Very very disappointed with the staff at this branch! I’ve been nothing but disappointed since yesterday. I purchased a hire car for work was contacted by email with the hire confirmation. In my confusion as I initially was told the hire would start from Saturday but since I received the email on Friday I called to confirm so I could be present at my home for delivery. An agent called Amy continuously advised me that of the delivery of my vehicle being that Friday between 3-5. Okay so I knew I’d need to make arrangements for my building parking to be free to for hire vehicle and to leave my office in enough time to work from home for the reminder of the day whilst I waited for the hire vehicle. I waited patiently until 16:50 (as the branch closes at 5) to ask about the hire since the distance to my address from the branch is 4mins driving?! I new agent picked up and after checking his systems and placing me on hold for 5 useless minutes returned to tell me that the hire actually isn’t booked to begin on Friday but actually 10am the next day (Saturday morning). He gave me an unsympathetic fake apology and assured me that I would definitely receive the hire vehicle by 10am the next day and THAT HE WOULD EVEN CALL ME the next morning once the vehicle would be dispatched to my address! It is now exactly 10:15 of Saturday morning!! I’ve been awake since 8:30 to make sure all morning errands had been done and that I was ready and available for their promised 10am arrival. As you can see I’m currently still disappointed and typing this review as I wait for this promised vehicle! I refuse to call the branch to only be met with lies and fake promises. As a customer I have had my trust broken and the service feels fake and detached! I will do my best to never use this branch again but to be honest probably won’t use enterprise as a whole! The sad thing is I used to be a motor claims handler, who referred policyholders to ERAC for their courtesy car cover and I can now understand the reason for so many complaints regarding the branches!!

Was referred to Enterprise, by my car insurance, for a courtesy car, as mine was off the road due to a accident. Had a call to say my car is ready, when I come, could I bring my license car insurance and a credit card. Didn’t have my driving license, when I arrived, to be honest, don’t know where it is. The guy then said he can’t help me, as he needs my license. He then said if I’ve got a passport, which I said no. He then said there is nothing he can do, he called me, my insurance reffed me. How can I not be me??? It’s just upsetting you pay for a service within your insurance, then someone can just say no, all because you can’t prove who you are.. I didn’t call you. You called me.

TAIBAH: LEGEND SHE IS, FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE DELIVERED MY MINT NISSAN QUASHKAI WITH A SMILE AND MADE ME FEEL REASURRED THAT IF I NEEDED ANYTHING THEN SHE HAD MY BACK. YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW TAIBAH WAS NEW....SHE IS AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY. THANKS GUYS.....SMILE

I recently hired a car from Enterprise Spring Hill Birmingham, and the service was exceptional from the moment I collected the car until I gave it back. I was also involved in a minor accident while I had the car and the way it was handled by the team was absolutely fantastic. I would like to specifically mention Aya who is one of the most professional and kindest people I have had the pleasure of dealing with, she really is an asset to the company. Also a mention to the two lads working in the office who were also great to deal with! I would give you 10 stars if I could! Thank you all for a great experience.

Rented a van from here for a house move and it has been a completely painless experience. Personally I found their excess insurance to be rather expensive, but I got this down by using a third party company and they had no problem with me doing this. The van itself was very modern - it had Android Auto and Apple Carplay which was very handy, as well as rear parking sensors, automatic wipers, automatic lights and a very smooth gearbox. The check-out and check-in experience was super smooth too, nobody tried to rip us off for 'damage' or anything like that. We'll definitely use this place again next time!

Had great experience renting with Enterprise after a really bad experience with another company. The Spring Hill manager Ashley(?) took care of us and upgraded us to a bigger car with no extra cost to provide more comfort for our longer journeys. Great to chat with him and very sweet from start to finish. When I returned the car, Sam (Haamid) was also equally friendly. He even offered me a discount on the remaining diesel that needed filling up! Overall, a very pleasant experience with the staff and company. Thanks and look forward to renting again if I ever need to!

Brilliant car hire company at Spring Hill. Always helpful and jolly. Especially Sophie. The staff can handle change of plans and friendly to deal with. Also the staff at Digbeth are uber nice too ✌ Vehicle I chose was the economy class Nissan Juke. Like is says it’s very economical and an easy drive. Especially with its reverse parking dashboard view that makes it simple to park. Drove from Birmingham to Gatwick and cost £35 in diesel. Also a decent little sound system that you can Bluetooth to your phone to receive handsfree calls and listen to your own tunes.

I give 1 star only because I can't give ZERO star. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I booked and paid online for a car, the morning I was supposed to take it, I ended up without a car. They first tried to give me a bigger at an higher price, when I declined the offer they said I couldn't have a car because there is a problem in their system and happens that sometimes it does't recognize the residence address... When I paid online in advances and they took my money there was no problem thought!!! I'm still waiting for my refund.

