just bad - Am 2. Februar holten wir den Mietwagen an der Station im Holiday Inn ab. Dieser war schon Monate vorher über einen Reiseveranstalter angemietet worden. Die Abwicklung des Papierkrams verlief professionell. Die Mitarbeiterin lies sich auch nicht durch mehrere Telefonanrufe stören, die zwischenzeitlich reinkamen. Nach Übergabe der Papiere und des Schlüssels beschrieb sie uns den Weg zum Parkdeck. Dort war das Fahrzeug aber im beschriebenen Enterprise-Bereich nicht zu finden. Ich fand es dann im CarRentalReturn-Bereich, noch nicht gereinigt und gecheckt. Also wieder zurück zum Counter. Die Dame rief dann einen Mitarbeiter an und schickte uns wieder zum Fahrzeug. Der Mitarbeiter ging dann mal flüchtig mit dem Staubsauger durch und reinigte das Fahrzeug mit dem Hochdruckreiniger. Wir fanden dann noch Müll und Dreck unter und zwischen den Sitzen und im Handschuhfach. Nach der Abholung fuhren wir direkt in die BlueMountains. Dort veränderte sich dann das Fahrverhalten und ich stieg aus, um nach der Ursache zu suchen. Die war schnell gefunden, der vordere linke Reifen war platt. Obwohl das Fahrzeug über ein Reifendruckkontrollsystem verfügte, gab es keinerlei Warnung im Vorfeld. Also wollte ich den Schaden tel. melden. Obwohl um diese Zeit am Samstagnachmittag das Office noch hätte erreichbar sein sollen, kam nach einiger Zeit nur eine Ansage es später zu versuchen. Auch die Enterprise Road Assistance war nicht erreichbar. Trotz mehrerer Versuche unter Nutzung aller Auswahlmöglichkeiten, landete ich auf einer Bandansage, man sollte es während der Bürozeiten Montag bis Freitag versuchen. Am Sonntag während der Öffnungszeiten das gleiche Problem. Erst am Montagmorgen erreichte ich eine Mitarbeiterin. Diese bestätigte den vollen Versicherungsschuz inkl. Reifen und sagte wir sollten den Reifen wechseln lassen und die Rechnung bei Rückgabe des Mietwagens in Adelaide abgeben. Das taten wir auch, die Dame in Adelaide fragte noch, auf welche Kreditkarte das Geld gebucht werden sollte- sah Alles gut aus. Nur erfolgte keine Erstattung, sondern wir erhielten gleich die Abrechnung des Mietwagens per Email. Mehrere Anfragen per Email inkl. angehängter Kopie der Rechnung für den Reifen blieben unbeantwortet. Erst nachdem ich mich über das Kontaktformular auf der australischen Enterprise-Seite gemeldet hatte, wurde sich des Falls angenommen. Dies bedurfte aber weiter einiger Erklären undes Vorfalls, Nachmeldung meiner Kreditkartendaten etc. , bis das Geld 60 Tage nach Abgabe des Fahrzeugs erstattet war. Einzig einen positiven Punkt gibt es zu erwähnen. Das bereitgestellte Fahrzeug war eine Klasse höher, als die gebuchte Variante.

Liars and horrible customer support up to the top. I hired a car on a Saturday morning in Dec for 1 day and was explicitly told by the agent, Amor, that since they're closed on Sundays I could return it anytime before Mon morning without additional charge, so I returned it Sun afternoon. I got my bill and was charged for 2 full days. I called the manager and customer support over 5 times and was told by the Manager, Josh, and others that Amor never said that (basically telling me that I'm a liar) and the customer support leadership has told me multiple times they will investigate and get back to me and they all say the same. Worst experience! It's not even about the money at this point, it's about the principle of the matter. I normally travel over 150 days/year and I know what a proper rental experience and customer support should be. This is the bottom of the list. I wish Avis and Hertz were still around the corner...

Picked up a Corolla and thankfully took photos of a large dent in the front bumper, which they then tried to pin on me at drop off because it wasn't on the condition report. The photo saved the day. Unfortunately I didn't check the fuel gauge at pick up, and discovered after just 180km driving for the whole hire period that the Corolla's tank was empty. I put 40L of fuel in before drop off and they claimed that 180km was about right for a full tank of fuel (that would make it 22L/100km!!). When I expressed my disbelief at this, they said that it would be investigated and they'd get back to me. Of course I've emailed them and had no response. Terrible customer service. All I can say is if you hire a car from them, check everything and take photos!

Enterprise is always a good company to rent with. Just wanted to comment, the menu on our GPS unit did not function and, was not checked out or, even taken out of the bag until two days after renting the vehicle due to our activities in Sydney. Since we were traveling from the USA did not have a functioning device which we could navigate with, including the rented GPS which simply gave us a rough location as to our position on the Australian map. FYI either have a device already set up to navigate with via Google maps or, purchase an inexpensive phone right away from JB Electronics which we did after three days of bumping around Australia like we were blind.

I received an exceptiomal customer experience from the Manager Josh Jones at this location. My family of 6 recently arrived in Sydney and needed a vehicle to accommodate us. Enterprise offered the best deal having unlimited miles. The vehicle was delivered to our hotel clean, sanitized, and in great condition. As we began our new life here, we had so much to do and I had to extend our rental multiple times. Josh is very knowledgeable and is so helpful and kind. He responded to every email quickly,, explained the processes, and gave us valuable information. I cannot express how grateful we are. I'm glad we chose Enterprise. Thanks so much!

