $35 for a full service wash and spray wax, can't beat it. The workers were friendly and helpful and The attention to detail was great considering the price. I think I've found my new place.

Good wash for a good price. Basic wash for my Prius was $14.99 and $17.99 for Venza, so they charge a little more for larger cars I guess. Plenty of seats in the outdoor waiting area and a couple indoor. The wait is standard, especially on nice, sunny days.

The carpet was not vacuumed very good Still a bunch of dirt Fingerprints all over the window. I asked if they could clean it better after I already paid $50. And all he could say was you're not giving me tip. Nope I will never go back there ever again!

I love this Car Wash, purely hand wash, no brushes. Perfect for my car that has Ceramic coating and does not require wax, only soap. You can make this request not to put wax if you have that kind of coating. My car came out clean, will surely come up!

Having only one car wash unit and many access lanes creates a large delay. Be prepared to spend time getting serviced. Once it was completed, the job was done satisfactorily - although more expensive than we're used to in the Midwest.

This place is NOT close to my house but I will MAKE the trip. These guys are great. I was told they don't use "recycled" water which is why my car seems cleaner than when its washed at other places. Various prices to choose from.

This place is very friendly. However, you need to watch out for what you purchase. Sometimes you need to mentioned it. They fix all my issues without any questions and in a timely fashion. But , this does happen a lot.

I come here often to get my car washed and detailed, they do an amazing job! Just make sure you have time before coming here because it gets pretty busy and a detail may take a bit of time. Otherwise amazing job!

Thoroughly detailed my car. So thoroughly, a few of the buttons and knobs stopped working by the time they finished. I can't adjust the time on my car stereo, but at least it's very clean.
