After reading the comments of all the car rental companies in the airport area, I was quite nervous and had some concerns. But Corrado in enterprise office was very helpful in everything. He gave sufficient information on many subjects such as vehicle, road, rules, weather conditions. He gave info about the extra insurance, he did not insist on insurance and upgraded our vehicle to a higher segment. Most importantly, he was always smiling. Overall, I left the office with 10/10 satisfaction. I picked up the vehicle and left it clean and there was no deduction from the deposit. Thank you Corrado, I will definitely book my next car rental with you again.

Guys, your Eindhoven subsidiary has absolutely no clue how to treat a Customer!!!! Because of your incompetence, I lost 1.116 eur!!! As I was traveling by train from Berlin to Eindhoven, switching connections for 4 times, eventually I arrived later than planned and there was absolutely nobody waiting for me to hand me the car which was payed IN FULL, 1 week in advance. All your phones are redirected to a completely agnostic call center!!!!! Therefore I had to stay in a near by hotel for 1 night = 224 eur, then I also got my hotel in Hague cancelled = 892 eur. THIS IS NOT FUNNY, AT ALLLLL !!!!!!!

Really friendly staff. Location easy to find upon exit from airport (though locating the lot for the cars was a bit tricky I had to go back and ask a second time). There was no line to wait, car was ready on time, I got a very nice upgrade, and exiting the parking lot was a breeze. Will rent again here! However if you have a 1 way rental make sure you ask for instructions on how to do your drop off on the other end because that was not a good experience for me (though I think that review is more appropriate for the drop off location rather than the pickup location).

They don't give enough information regarding the rental conditions, and after you make the payment at the counter you have to pay different kind of additional payments, that you are not aware of. That ruined my plans starting from the first day of my visit to Netherlands. I would not recommend this company, because I have written an e-mail for a refund five days ago and I still haven't received any kind of feedback from their side.

The car i booked (Suzuki Vitara) was not there the only available car was Peugeot 2006 which is a smaller category. This caused uncomfortable travel for the rear passengers cause they had to hold their bags since we were not able to fit the luggage into the smaller trunk of the provided car. The employee was very nice and as a compensation provided child seet for free. There was a very bed smell from the ventilation fans.

Prima service en snelle afhandeling toen ik onverwacht naar Nederland moest omdat mijn moeder ziek was. Prima auto en heel snel geregeld. Ik was geroerd door het condoleancebericht van het team na haar overlijden. En de respectvolle en meevoelende afhandeling bij het inleveren van de sleutel deed mij goed. Een positief steuntje in de rug bij deze droevige gebeurtenis. Mijn complimenten.

Very friendly Staff ! we encountered some technical issue while renting a car. Yet the staff remained very friendly, super professional and patient to help us. This makes a great difference in solving issues when you need it. Much different from many other car rental companies I used in the past. They ended up resolving the problem. I would highly advise Enterprise car rental here.

Tried to charge me 900 EUR for pre-existing damage, will never use Enterprise, Alama or any of that group again. Instead I'll be using an honest company! Yes, Enterprise is as well there but my company booked rent a car by Avis. Anyhow all rental car company's are in the same building by Eindhoven's airport. Stuf is very frendly and supportive. All reccommendation from my side and regards to Avis from a Renault Clio customer

Staff of company plays as a helpfull and polite as usuall . But be carefull and check carefully car before you take it from parking. Report all !!! even small scratches and damages and take care what status you sign on. Otherwise you can pay for damages you have not done.

Everything was perfect. The pick up was very fast and drop off - about 1 min. super fast. The girls and boys were kind and polite. Used a new Volkswagen Golf in a perfect condition - 18 200 km. Next time will use again this company. Thank you Enterprise Airport Eindhoven!

Rented a car in May 2018 at Enterprise - airport Brindisi, Italy. The service was perfect and car was brand new (5000 km). The deposit was returned on my credit card within 2 days after returning the car. First I was affraid of car renting, but this trip changed my view.

Smooth transaction! Picked up the Car Saturday at 9am, and returned it on a Monday at 9am. It was quick and easy to do. I was offered Manual or Auto transmission. We really enjoyed the car and had a great User experience overall.

Never renting from you again! I received a car with dent on the door, sign on that at checkin and when I checked out they accused me and charged me 610.5 euro panalty. Take my warm advice, rent from other companies!