Rental was fine and staff were nice but two big things that have ensured I will never use enterprise again. 1. Charged a different daily rate for insurance than what was stated on website. Was told this was because I was doing it on the day. This would be fine if the website actually stated that would be the case. 2. 20-40 days for a deposit to be returned. What a disgrace. I've rented 10 cars in Australia and the longest it's taken before is 10 days. It's now been 23 days since my rental and the money is still frozen on my card. So if you use enterprise, be prepared to have hundred of dollars tied up for a long time.

I've rented a lot of cars in my 'holiday' times - even rented from Enterprise in the UK (Hinckley) several times but for customer service our rental from the Enterprise office at Potts Point in Sydney would deserve 6 stars not 5 - the reason? the manager there - Josh - he made everything easy for a 6 week rental ranging from delivery (we had endured 2 weeks hotel quarantine at the time) - to the need for an extension of the lease - to any query I had about the car and where to return the car (which can be a problem if you're in a rush) - thanks Josh - if I need a car in Sydney again your company will be first choice.-

Leaving a review here as I felt the whole end-to-end experience was easy and quick. I booked a car the night before, it was ready at 8:30am the next day, check-in was easy, friendly service, great clean car and also value for money. Enterprise was considerably cheaper than some of the other brands. Check-out was hassle free and I was able to leave my keys at the desk outside of hours. Will definitely be hiring a car from here again when needed!

This company was really awful. All kinds of extra charges. When picking up the car, the fuel was 9/10, when drop the car 3 hours later, the metre did not change. Then they charge me an extra 30 dollars for the fuel. Unclear address in the email made me walk 20 more minutes. From the beginning till the end, they just say "it was not my fault" for everything. Worst car hire experience and I would be insane if I use their car again.

For the second time ... 5 Star Service from Shuan at Holiday Inn Potts Point. However, due to lack of staff presence at Domestic Airport, had to just do a "Key Drop", without vehicle check. In my surprise, the next day I received an email re roof damage which, if correct, must have happened after drop off. This might have been the case as there was no follow up. Which is fine. I am happy and will rent with Shaun again!

I have a reservation for a car at this location. I have been waiti g at the desk for over 10 minutes, but the desk has remained unnattended. They left a sign with a phone number to call, but the call automatically ends as soon as it disconnects. I called another branch and they assured me that someone would eventually come to assist me, but I have not seen anyone so far. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Rental was good, really appreciate to be able to give back the car at any hour, one of the only place in the city where you can do that in the city. But we did a full refuel before giving back the car in the coles station (until the pump stopped), and somehow they still charged us for missing fuel, even though the fuel gauge was full on the car board! That's a poor ending of an otherwise good experience.

We had a booking and arrived half an hour before they closed but no one was at the counter. Couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. Waited for 30 minutes then gave up after their closing time ticked over. Obviously the person supposedly attending the desk just checked out early and there is no after hours support phone line. Would never book with them again, was left stranded without a car.

So so many thanks to Amor! We had a car accident which makes us so worried. But with Amor’s help, it’s much better. She has so much knowledge and is very professional! I booked my hire car via a 3rd party, however I now will be booking all my car rentals through this depot! The gentleman who served me was so lovely and knowledgable. He offered me an upgrade at a discounted rate and it really made such a difference having the extra space, especially as we had a spot of rough weather. Staff are wonderful, in particular Dianna. She’s the gem in their crown 4. Car was immaculate, with very low k’s. 5. Easy and quick contract, and returns process. 200 x better than No Birds.

Booked a car, had a confirmation number. Showed up; no car available. Solution from the guy at the desk: Wait for another car that might show up, might not. No guarantee from Enterprise that it would. If it did show up, a discount would be offered. Of course this isn’t a solution to the problem. First time I’ve used Enterprise. Well, I didn’t use them, I walked out.

Tried to book a car on their website, it was 36$ at 2pm. Unfortunately I didn't had my phone on me to confirm the otp code. Tried to book the same car at 3:45pm, the price jumped to 140$ for the same date. Tried to call them to get told that they are not managing price and that change in price are normal. They literally take customers for pigeons.

Great service on pickup and dropoff. I was given a brand new car and unlimited kms which helped for the drive from Sydney to Brisbane and back. They're located right next to Kings Cross train station. Very easy to get to and from when you pickup/dropoff. Definitely will use them again next time I need a car.

Enterprise Downton Syd is my go-to for any car rentals. They are easy to access, have a great range of cars and the staff are excellent. If you want to get away for a weekend, or need a car for weeks on end, check these guys out. They will do whatever they can to find the best car for your budget.

Everything fine with the car but getting an admin fee for every single toll charge is crazy. Also, they bump the fees up by a considerable amount. They should put e-tags in the cars. It would be easier for everyone involved. Seriously… making money from you for nothing. Disappointed.

Nicole at the Holiday inn in Sydney was lovely to deal with. I would have given 5 stars however the car I was given had the engine light on the whole time. The car didn't break down however it was a bit of a concern. Everything else with the hire process was great.

I rented a car on the weekend. and when I delivered the car I unfortunately left a headphone inside the car, I called the company and they said they didn't find it. the service was good, the bad, car was dirty and without carpet and "could not find".
