I book a car for 1 day on 13-09-23. I picked up a car in morning from enterprise car rental. When I come back and returned the car at 7 coleman st, mascot. The guy came and straight way check car and ask me how is your experience. I was happy with and I said all good. Thanks And their van driver drop me back at airport which was very handy. And when I came back to Melbourne the guy work at airport called me and said when you returning a car. And I told him I already returned the car at 4:33pm same day. I don’t know why they didn’t update in their system. I was really upset with the service. I wasn’t happy at all. Because I used other companies so many times never happened this. But on 14-9-23 in morning I called and talk to GEORGE and I ask him about all situation. This person is better person than the called me on 13-9-23 evening. Because George told me that there was some ERROR in System that is the reason is all happened. He send me all paperwork. And he handle this situation in better way. Because I was very very upset. Thanks George Overall communication should be better and other people working at airport should be more professional and explain the situation better. Thanks George.
Avoid at all costs - Dishonest ! Waited 40 minutes to pick-up the pre-booked and paid for car at Sydney domestic terminal to find their system had not taken the payment from my company and I had to pay then and there as I was already late. Then they inform me they will be taking $1000 bond as I was a first time customer and holding for 2 weeks.. for a 6 hour hire. Later after thinking about it I asked them to provide a receipt for the bond taken from my account and at first they refused and then claimed they wouldn't need to as no money was taken from account. Later when I had time check this, I find they had actually taken $1008 from account.. Will now report this as theft with my bank and Police as well as report to consumer Affairs. Avoid this company at all cost, an absolute disgraceful bunch of thieves! >>> Regarding your response below, the ammount HAS been deducted and shows as such on my credit card. This is now with NAB as an unauthorised payment. And who should I be talking to as you haven't even put a name to your post and your 1300 number rings out ?? Laughable !!
My flight was delayed taking off by about 40 minutes. I knew Enterprise closed at 12pm but i was hoping that i could possibly get there just before 12 and organise it all. As it turned out i literally got a call at 11.45AM from customer service asking if i was still coming. I explained about the flight delay and that the plane just literally landed and they were more than happy, willing to accommodate staying back until i got out of the airport. Friendly person greeted me, didn't seem at all bothered that he had to stay back so that was a good experience. On the way back was less eventful but on dropping the car off the lady who took the car keys was extremely polite and asked if there was anything that they could have done to make my experience more better. Enough said, with customer service staff like i encountered on arrival and departure, i'll definitely be going with Enterprise again. Oh and ignore the 'Your Mum' name, my daughter's doing.
On pick up from Sydney Airport the car had multiple areas of minor damage that was not recorded on the paper work. When questioned regards the damage the agent told me all the damage was recorded on the master copy and that it just had not transferred to my copy and not to worry about it. I asked to see the master copy and no damage had been recorded, leaving me liable for the the damage when I returned the car. The agent then added the damage to the rental agreement. When the car was returned after an additional day of rental the updated invoice total did not match the charges displayed. When questioned the agent stated the difference was due to tax which it was not. When further questioned an additional invoice was provided to me showing the additional charges but no one could explain what the charges were for or why they had been added, despite this I just had to pay. Overall an extremely disappointing experience.
Absolutely terrible service. Instructions to my brothers email said come to sydney airport domestic t2 enterprise office opoosite jetstar carousel, and there was noone at the office desk when we got there. We then took a bus to terminal 1 and there was nobody there at that office either. There's no other communication, or emails to say go somewhere else. No body picks up the phone when we tried to call. All other rental companies had someone at the desk. The Person from the other rental company said enterprise is not professional and people have issues and apologised for our inconvenience. We're so dissapointed, it's ruined our holiday and trip to blue mountain... Do not recommend Enterprise. Shocking service. Go with one of the other well known companies in australia like avis, budget, europcar or sixt, to have a better experience.
Went to the rental counter , had to go from terminal 3 to terminal 2 I ordered an outlander or similar they gave me a small Hyundai Kona , I made a complaint to be given the right size car with boot space for 5 people luggage . They gave us a crapy MG when there were a lot of vacant cars. They charged me $100 bond on pick up and charged me again $100 in drop off. Tried to charge me $100 for fuel charge but the car was filled up FULL. 3 km from the drop off point . I called customer service 3 times , Then I called accounts twice and then bookings twice before someone answered . He said it was a fuel charge excess They tried to tell me it will take 14-28 days to be returned to my account. Who’s earning interest on my money here? Won’t use them again , I’ve heard similar issues.
We recently hired a car from Enterprise. We have hired cars from several different companies during the past year and they are on of the best. All went well starting with online reservations and the easy and timely pick up. The car condition was near perfect and well suited for our needs. Due to some family things, we had to extend the rental a couple of times and each extension was no hassle. We had a couple of delays getting in touch by email and phone. Could be easier to contact and respond. Our only suggestion is that they publish office hours more clearly and the phone number. Will definitely use Enterprise again!
Had to install my own baby seat upon arrival. Had issues with the vehicles during the rental. Called the office every day while I was in town. No answer. Finally got through to someone in Sunshine Coast who told me someone would ring me back within the hour, that never happened. Emailed the office to let them know my issues, no response. Was even advised upon returning the vehicle that a State manager would be in contact. That hasn't happened. So disappointed. We use Enterprise all the time in North America and never have any issues. It's a pity that same service isn't replicated in Australia.
This was our first experience with Enterprise, and am happy to say it was a rather positive one! (we have had some really bad experiences with recent hires from another major provider recently) The shuttle to the car collection site was very convenient (site was temporarily operating from Mascot due to construction works at Sydney airport car park). Delivery of the car was painless (they recommended we take our own video of the car to confirm any existing damage). Return of car was simple too. Overall conclusion: Enterprise will be our default for our future airport car hire needs.
What a dishonest company! The manager is a crook and the staff play along. They called me today on a false pretext and tried to inconspicuously slip in the fact that the booking had changed from what I paid for, whilst still charging the premium. They knew 5 days ago that they couldn't fulfil the booking but they chose to leave it to the night before the booking to let me know, hoping I wouldn't notice. Seriously guys!!! Everyone accepts that things can go wrong, its fine, it happens! At least have the decency to be honest with customers and say it the way it is!
