In attempting to manage my booking well in advance of the booking date, the computer system was not working properly. The branch staff did their best but could not resolve and put me onto head office. Head office could not help either and gave me a random email address. After being messed around for much of the day trying to adjust the booking: fudging about online, ringing the rental outlet, ages on hold, two calls to Head Office and an email to whoever is at the other end of the “nicadmin” address, I had to cancel my booking and start again. BUT THEN, to top it all off, even though I cancelled within the stipulated three day no fee period, I appear to have been charged not only for the original booking but a whopping cancellation fee! I have spent HOURS trying to resolve the simplest of issues that frontline staff have not been given the power to resolve. I have been given a number to a UK helpline (to resolve an issue with a booking just down the road from where I am I’m Australia!), a number which, wait for it ... does not connect. It is not only a shocking way to do business but completely unfair to put frontline staff in this position, doing their best to help customers under impossible circumstances, while a nameless, unseen, backend entity is illegitimately taking customers’ money and not allowing frontend staff any power to rectify it. I have sent three emails so far to “nicadmin” and not received any reply. Even the contact number stipulated in the booking does not connect and the reply email bounces. Unbelievably shonky, not to mention terribly disconcerting from a security perspective.

I have received very poor service from this branch. I was initally told I would receive my invoice via email after dropping the car off and my bond back within a week. I had to call 3 times just to receive an email with invoice. I was told on the first call that I would be receving my full bond back. I waited a week and received nothing so called on the 13th and was told it would be in my account by the 16th. I still didn't receive the funds so called again on the 17th and was told it would be released and in my account that day. We are now on the 19th and still no refund. I called and spoke to Austin the branch manager this morning who was very unhelpful and told me it can take 14 -28 days for the refund. But he had released it on the 18th and it could take 3-5 business days. I had never been given this information and have been told something different on each call. I asked to raise a complaint and Austin basically refused this and advised he had to go as there was another customer waiting. The worst customer service I have ever received. As a manager he was very rude and unwilling to help in anyway. I would not recommend using this branch.

My wife and I have hired cars all over the world and have had varied experiences. To be honest the very reasonable quote we had from Enterprise initially worried my wife, she thought that maybe there was a catch somewhere, Just too good to be true, she thought. However, the staff were fantastically helpful and friendly and the car was great and there were no extras to bump up the price. When we returned the car a little early due to change of plan we were happily given a generous refund ..promptly !!! It was the most surprisingly happy experience that we’ve ever had with a car hire company . We don’t often leave reviews but we’re so impressed with the staff and procedures at Coburg Enterprise that we felt we must. Thanks all at the Coburg office. Best wishes for the festive season .

A staff member signed me up for a zero liability insurance before hiring a truck and she confirmed that I'll be liable to nothing. Then a tree branch falls on the truck and they do whatever it takes to prove that I'm liable for $5000 of repair cost and the full cost of hiring the truck for 2 weeks while it's getting repaired. Their insurance is a scam and the insurance company they deal with are abusers who won't even answer your calls or emails yet threaten you on almost daily basis with their emails. Don't bother...hire either a removalist or deal with a more professional car rental franchise...

We received the absolute best service here from the 2 wonderful female staff! From the minute we arrived to rent a car, they were very friendly, professional and just all round nice people. Renting cars can be either stressful or none eventful but these 2 made us smile and are a credit to Enterprise. When I returned the car and commented to their manager how great his staff were, his unprofessional comment of "I've taught them everything they know" was quite arrogant and undermining as you cannot teach being a nice person. I think he has a lot to learn from his staff

Rented a Kia for three days and had the misfortune of being involved in an accident.i was quiet shaken as only ever involved in one other on and that was some 31 years ago. Once I swapped details with the other individual, I rang enterprise and to my utter surprise they sent out one of their eimplodes in no time, This gentleman took care of absolutely every single detail. I couldn’t believe the level of customer care provided, Got another car on the spot, was offered lunch , coffee, truly unbelievable, Will definitely be going back. Thanks Enteprise.

I recommend to avoid this little enterpise location. They don’t have any cars, you’re likely to be waiting to get yours from an other location. We have been called at 7:20AM, to ask us to return the car at 9AM so someone esle could get it. We were thinking of returning it at time of pickup: 9:45AM. Enterprise offers a pick-off/drop-off service, but on that office they can’t do it basically, because it seems that it’s only one person at anytime working there. Extra cost of time and money to take into account.

Kirstie Phillips is an absolute superstar! She dealt with my countless requests to organise a rental for my wife and kids travelling from Melbourne to Sydney. She went out of her way to make it easy for them to pick it up at midnight and even took my call on a Sunday to advise me about dropping it off. I hope this is referenced in her performance review and she is promoted in the near future. 100% recommend Kirstie and team to help out anyone who needs a car rental.

Fantastic customer service yet again! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff have made our experience such an easy one without having to worry about anything. The ladies were a breath of fresh air coming to the rescue on an unfortunate situation (car accident) and just made the process their priority, which made the situation so much less stressful for me! I ring and book a car with confirmation that they will pick me up at an agreed time. I then ring 15 mins prior to that time and the guys says he knows nothing of booking and then comes 25 mins late! Then on return no one can drive me back to location!! I have to get an Uber! I thought $112 a day for an Astra was a bit rich but with supposed pick up and drop off service thought ok... terrible service! Will not come back.

Enterprise were amazing at looking after my complicated booking and making sure the processes was as easy for me as possible. These guys are great! We needed to rent a truck at short notice to move some goods for a trade show, and they were so helpful and friendly. Muhammad went out of his way to help us with what we needed, and was even flexible enough to accommodate our requirements over the weekend. Will definitely use their services again, and would highly recommend to anyone needing a rental.

After a mix up with my booking (no fault of Enterprise) I was genuinely impressed and touched by the service from staff members Hannah and Ana. I rented a small Hyundai i30 to go to the Great Ocean Road and I must say I was very pleased overall. Staff members were particularly friendly, the car was in great condition, the price was very reasonable. Don’t hesitate, just get your car at their’s !

Although there were a couple of minor issues with the truck, Muhammad - the manager, was very helpful and offered a small discount on my excess kilometres for the trouble. Very happy and will use them again.

Everyone was very kind and accomodating, prices were reasonable and easy instructions provided. I will be using their service again next time in Melbourne. It really made a difference to my trip.
