Not good experience. I booked reservations 5 days in advance and asked to be picked up from body shop at particular time, and had to wait 1 hour te o be picked up, and then another one in line to rent a car. Car was dirty inside and seat adjustment doesn't work so I need to make another visit to replace for better one. Staff is nice.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. The customer service from Erica and Carla (I think that’s their names) is phenomenal. They make up for all the other terrible enterprises. Carla is always very thorough in her explanations and supere friendly. I hope these two receive a raise for their great work!

They did not want to work with me because I had an out of state license, and some credit card issues. It was no big deal because the Hertz car rental that was two blocks away took real good care of me. I would definitely recommend Hertz before enterprise. The staff was friendly tho.