Swift and professional insight. Was involved in an accident during a long weekend. Spoke to a few members of staff, who made available a vehicle right after the bank holidays early in the morning. Of whom Lauren has been the most helpful. Recommended me a Ford Galaxy Ecoboost (2.0 diesel twin turbo dual-clutch-shift auto) Unbeatable torque whilst climbing uphill at less than 2k rpm. Extremely comfortable and smooth driving experience whilst maintaining a satisfactory fuel economy. Highly recommended.

I recently used enterprise spring hill to hire a car for the bank holiday weekend .The service from the young lady named Taibah at the reception was very professional . She explained everything In detail of the additional options I had to add to my rental without giving pressure to buy .If only you get service with a smile like that every where we went, there would be no reason to write a review . Well done Taibah keep up the good work , I’m sure you will succeed quick in life .

The staff at Spring hill branch were fantastic. Especially Liam and the lady ?Sabrina (forgot her name!) From start to finish they were polite, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They guided me through the process and even dropped me home. A distance that was not close to them. The car was of a good standard. Clean, full tank and damage accurately marked out so no surprises. The best experience i have had with a rental agreement. Keep up the great work.

The reason why I have gave a 1 star is that I booked a car and on the last minute they call me and saying I will need a credit card as whenever I booked from enterprise I have never showed a credit card as my debit card was ok..but the cancelled the booking on the last minute as I only booked it to take my family airport..plus they take for ever to give you a refund as I'm still waiting as it been two weeks

I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise Rent a car for over 20 years and spent many thousands of pounds on renting from them. My loyalty was rewarded with being given untrue information from the manager that conflicted totally with information from Karen Douglas at there head office. I would avoid this company at all costs,otherwise the price your quoted may differ hugely from the price you pay.

First time I’ve used this branch and from start to finish the service was absolutely brilliant. The young lass at reception was really friendly, polite and very welcoming. The chaps I spoke to over the phone answered all my queries professionally well. I definitely recommend this place to others and will also be coming back to this branch in the future. It is the first time I rent a car in UK, and it was a really good experience. When pick up the car, Toheed help checking everything, outlook, gasoline level, ... not other people said, you need to check everything by yourself When returning the car, I nearly forgot my belongings still in the car, Aya help me bring it back, many thanks, perfect service!

Potential problems when the actual type of vehicle pre-booked has not been available were solved with satisfactory other options. Everything js clearly explained. I will never recommend this branch to anyone they are absolutely appalling and unprofessional. They only focused on making extra money. I requested paperwork to be sent to me via email I got ignored deposit not released and they claimed oh it’s on the way. Never mind I will never visit your branch again thanks to nothing.

Don't take rental car from Enterprise they cheat us by saying traffic fine after you deliver you get mail from them when I checked online it's not displaying and they charged me £35 for twice and third booking £115 Total £185. Staff is good but they cheat by saying fake traffic fine. I have also sent mail but no response

I have recently used a enterprise care rental and I had a young lady Tiabah dealing with the car rental from the time I met her she has an amazing presence she is approachable shows such professionalism, kind and knowledgeable thank you for helping and making this experience less stressful

useless! Booked thro their system. Told me they had availability, so made arrangements 10 minutes later get a call saying they don't have immediate availabiluity and that I had to pay by credit card even tho site says availability and debit cards accepted Sort your site out waste of time!

Details on website dont always match whats available. Be wary. Loads of add ons. So what seems like a cheap deal isnt. Car was good and clean. Would not come here again. Staff were not easy. Seemed like very hard work. Partner said it took almost 2 hours after paperwork etc.

Customer service is very poor. i got a courtesy car from this Enderprise is full of smoking smell and have Sterling problems and tyre problem i spent 6 pounds to pressure the tyre. Thank god I i not drive this car in the motorway car registration number is WR22KXJ

The vehicle we rented was is a bad state. The mangement and personal don't take clients serious. Totally off the cuff, no proper explanations or documentation. On top of that no willingness to accommodate any complaints. Never again will I rent here.

Terrible experience. I thought I was getting a Volvo XC90 and instead got a Mercedes GLB which is a much smaller car. I complained and they said they'd refund me a days rental but then they never did. Very disappointed.

Just can say good words about this place. Very quick check-in and check-out, polite staff, car in a perfect condition and deposit back in 2 days. I also recommend the office they've got in Digbeth and WestBrom.

I took a hire car out through AA due to car issues... Had a hybrid Yaris which was a pleasure to drive believe it or not haha. The team was very helpful and friendly. Can't fault my first experience with them.

Great service today. Thanks to Hasan for his very polite and patient demeanor. My dad hired a van for household waste removal. It was quick, cheap and easy. Will definitely use again in the future.

Is good very good service. Just be sure to take plenty of pictures before you take the car. I would recommend to buy the insurance package they have, which will cover you for unwanted damage .