I know you have had to relocate to a very bad area but our experience was the worst we have ever had with Enterprise who we use all over the world There was no-one manning the desk in the International Terminal, just a sign that made no sense. We then had to take a bus to some godforsaken place. For some reason my Amex was rejected 3 times before being accepted.The SatNav was new and no-one really knew how to set it up. The time it to took from start to finish was over an hour and a half. And even then they put in the wrong return time. Terrrible.
Disorganised and lack of communication. we waited for a very long time before even being acknowledged by counter staff, they were having problems with someone else’s booking but there were 2 people on the counter and they could have at least acknowledged the fact that we were there. car was not full of fuel when we received it and we had to go in and get them to amend the paperwork, they didn’t believe it until they came out and looked. The shuttle bus driver was very good and friendly, he tried very hard to get us to the car lot asap.
While the vehicle was fine the communications on where and how to return the vehicle were terrible. No staff were available at the parking location. We mistakenly initially delivered our vehicle to the domestic airport office. Here I was angerly told by a staff person that my mistake was not his problem and had no intention of helping us. I will henceforth never use Enterprise in my travels to Australia agaiin. Respectfully D. A. New
If I could give zero stars I would. Disgraceful service, car seat that was absolutely not legal, reverse camera falling off car, stunk like a team of sweaty footballers had rubbed their armpits over every surface of the car, we found old items from previous rentals too. Discussed with manager, she requested an email so she could review - we provided and got not so much as an acknowledgement. 100% would not recommend!
Easy. Got a call the day before to explain where there office was. Arrived with Qantas T3, walked aroudnt to T2. Paper work was done quickly. Quick bus ride to pick up car, 5 mins max (as rental car area is going through a huge reno). Staff there were helpful. Dropped car back staff again helpful. Quick bus ride back to terminal and was dropped at Qantas T3. Email of final invoice within 30 mins. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
Had the most amazing check in and service on Friday 28-Jan (sorry I can’t remember the wonderful man’s name, starts with J I think?). Friendly, fast, and super accommodating. I was a little anxious about renting a car and any unexpected charges or hiccups (especially travelling with my 2year old daughter) but it was a stress free and seamless process end to end. Thanks for the great warm service!
The best experience in australia. The staff members were so friendly. We arrived after open hours, the kiosk was closed. But accidentally we found the general manager and staff member, they were so helpful, we are so happy that we rented from them. They helped and drived car near us, put our luggage inside. I took a little while to find the office as a competitor's representative sent me in the wrong direction. Thanks for nothing Avis. The staff at Enterprise was superb. Abi explained everything about the excess and that paying for road tolls upfront wasn't worth it. I was then walked to the car and he helped me put my luggage in the boot! This is what customer service should be!
Excellent company to deal with. Went out of their way to help me at the airport and as I had a brand new car to drive no pressure I said to the lass but she was so helpful showed me all the details of the car and set up blu tooth for me as well. Couldn't thank her enough. Very pleased with everything and will definitely use them again when in Sydney. Thankyou all.
The staff at Sydney Airport were very helpful. It was a rushed trip and they went to great lengths to help out. During the trip they stayed in easy contact and allowed me to update the booking as I went. Due to covid the international counter wasn't open but it was worth the shuttle bus trip to domestic terminal to make this booking with them. Highly recommend.
What absolutely wonderful and friendly customer service! The staff went beyond to ensure I would feel secure with my booking. Special mention to Abby, my flight was arriving close to their closing time and she said if there were delays to call her and she would make sure she was there to deliver the car. I would definitely recommend this company for car hire.
highly recommend. Usually you had to book in few days or weeks prior to get a rental. Luckily they got me a new cx8 without any prior booking for 4 days at reasonable price. They'll ask you an amount to cover your accidental damage. You can either opt in or out. Hassle free dealings. I'll get rental from them next time I get in to this city.
Easiest rental I’ve had in many years. Smooth pickup, smooth drop off, friendly service and excellent car. The rate was also fair and competitive. I’ve already booked my next rental with enterprise! We booked a car from here for a trip to Sydney in August and could not have been happier with the service. Their team made sure our baby seat was secure and all information regarding the car was communicated effectively. Ask for Abhijeet when you are there and he will make sure your experience while renting a car with them is a great one!
Great service for P platers. I was slapped with a surprise $1000 deposit that local renters must pay when the advertised amount was $200-$300. Upon returning my car rental , I was assisted by Muhammad who was extremely helpful and I was very happy with his level of service as he made returning the car a simple and quick process.
We got a quality vehicle at Sydney airport but the checkout process was too long. We spent half an hour getting the paperwork at the terminal having online reservation made ahead. When we got to the parking lot the guys there couldn't find the keys for another fourty minutes. So overall I'd say it's a three out of five.
We had the best experience with this company thanks to Bruna and Ruby!! They were so helpfull and kind. Bruna even helped us with some other issue in her own time after working hours. What a service. Our experience with enterprise was amazing the car was clean and new and the man that served us mark was very pleasant and helpful we were late because our flight was delayed but mark gave us a call and said he will wait for us before he closes he directed us to the counter and did an amazing job serving us.
Overall experience was good though the Toyota App experience was not. Could only access CarPlay with android phone with local SIM card. Terminal desk & shuttle made pickup easy. Drop-off was fairly easy in international terminal but shlepping bags from lot into terminal wasn’t easy without wheeled bags
I had a great experience with Enterprise Rental. The staff at Sydney airport rental desk were very friendly and found me a very affordable car when I didn't have a booking. I was also able to easily extend my hire as my plans changed several times and the free shuttle was very handy. Thank you
I was a bit dubious about having to catch a shuttle bus to another location to collect my car but I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency, the service and professionalism of the team. This has been my best experience hiring a car and will definitely use again when I visit Sydney next.
I have been charged location fee 32% plus premium location fee 16% that is additional charges apart from other charges. Please avoid booking with enterprise they are charging in total 48% as location fee at Sydney airport. I booked for 6 days on 25th June 2023. Complete Rip off.
One star for the vehicle. Not what was ordered but it was new and close enough. HOPELESS COMMUNICATION. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS and PHONE RINGS OUT. They have the balance of my $200 deposit for tolls. Been nearly 2 months. They might be a reason for this but I’d they don’t answer…

