Give me my money"

DISAPPOINTING I have used Enterprise for years, worst experience ever. Although I had a confirmation I was unable to open the reservation on line, not sure if I was credited the points for the rental or not. Car back seat was filthy No window washer fluid at all, bone dry, we had to purchase our own USB power point did not work Car was only 3/4 full of fuel, and they marked that on the form when picked up. Despite bringing it back nearly full they asked why it was not full. I told the manager it was 3/4 full when we picked it up. 30 minutes later my card was charged $20 for fuel, I had to return to airport to query this and waited while he fixed it. He blamed the person who rented me the car, no apology at all. I feel that he was trying to scam me since i told he why it wasn’t full and he charged me anyway. There are lots of better rental car companies out there, keep looking

I hired a car returned it back on time with a full tank of fuel. Two weeks after I returned the car they took money out of my account for tolls and fuel instead of taking it out of the deposit and returning the rest of the deposit has been a week since that happened and still have not received the deposit back when I spoke to the manager he said he was sorting the deposit out and I will have it back and still nothing I have had to take it to fair trading. Be careful of this company three days after I returned the car the manager rang me said everything was good deposit been returned give us a 5 star rating to help them out very convincing but three weeks on still no deposit back and money taken from my account don't trust or believe them

Worst experience ever. The guy there is a liar. Forced me to pay for insurance saying I would not be covered at all if I had a damage even caused without being at fault. What company rents cars without insurance ? Cheap price advertised but $29 a day for insurance. I asked on the phone for how much it would be to extend for another 2 days as my car still at the mechanics. It would come to $190. I refused and did not want to extend, the guy charged my credit card anyway. I had to ask for a refund and they did not do it, saying he could not do it by himself. Now have to wait to get the money back. This company is a rip off.

Giving them 1 star just because I can’t give them a 0. Absolutely worst service. Held my $1100 for no reason, made about 100 calls to find out the reason the answer i get everytime is we will give you a call back but didn’t get any calls from anyone. I called the customer service and got to know that headrest were missing, but it had no headrest when they gave it to me as the seats were folded. The guy in the office is so rude to talk to and don’t care what’s happening. Check the reviews and found there are many reviews of them holding the deposit and unauthorised money from so many people. Avoid this company.

When inspecting the car at the time of pickup, we spotted a small dent in the bumper. The Enterprise assistant said it was too small to count but that he was making a note of it on his laptop. However, after we dropped it off we found out the dent was significant enough to cost us our deposit and he had made no note on our agreement. In the old days they used to circle dents on the car on a piece of paper, now they use the ipad you cannot see what they have written and are just shown the signature page to sign... Absolutely furious with Enterprise over this as it's cost us over 500 pound. Never use them again.

Horrible service.... for the starts i rented a car for the weekend and the car was in such a horrible situation that i could do my driving afraid of break down when i was at the road...... after my return the charge me again the hole car rental value because the staff did not close the system proper, took me 02 weeks ( the lady said 3 days) to get my money back and WRONG!! 16 dollars less that should be, the deposit took 3 weeks to return to my account. Do not rent there, to say that everything was terrible the first staff ( guy who worked on saturday was LOVELLY!)

Absolutely disgusting experience with this company, not only did I have to re book my booking twice online. I then had to call the company only to speak to someone who isn't even from this country to make a booking that never went though and couldn't provide me another hire care. They lied to me saying they tried calling me which is a flat out lie cause I had no missed calls or voicemail left. They totally stuffed me around, done nothing to rectify it, I'm appalled by their lack of service. Never again, new customers beware!

Terrible service!!!!! We booked in advance and paid in full! Got to airport with my 3 kids told there were no cars!!!!! Had to get to another location TWO DAYS LATER to pick up a car AND they forgot to give us our driver’s license back so we were driving around Sydney without it!!! Didn’t even have the courtesy to call us to notify us or admit their errors. What kind of a service is that? Never will use Redspot/Alamo or Enterprise or any affiliations to their company again!

Would never use this company that gives you false promises, most unreliable company I’ve ever hired from and the staff are appalling with their service. When complaining to head office was promised a call back and compensation for their very poor service and the inconvenience they had caused. Never got that call back and ive had to follow up myself several times to hear the same false promise. Would never use or recommend such a despicable company.

They never returned the bond money there were approximately 400 uds and after two months they stole 80 uds of account again, when one calls them to ask for explanations they never know what happens or they always say that there are problems with the bank. It's been too long and I don't have a solution!!! Besides, they discounted more money from my account and they don't tell me why, please no one makes booking here

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the bad reviews of this car rental shop. Luckily, I received the car that I had paid for. I returned the car and received the bond that was withheld. The condition of the car however, was not the greatest, it had some quite substantial surface scratches on it. And some of the surfaces inside the car was sticky. The car seemed new, and drove perfect and without a problem.

Quick and reliable service. There online service is really making the process easier to rent a car. It would be great to add the option of renting the car and getting it delivered or allow the user to nominate a driver without presenting in person. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! I had a very important trip and made the booking online for the cost for an SUV and came in and they changed the price. Spoke to the manager Sherrie where she cancelled my booking on the spot and left me without no car. I was so upset and left me crying!!

They don't ask for age & just book straightaway. And when you go to actually get vehicle then they say you 24, so they don't rent van to 24yr old age group. But website is showing 24yr old can rent a 1.5tonne van but at office they said under 25 can't rent

The guys at Lidcombe were helpful and friendly. I had book an economy car when I checked in there were none available. They upgraded me to a big car at no extra charge. I couldn’t be happier with the services. They will get more business from me in future.

Booked a car 2 weeks in advanced. When going to pick up car (that wasnt there) they told me to go from Lidcombe to the airport so I could pick up the car i booked. Absolutely unprofessional and unorganised. Ruined plans for me and 7 other people.