Booking process was easy. Pick-up was easy. The "Wildcard" car we received was a Mitsubishi Outlander which was larger than we expected but perfect as we had an un expected fifth passenger for part of the rental period. Kudos to the manager for her help (Ruby or Ruth?)

Dropped us off at the wrong airport and refused to take us to the right airport. Left us with 3 kids under 5 to work out how to get to the international airport with 1.5hrs before our flight. Most awful incompetent service I have ever experienced

Worst rental car service, never take car from them, they give defective cars, highly life risking,no car replacement done, instead they charged for the defective car, car radiator burst after just driving few km.

Had to walk to get to counter, then it took about 10 mins to register. Then sat in the bus for another 10 mins to get to pick up point. I was only in Sydney for the day for business. It was way to slow!
Service was great and the car was ok except for the fact that it did not have a satnav, which made it very difficult to find the return depot and other locations in Sydney night time peak hour traffic.

Mascot team very helpful today. They have trying circumstances with current off site garaging due to poor asset management by Sydney Airport. But they are doing their best to minimise disruption.

It turns out the cars aren't actually at the airport, dispite the almost 33% premium location fee, but when I eventually found a manned kiosk, it went very smoothly.

Needed a budget option hire car, it was in very good condition, pick up and return via shuttle was easy and the company was good to deal with.
